Staff friendly, bathroom very good just been refurbished I think. Rest of the room very tired, fridge doesn't work, bed squeaks.

Very quiet place. Very close to the town, you can get there giving a nice walk.

Very good place to stay. All very careful and good service.

Good hotel if you work in the area, your workers are very nice, but not take the TAXI from the hotel, is a pirate. Much better to call any of Durango.

In Hotel Elorrio I only have been there in the bar and in the restaurant. The service is really nice and the place is look nice.

It is a quiet hotel in a beautiful area of Biscay, from which is easily accessible to many interesting sites of any of the three Basque provinces. I liked mostly the relationship for money for a three-star hotel, and the warmth of the service. We had a small problem with the cleaning of the room, but it was more by dismissal of the cleaner to negligence. We spent two nights very pleasant and I recommend it to everyone.
