Suitable for professional events. The function room is well maintain and very comfortable. Food and beverages provided during tea breaks are good as well. The hotel itself feels grand and well renovated. Enjoyed my two day seminar at Sheraton Towers Singapore.

As the Name Says "Sheraton" it's exactly it is. My stay was dam comfortable and cozy here. Haven't order food and Breakfast, but seems to be good as there was a big oriental and continental buffet setup I saw in the morning. Rooms are big and have very good view. Rooms have all the supplies tea-coffee, toiletory, Mini Bar, and Drinking Water.

Sheraton Towers consistently provides a high quality of service. The condition the hotel do need a bit of refurbishment everything else is great. Breakfast spread is very good and offers both local and international breakfast. The service is quick and reliable. The rooms are functional and comfortable for any traveler or family stay. The location is strategic and offers good transportation options.

Nice hotel, everything you'd want for either business or leisure. Pretty central location — I walked to the botanical gardens (about 30 mins) just to get some exercise after the 16 hour flight — well worth the visit, especially the orchid garden. There's a much closer walk to the shops on orchard street for all your Gucci dreams ;) The bed was great, there were 4 free bottles of water in the room, so they also get the greater need for hydration here. The shower was a joy. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with great service. Even the concierge old man is so full of energy and so courteous. Food is great! Love both the Chinese and Italian restaurant.

Very good service, good Hall, good events coordinator. Great lobby with one of the best view and space there is in Singapore, better than hotels way above its price point. Great good as well for the restaurant libai. Highly recommended.

It is in a very accessible location, just a stone's throw away from Newton Station. I didn't sample their rooms, as I was there for the Chinese Restaurant called Li Bai. However once before, I was there for Grad Night. It was pretty fun, the food was good, the table setting and furniture taste was pretty on point. The customer service is also really good. They are very helpful, and know a great deal about the hotel. The feel of the hotel is very posh, and very magnificent. The toilets are lined with granite and other good looking stones. I'd rate the hotel 7/10.

Had lunch at Dining Room. Nice ambience with outdoor water fall. Service is fast n friendly too. Food is average though. The lamb n beef are tough n dry. The bread is really good though.

Nice hotel. Great views from the rooms. Food is expensive compared to other 5 star hotels. Location is central. Swimming pool is my best part about this hotel. It is easily a 25m pool.

Very Cozy and Good Hotel near Newton MRT station and not too far from Orchard.

The lobby is very popular, the overall maintenance of 5 star level, convenient transportation, moderate price. It's close to Newtown food center.

Location was great, we had a meeting on level three. Room was well lighted and temperature control was cool enough to make it conformable.

I was at the level 2 ballroom for an annual event recently and I found the service to be especially memorable. Our table attendant Stanley took the effort to chat with us and was always attentive to refill our glasses and replace the dishes.

Good maintenance despite aged property. Rooms have good size and housekeeping is excellent. Outdoor Pool and gym feels like a resort in modern Singapore. Location quite far from Orchard. Near Newton mrt station and Newton hawker centre.

The hotel appears quite dated and is in need of a renovation or upgrade. Went for a meal at the restaurant for a family Chinese New year's dinner Spread was so so. Expected more for the price. The garden scenery backdrop was nice in the day time but didn't create an impression once night fell. Food-wise, Oysters were fresh but that was the limit. Service wasn't as attentive as expected for the crowd. I even had a cup it tea mixed with coffee despite clearly having had tea in the cup and asking for tea specifically. The desserts were lacklustre and needed some inspiration. The rose beef was tough and the duck was dry. Laksa tasted bland.

The hotel room is small, but the scenery is very good. Parking is too bad, parking spaces are very narrow, access is very narrow, driving very carefully.

The experience with the Sheraton Towers was fantastic from the check in and everything in between. They were also nice enough to give me a 6am check in without forewarning. My room was spacious and very comfortable to work in. The furniture didn't seem dated to me, but felt classic contemporary. Food and beverage options at the hotel are good if you choose to dine in room or at one of the restaurants.

Sheraton Towers Singapore is at a really convenient location. The service staff are really friendly and attentive. Food wise is really great no complaints there.

Good SPG hotel. Comfortable, cozy rooms for the most part. Some aspects could be improved. Furniture is somewhat dated and our faucet would make a noise every time you washed your hands. Staff are friendly, the hotel is easily accessible. Right next to the Newton MRT station and just a 10 minute walk away from the Orchard shopping area. A nice pool and great facilities. Food is nothing spectacular but is satisfactory. One thing to keep in mind however. If you have your own car, parking is quite a cramped area so if you're coming with a rather large car, be careful as you may scratch your car against the walls.

