We booked the family room for 3 nights for myself, my wife and my 3 kids (9yo, 6yo and 1.5yo) and we absolutely loved it! Room was very clean, spacious and quiet and it had a bath and a shower!

Accommodate spot on. Food was delicious and well presented. Badly let down by being served on cold plates. Food was cold within minutes. The dining room and bar staff were really professional.

A charming residential guest house set in the heart of the beautiful Basque country. A family run establishment that offers guests a relaxing experience with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

We arrived through a thunderstorm. It was very late. We got a really warm welcome and we had a meal prepared for us. It is clean, comfortable and so peaceful. I would highly recommend this place.

The location is fabulous, clean rooms and bathroom, with daily housekeeping. We had a triple room, which also had a small balcony overlooking the busy street.

We had very good stay at the hotel. Our room was face to the Main Street and 1st floor so we thought it might be noisy but our room was well soundproof and very quiet.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s very complete and has everything you need for a comfortable stay — a functional kitchen, cozy living room, well-equipped bathroom, and two bedrooms.

We loved the apartment where we stayed. Large windows that opened and let in a lot of light. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of fresh towels. Cleaning staff were efficient and quick.

For this price good place to stay.

Wifi signal is not great and walls are thin so can get a little loud. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, right next to metro.

My all male group of 12+ have been going to European rugby finals in Dublin, London, Cardiff. We oved 7Kale for many reasons — the best hotel we have stayed in. We had triples and twins.

I thought I had confirmed reservations, but I didn’t and it was all my fault!

The location is brilliant, around 15 min walk from the Guggenheim and less than 5 min walk to the old town. Plenty to see and do nearby.

Really clean hostel with comfortable beds. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walking from Old town and the city center. The service and people working there are extremely nice and helpful.

Brilliant apartment — comfortable, clean and well equipped. Just around the corner from the Guggenheim and handy for the centre.

I couldn't be happier. As a solo traveller it was perfect. The Guggenheim is just at the bottom of the road. It was extremely clean. The owners kept checking in to see if everything was okay.

A city stop with two children (9&12 years). Family room was very spacious, clean and modern with all toiletries included, robes and slippers. A comfortable, peaceful night and a continental breakfast.

Pensión Roquefer is a very nice place. Location is very interesting, close by the cathedral, and the room have a beautiful view to the church. The owner is very kind and friendly. Amazing value.

Great location, Plaza Nuevo, right on the heart of Old Town Bilbao. The rooms are well-oufitted, with comfortable beds, good shower facilities, espresso machines, and strong Wi-Fi.

Es mejor albergue que he estado. Todo es muy limpio. Have towels white and soft, amazing for the hostel! The kitchen has everything that you need. The shared space is lovely, green, comfortable.

Pros:
1) The place is easy into and out and you don't have to deal with the city traffic.
2) The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

We stayed in the ibis budget Bilbao city hotel in May. The location of the hotelwas ideal and close to the supermarket, cafes and transport.

Excellent location, right on a main Plaza. The lobby almost feels like an Art Gallery. They skillfully blended a modern design with.
