Hotel very well located close to restaurant and metro.

Upon checking in the Chinese guy give a room just beside a dirty laundry area. After requesting another room the guy was soo unhappy and give a small room with two single beds squeezed together. The entire time spent was pushing both the beds together just to sleep. All of us end up with backache sleeping with a hole in between of two beds. Charge $110 plus but can't sense the aircon even when one the aircon to highest. Body wash was soo little to even shower. Wouldnt recommend coz compared to other branches this branch is really not good.

The room is soo clean and comfortable. However, the staffs are not that helpful and friendly in the reception.

Was staying at hotel 81 fuji for 3 nights, Bed was not comfortable at all, wake up with sore back, room was super dusty, after my 3 nights stay with my husband we were both sick, toilet wall so many cracked, the plug at the TV wall has such a big hole behind, tables so old and rusty. Air con ventilation was bad, never coming back to stay ever again, wouldn't suggest or recommend staycayion it to you guys to stay. Utterly disgusted and dissappointed.

Henny was Gd. Had a small request to surprise and he help mi gt the stuff cuz I was on duty. Thx fer the gr8 help.! he also help mi to reserved the courtyard room. My wife loves it.! 2 thumbs up.! overall, pleasant staff Gd svc. Rm was neat and tidy. Will drop by wif mi wife when special occasions rises. Keep up the Gd work hotel 81 Bugis.!

Hotel 81 changi is filthy — the bedding is stained and the bathroom is mouldy. I don't think the floors have been cleaned either. I will never stay here again and wouldn't want anyone I know to stay here either.

They could respond to thier repeat customers!

Just oklah but free parking provided evan small budget hotel the most I like.

Hotel 81 is exactly a two star hotel. The accommodations are small. The wet washroom is really tight. The premises are neat but greatly aged and worn down (chipped/peeling furniture, mold in corners, dust on walls etc). There are no frills, aside from a kettle and some instant coffee. They recommended doing laundry in the alley around the corner at some coin machines. You get what you pay for (or rather, what you don't pay for). Private rooms in pod hotels offer more benefits, like free breakfast, free laundry and a water cooler for less money. Don't really recommend this place as you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere.

I saw bad reviwes but we were ok with hotel. I stayed about a week in april of last year. We spend some of time by talking with receptionist. I do not know his name. Great guy. We did not eat in their restaurant so I cannot write about food anyway it should be ok. Room was good. If you have free time after check out and going to airport, there is no problem, if you go outside and leave your luggage or if you take rest in hall. There is only one thing I would complain — the air condition. It was so cold. We could not stop it. I had feeling that I will get ill.

I am staying at hotel 81 classic. Their service to me is only zero star which room is big and comfort but the room is near corner side also the room air cond are really damn hot. When I come to visit on 2 feb 2018 until 4 feb 2018. I can't even sleep coz the stupid controller on the aircond are mount function. We try to talk to your staff on 2 feb night time when we are check in unfortunately they told me that already fully fucking booked. Then no choice for us to stay until our short vacation ended. This is a great bad experience on hotel 81 classic near joo Chiat complex there. Damn bad service.

Today I visited ur hotel branch at Lavender location, what a disgusting person were we found Name start with F words — Alex his behaviour like his face, we over sleep 5 min bcz phone was not working and he was blaming it’s working for wakeup Call, we requested let’s go and check it by self he never accepted for 10 min extra charge 15$ cio person. Guys it’s trick to get more money by start these cheap hotel specially like Alex kind of front officer don’t have manner and jerk kind of people stand on front desk.

Good location in downtown Singapore. Walking Distance from many of important locations. But. Rooms are small. No breakfast. No dinner. : (

We had a pretty horrible stay here considering the other options in the area. At first we though it might even be a rent-by-the night for ladies and men in the area. Regardless, there were cigarette butts in the outdoor shower, no bathroom amenities, and a room that barely fit two people and our bags. The sheets were clean and the staff was nice enough, but for the price they charged we would have been better off staying at a holiday inn express. Suggestion — find a better hotel for the money.

Poor service and staff attitude. After registration (8 December 2016) Upper Room open the door to go in, the room did not clean up, all things messy, go downstairs with the cabinet tables waiter theory, he said we in the morning after the check-in, of course, will be messy, but he did not check clearly to say such a thing. Then I said I only five minutes ago only paid back the money to check in, that morning to check in. I asked for a change of room. Waiter is not going to change room to give, but also said that in the evening to clean up the house to pay more. 00 has to wait 15 minutes. Waiter did not find out the room is good or not good. When I checked in for the first time, I didn't have a good impression. It's more of a poor difference … I also surf the Internet to read the comments are also very good … I can't accept it. I experience this service firsthand. Middle Road.

My wife and I stayed in Court Yard Room — Hotel 81 Bugis, Singapore, Middle Road. Court Yard Room sounds great, but in reality room, for sure, is nothing that you could imagine! In total 12-16 sqm, you can’t walk around room. It’s only 10cm (or even less) from the wall to the bed, bathroom is 1.5 sqm only. Unimaginable but believe it — there is no wardrobe, hanger?! There is no place to open suitcase. Internet connection was so slow and often useless. Next time we should be more careful choosing hotel in Singapore.

Good place to stay for two nights.