Went for drinks at domvs. Italian restaurant at the lobby. Beautiful place and amazing chef. He owns the place and brings in fresh seafood. Would recommend this place to anyone. Beautiful hotel too.

Went to the Dining Room for Christmas buffet dinner. Food selection was limited but dishes were fantastic. Price is decent for hotel buffet. Will be back for more.

Not bad, swimming pool, gym, breakfast is good, Executive lounge supervisor is very good. Is the room does not upgrade do not upgrade!

Nice hotel with the best doormen in Singapore. Service elsewhere was just fine. The decor is lovely although the lounge is trying to be something different in a way that doesn't quite work. Skip the breakfast buffet if you're looking for more European/American food, pricing won't work out in your favor. Seems like a popular conference hotel, so take that for what it's worth. With so many options in Singapore at this price point, not sure we'd return.

Clean and comfortable. Courteous staff. Convenient location adjacent to the Newton MRT station. There were some renovation or construction next to my room so air quality was compromised.

Very pleasant hotel around the town area. Located right above Newton station, this hotel is actually very exceptionally convenient. As an SPG hotel, you also get very good benefits and treatment if you're part of the loyalty program. Restaurants at this hotel is very good quality and value for money. Dinner banquets, however, can be a little awkward, as the ballroom is in the shape of an L, leaving one side being more in the action compared to the other side. Overall though, still a very good hospitable hotel.

Attended a friend's wedding held at Sheraton Towers Singapore. The place and lighting gives a warm and cozy feeling with comfortable couches at the waiting area. Service was pleasant with waiters always refilling drinks and serving food.

The hotel is centrally located. Breakfast buffet is adequate. Rooms were on the average side for the price. Hotel staff was quite helpful with giving me directions.

It was a very pleasant experience and I really enjoyed it. The washroom smelt nice too! I will definitely want to go back in future as the service was great.

Went there for my friend's wedding lunch banquet. Overall the experience was great. The staff were really professional and responsive to our request. They were really friendly and polite. I loved the burning of essential oils in the toilets.

I ate at The Dining Room, the hotel buffet. The ambience was beautiful with a huge waterfall in the background. It was a pleasant experience, the staff were polite and they were prompt in serving us. The food selection was great with a focus on seafood. While the variety might not be the best, it is still quite respectable. The quality of the food was great. Overall an excellent experience at this hotel buffet.

The rooms are very average even below the standards what they are showing online. The rooms even doesn't look like what they showing in the picture. Even the guest services is so poor that they took a lot of time to get yours things done. I travelled with my 2yrs child in the property and they can't even handle to clean the bottles of my child. The baby bottles they cleaned was took even hours then also so badly cleaned that the milk was still inside. I called them and told about the same but they them self not aware that whose fault is this. Is it of a silver shirt or the blue one. I even booked a pick up service for which they charge 100dollars and still I mention them that I have 3 bags and a baby pram still they send Mercedes E class in which we all sat very uncomfortably. Still I let it go but handling the baby things like this was truly unprofessional and below the standards. Travellers I strictly recommend not to go to this property as its way beyond the stars. I even don't give 1 star to the property. I even told the manager about the same that the room is very bad and not similar to the picture but he himself told us that the picture taken from a wide angel camera even yours picture also come wider if the take yours. So unprofessional. Handling the kids things likewise they did is truly not applicable. I travelled in the property 8th august2017 and my room no. Was 1609. Which also changed due to lack of oxygen.

Brilliant hotel with great rooms. A little pricey but I'd say it was worth it. The staff was quite hospitable and I enjoyed the services. Also, the breakfast buffet was quite good. Would definitely recommend.

A bit older but solid property with very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are well decorated and very comfortable with good tea and Robert Tims coffee bags. Great pool, gym and very nice SPG executive lounge.

A 5 stars hotel along famous Scott road. Easily accessible by trains and buses. Minutes to Orchard road shopping centre.

Decided to stay my last night at Sheraton Towers in Singapore. I don't know what to say; whether it is just SPG hotels or Sheraton. I firmly believe they should never be entitled for 5 stars. My room is way too humid after turning air conditional on for 3 hours. I call to the guest service, the two technician come in and tell me it is same for all the hotel rooms at Sheraton Towers. Well, they told me they would be sending me new guys after an hour if the humidity doesn't go away, yet it is 11 pm, and my parents are half asleep. Thanks to the lady who offered room change but it is nearly impossible for my old parents to get up at mid of night to carry our luggage and move to another room; especially when the humidity issue is not guaranteed to be resolved in another room. Sheraton Universal in LA, Sheraton Towers in Singapore, I am never going to stay again at Sheraton hotel.

