My family has had an amazing old 2020 night, the food very rich and in abundance, the attention and the treatment has been perfect, we have eaten and danced without strank and the girls have had a great time, thank you for everything!

Accommodation very good experience and treatment. In the restaurant, poor attention on the part of the lady who serves us. We go without eating and without wanting to go back.

It was very well asked for a double room for 4 anniversary we were given in a double bed with dressing room plus a tremendous yacuse. And when I called I only had a two room with beds together was great and good attention from the front desk and cafeteria staff.

There's plenty of room to park. Very friendly receptionists. Comfortable room. Shower water comes out with very little pressure. There is only one gel dispenser for sink and shower, it is not very comfortable. Our room overlooked a road and there was plenty of noise, but please say that the air conditioning worked very well and did not give direct to the bed so it slept very well with the window closed and the air was on. In the morning, from our room we could hear a lot of noise coming from inside the hotel, breakfast preparation, cleaning carts, etc. There was no carpet everywhere and it was quite heard, despite having requested a quiet room. But please say that the location is very very good.

A comfortable, clean facility wirh easy going staff. The free parking a big plus. As its location just minutes from the super busy San Sebastian. You will love returning to your room.

They wanted to let us pay breakfasts which we didn’t consume and AC wasn’t working properly despite having told them to fix it.

The hotel is convenient for a travel stop, but the soundproofing of the rooms is non-existent (you can distinctly hear the neighbors' television and their voices; the door doesn't hold the hallway noises in the slightest). Dogs are also allowed and it is a concert. I mean, noisy hotel.

It is a very good inexpensive hotel with 24-hour reception, helpful staff, enough space in the rooms.

Hotel is nice for a step but rooms poorly insulated and prices somewhat high for the dog : 15 euros.

If you are in a car, worth being 20 minutes from San Sebastian and having no hotel parking available. Everything mostly; a really lovely hotel that meets anyone's expectations for a 3 star hotel in a very popular and therefore pricey area to stay. Great food from the kitchen. Sumptuous breakfast. Good location next to the direct road straight to France or San Sebastian. Free parking. Popular with locals too or passing trade so the bar is always lively. Wi-Fi was rubbish really, sorry but it was. I am not sure if it was my room location but it was a weak signal and kept cutting out. Bad for a 3 star but no point complaining as what can they do about the signal?

Very nice room, spacious, clean, immaculate bedding, with a large terrace for animals, a drawback you hear the passage of cars all night.

Professional home a small downside, the price of a pet is a little expensive 15 euros a night, and you are only warned when you arrive.
Access to the hotel is a bit complicated as not indicated enough on the road. But then you are surrounded by trees and greenery. Overall good value.

Friendly staff, very friendly hotel, breakfast extra, pity that the restaurant is open only the big negative weekends however the noise of the nearby road bothered us much of the night.

Very pleasant surprise. It's a big hotel, on a way out of the road, but it doesn't make it less enjoyable as it has plenty of space with gardens that make it a very nice place. Inside is also very spacious and the rooms are large. It has No air conditioning and at night it gets quite hot. It has a quite large hall with a cafeteria and a free buffet. It's a very nice area.

They broke the boiler
Cold water shower, and are left as wide. They could offer compensation. Although it was a detail in the cafeteria. On a student field trip. Do not stick your eye up to the many of the morning. And the shower of cold water

Good hotel. A little short with breakfasts. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very clean.

Nice hotel though without shampoo and soap in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nor is the receipt Q bother PQ your dog has barked a couple of times, when it is a hotel Q admit dogs and charge you for it.

The truth is that I have not been in their rooms so I can not comment, the times I have eaten is not that it is anything other world, the bar is well, has large rooms for large meals and can be rented for meetings.

Very nice, super clean and furnished well, great service and the girls at the front desk super nice! The room is very large, with TV and mini fridge, bathroom with bathtub (only flaw, for shampoo and bubble bath. There is a wall dispenser with a unique gel… I used it and for one day it's not bad but. ). They have a bar/restaurant open up late from what I saw, I didn't go though.

Value for money 100% recommended.

The hotel is outside the town so you need a car/taxi to get there. Nice bright hotel room, but the heating was a bit weird. Friendly reception staff (multilingual). Breakfast good too.

The hotel is not new but it's OK, friendly staff. As for the food is bad and every day repeat the same and both noon and night.

The hotel is good, even though it needs updating. The kitchen a mess, I do not explain how they can give that food of such low quality, and the cafeteria staff while partying… Yes, the waitress in the morning very professional and attentive.

The rooms are fine. The restaurant was fine. An employee kept calling employees in public at all times. Very unpleasant.

The room was great. The reception was really lovely. For me that is the main thing, then important, the hotel and the environment are nice and very well connected (with ample free parking also)

Hola? Bonjour? You can forget how to greet people after coming from the French side. It's a pain to find this place. After stopping the gas station to fill up, I was told you can enter from the gas station side or it's about 10 meter after taking the 3rd roundabout exit. GPS is not helpful at all. Good thing is there are plenty of parking. This seems to a business hotel and absolutely nothing around. They serve a mean coffee thou. Everything is affordable here so that you don't have to worry. Our room comes with free breakfast which is in the basement and not in the main dining around but you must get a cafe from the bar which is like 1.5 euro. Room is nothing to brag about but it's clean and huge for NYC standard. Our accommodation just kept improving on our 14 days trip :D Service is wonderful and very attentive to all your needs. It's quick drive to a lot of fishing town in the around and skip the toll highway to get a good view.

The guest rooms are very good the restaurant is open all day like this Bar and the terrace, it is a good site to spend the weekend with the family or your girlfriend.

Good value for money Good parking. The best thing is to eat at the hotel for two reasons, it is almost walk to the road, no places to eat nearby and the food they serve is correct at good price.

We always stay overnight on our trips to and from Spain. Room's are always good, clean and comfortable, food good and staff friendly and helpful. Five minutes from the motorway.

Spacious room and very clean. Mattress very comfortable and the pillows a little small. The rooms have mini-fridge, not that I've used but can come in handy for cooling your drink, or store food. The walls are a little thin and if you touch noisy neighbors you hear a lot, how has been my case. And free parking with plenty of spaces. In general pretty well.

I was for Easter, a three star hotel that could improve enough, is located well. You could have very beautiful gardens. It has free parking. It is right next to a gas station. Lacks a bit of maintenance in general.

I ate on Sunday, February 7, and all disgust me was the speed with which took us all dishes.

Very affordable paid in advance, hotel room. TV-bath-Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, snack-bar in the hotel open all the day and early evening, staff friendly, good base, not tried the restaurant of the hotel. No pillow, just bolsters, bed done everyday but not change towels every time, she changed and dustbins emptied every day.

The rooms are very neglected, pets which leads to noises from the animals plus the ascent is heard in the room and they are expensive 100 euros a night.

The breakfast is very good everything perfect and for a but the location is difficult to find.
