This is a nice n clean place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cozy roof top. Nice breakfast.

Nicely kept. Very neat place in a calm neighborhood. Awesome stay. The rooms are very well equipped. The small kitchennet they have attached to the room is really helpful. The breakfast (if not included in your room rent) is way to expensive for $14. I mean with the kind of variety they have in it.

Had a two night stay with family. We stayed in 906 which is a three room flat. The flat is modern designed, elegant and comfortable. Both big rooms got bathrooms while the small room shares the guest bathroom in the living room. The store room behind entrance is weird cos it's very small that if you put anything in it you can't close the door. View was great! Especially the remote curtain that allow us to have some privacy at nights. They serve breakfast in the morning while it's ordinary. Haven't tried the roof top pool yet, i'll definitely bring my girl here next time.

The apartment is gorgeous. Good facility, they also give u 2 mobile phones to carry around when you are living there. It would be really helpful for the tourists who don't by simcards to help them communicate with each other.

A comfortable and relaxed calm for the family size of the short-term residence of the service-type four-star hotel, but also provides free unlimited flow handy mobile phone so that no international traffic to foreign guests can be 擕, used to facilitate the inquiry of the Tourism information in Singapore, can also keep in touch with family and friends. Very warm service, praise.

I stayed @ Louis Kienne Serviced residences for a month, quite pricy as per my standards, they don't provide water bottles on daily basis, continental breakfast was included in the whole deal but the breakfast items are quite limited, used to get 2 tokens for laundry every week, there is a pool on 11th floor, no gym, the staff @breakfast room is really friendly & accommodating, I had 1 room studio type. The room was good including amenities, 10 mins walk to great world city mall, 15 mins walk to rivervalley spize halal restraunt. Really nice restraunt if you are looking for halal food, but a bit on the pricier end but not comparable to Turkish cuisine restraunts as they are very pricey as compared to spize menu. Overall the stay was good @ Louis Kienne Serviced residences.

We stayed here for family gathering few weeks ago and spend 5 days. It's not a hotel. It's a serviced apartement. Overall very happy with the services. Polite and helpfull staffs. Excellent locations. Walking distance to mall, orchid rd, few hawkers centers (which have our favourite foods). Happy with the "handy smart mobile phones" that provided to be used. It usefull for planning our movements, ordering taxi, and contacting each other (need to remember the extention number for each phone) while we were out. Nice swimming pool As our intention was to explore around… this place over everything we needed with comfort without high price tag. Will love to come back.

Very nice, calm, clean place. Staff is polite and helpful. Cabs easily locate the place. Good place altogether but no Indian food nearby.

Location of the hotel is good and stuff is friendly and trying to be helpful. However total absence of soundproofing between the rooms and also thru the windows does not let you relax and have rest. Breakfast is poor and below expectations.

Great serviced appartments for folks visiting Singapore. There aren't too many frills, but then again these are serviced appartments and not a hotel. Overall, I would recommend it as a place for a family to stay without the hustle and bustle of a hotel in a great location.

Beware! This service apartment has the slowest internet speed… Even after repeated complaining nothing happens! And if you want to hear what is happening next room then this place is recommended as you can hear crystal clear through the walls. Recommended for lazy bones as there is no fitness center! In the end, absolutely not recommended!

Firstly the positive — clean, well appointed, ok location. Now the negative — we booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child and missed the bit where the price given is on the assumption that the child will share your bed (! ) and that additional charges would be applied if they didn't OK, our bad for missing that but the room had a sofa bed and the only extra they had to do was put some bedding on the sofa bed and provide and extra towel; for which we were charged an extra $80 per night. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed. So, good value hotel for couples — complete scam for families unless you are happy to share a bed.

Clean and nice place to stay even quite far from mrt station. Breakfast was boring though.
