The hotel is well located and you can reach all neighbourhoods on foot within 15 minutes. The staff is very nice and courteous and the hotel is clean. Good Wi-Fi, kettle and mini fridge in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is optional, not evaluated.
We arrived and were told that we had to climb a floor by stairs.

The interactions with staff were clear and simple. We were able to access everything we needed without hassle. The communal eating area was brilliant for our late night take away dinner. Thank you.

So central, so easy to self check in, spotless room That the window looked straight onto a wall worked in our favour — it meant pitch dark, absolute silence and thus deepest of sleeps. We coming back!

Very good stay throughout, especially front desk service, but be aware: one of their top priced rooms has a bath tub in the middle of the room and only glass panels separating bathroom and bedroom.

I found the hotel centrally located in the old city centre with cathedral & Plaza Nueva nearby. It’s a 20min walk to the airport bus stop and the Guggenheim museum.

This was a comfortable hotel with exceptional hosts and plenty of clean space in the room as well as the common areas.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good for something light and in the go. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler in Bilbao.

For the price, this is a really good hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The staff were efficient and friendly.

I've stayed here twice for business and it is a very comfortable hotel located in the center of Bilbao very convenient. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of things to choose from.

We Stayed here whilst walking the Camino del Norte. It has a Great central location close to lots of restaurants. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space and a good sized bathroom.

Very pleasant, very quiet because the windows looked out on walls, didn't mind that. Friendly fellow at the desk. Parking garage insanely small like most in Spain. Will come again.

Nice hotel. Check-in and out went smoothly, and they graciously held our luggage after checkout until our flight, while we explored the city. Bar staff are friendly and beds are comfortable.

Good hotel, great location, rooms are nice, memory foam mattress, I don't like them, and pillows are too stuffed, end up with bad back and neck ache, sheets were clean.

Bright airy room. Friendly manager. We parked a hundred metres away on the street for free. We could have taken the metro into town but walked instead and what a good idea.

Our stay at Casual Mardones in Bilbao was very enjoyable. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, which made it easy to explore the city on foot.

Nice & clean valued for money & good location but the reception 3 ladies are not friendly!
Negative is no coffee or tea available inside the room or even a welcome drinks.

A nice clean room, only a few steps away from Guggenheim Museum. Highly recommended.

We had a large modern bedroom with a new looking large shower room.

Very convenient for the airport and car hire offices, but with a little more character than a chain hotel. Rooms are very modern and clean.

The apartments are in an excellent location, close to the city center and the shopping area. They are located on the street where the bus to the airport goes, which is particularly convenient.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. Everything was fine except we got a double room instead of a twin room.

Bed extremely comfortable. Had a little balcony onto the main street of bars, but the soundproofing in the room was fantastic and I couldn't hear a thing once in the room.
