Thank you so much for everything, Sally and Rober! It was a pleasure to stay with them, we had a really nice comfy room and the breakfast was amazing! A really nice couple, very welcoming and just to recommend to everyone who is looking for a great stay with lovely hosts!.

We had a very charming host (Sally) who was extremely helpful and also took me to winery Txakoli Arrotxola just around the corner Amaia there welcomed us with excellent white wine although she was very busy organizing the harvest.
We had an excellent breakfast and quiet room. Bobby showed us Bask way of life.

If you would like to feel at home go to this place. Clean rooms. Very nice owners and close to nature and quiet.
Delicious breakfast from the house and cozy room are what you will get.

We found the Durango area (and Eguzki B+B) to be a fantastic location for both hiking, small towns, food, and culture. An authentic experience in the Basque Country. We stayed over a week and only scratched the surface of what was available to see and do. Previous reviews are spot on with their comments of Sally and Rober's generosity and capability as great hosts, but I want to emphasize how their enthusiasm for the area and the sharing of that knowledge really leveraged and enhanced our travel experience in a way we would never have achieved without their help (or had we stayed elsewhere). And although the B+B is a cozy space, Sally and Rober are keenly attuned to their guest's desires for either privacy or socialization, should anyone have reservations in that regard. I also appreciated how they advocate both sustainability in tourism and support of the local economy in a quiet and day-to-day manner. I really want to thank them for going above and beyond to make our experience special.

Great BnB close to the park, Bilboa, San Sebastián. We stayed for ten days and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Both Sally and Robert were helpful with hiking/walking suggestions, restaurants nearby, and other things to do. They totally took great care of us and fed us well at breakfast! We really felt very lucky to have chosen this place and definitely plan to return. Thank you to Sally and Robert!

We arrived at B&B Eguzki after a long flight from the US and an easy drive from Bilbao Airport. After many informative and timely emails Sally was ready for us. In this Covid Era she is extremely careful, which we greatly appreciated. We stayed in the room with the en suite. It was comfortable and met all our needs. After a bit of a rest we met Sally in her charming small terrace for a beer and to use her expertise to plan our three nights. We were there for our reservation at Asador Extebarri. Sally knows the low-middle and high end eating options and made some excellent recommendations about food and touring which we thoroughly enjoyed. A splendid surprise was our first night’s dinner at the B&B which we had requested when we reserved. She and Robert prepared a Basque Feast served on their outdoor terrace which will be a highlight of our trip. We loved walking to the small town of Abadiño and having an evening drink with the locals. We regret not having time to go to the Abadiño store where Robert gets his incredible chorizo and cheese. This was a perfect choice for seeing a beautiful out of the way area and eating fantastic food! Thank you Sally and Robert for the warm and knowledgeable hospitality.