Expensive but we still choose it for its convenient location and SPG offers. For the price you pay you may be surprised to have a smaller room, very basic breakfast and other amenities. I have had mixed experience with the staff and service. The last time was good. But, I have had very bad experience. Especially during busy hours they were responding with one or two front desk staff. I could see many yelling at them because of slow service.

Sheraton tower hotel is located at the city center (newton). It is accessible to the local public transportation (MRT & bus) and it is just a stop or 2 to orchard road. Newton is also the location of a famous hawker center (singapore food stalls) called newton circus. For the price of this hotel, I think it highly recommended!

I attended the CARE NETWORK WORKPLAN SEMINAR 2016 held at the hotel on Thursday, 12 May 2016. At about 2.40 pm, I approached your staff, Ms Norita, inquiring whether the Seminar Organizing Committee made arrangements of praying facilities for Muslim seminar participants. She replied she would make a check, and at the same time assured me if no arrangements made, she would do the needful. She helped out. Thus, enabled me and one other seminar participant to perform our afternoon prayers. To Ms Norita, you're decisive! You made my day. I do appreciate it. Thank You.

I had a great experience the last time so I re-book another stay at Sheraton Towers Singapore. This time however, it wasn’t for business and more for pleasure hence the consideration will defer. For one, I got a room available when I arrive at 10am on a Friday. While this is not always expected but it’s nice to have to be able to get into your room quickly without fuss and the front desk made it happen for me, which is great. I also like the fact that I get free Wi-Fi this time around as an SPG member. Which is really nice, Wi-Fi should be free in every hotel. Being near Newton MRT means you get to reach major places along the Singapore attractions easily. Orchard Road is just one stop away, City Hall a few stops along the same line and you can easily get to Marina Bay and elsewhere through this line. Convenient. The concierge is great for recommendations and one fella at the door even dress the part and offered great recommendations since he’s 70+ and been doing this for eons. There’s the Newton Hawker Centre just up the road which offers great selection of street food, which is great but you can always get to other major foodie precinct such as Dempsey Hill, Upper Thompson Road, or even Marina Bay Sands very easily from the hotel. One tip, if you’re taking a taxi down to Orchard, ask them to stop at Marriot instead of Ion so that you can the quickest direct route rather than waiting in traffic as the taxi makes its turn around Orchard’s roads to get there.

One of my favorite SPG hotel in Singapore! Here you can see they hired many local staffs and you can really see and feel how friendly, professional and good the Singaporean service are. The hotel located in a great venue, near to the Newton MRT station, 5min ride to Orchird, The Newton Circus is just across the road. The evening cocktail is really good compare to other hotels, the provide more simple and healthier choices of snack and food. The room is clean and the pool always sunny every time I stay.

Banquet food acceptable, similar to any other hotel 8 course Chinese banquet food. Chestnut dessert was not good.

What you would expect from a high end Sheraton Hotel. Easy check in and friendly staff. Gym with the latest equipment and large pool are excellent. Conveniently located to the MRT (train), local hawker (local food stalls) and walking distance to the famous Orchard shopping district.

The shared spaces in the hotel (lobby, executive lounge, etc) were nice, and staff was excellent. The room was fairly average, nothing broken but nothing out of the ordinary.

Try the chocolate praline cake from the cafe and you will not be disappointed.

Stayed here while on business earlier this month. Here's my pros/cons breakdown: Pros: — Clean, modern property — Amazing service, across the board — Nice fitness center and pool/spa area — Great breakfast buffet — Free Wi-Fi in the lobby — Good views from the upper floors — Executive lounge — Really nice bar area, with live music and great service — Close (5 mins walk) to the shopping district — Right across the street from a metro station and food market Cons: — Location isn't ideal if you have business in the financial district or a the Expo/Convention Center — A bit pricy — Weekend breakfast buffet gets quite busy with tour groups Overall, no major complaints. I'd certainly consider staying here again during my next visit to Singapore.

It's the opposite of a tourist trap, it's a business traveler trap. The pro of good location is way outweighed by the con of no Wi-Fi or breakfast even for Starwood status, poor mobile signal, and no coffee maker in the room. Less than I have come to expect from Sheraton in other parts of the world.

You can trust a Starwood hotel to be clean and have Heavenly beds and this one is no different. The rooms have been newly renovated but in an older style, circa early '90s. It is conveniently located near the metro. As green conscious as Singapore is, I surprised the Sheraton Towers don't encourage forgoing daily room turn-down service by offering points.
