All the Front Office staff especially Madani were very helpful, polite and professional. All the porters were on the ball, always willing to help. Breakfast was really good and all the staff are willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The best! 💯 Will be back!

Super disappointed with the hotel service. A 3 stars hotel is better than this hotel. Chosen this hotel for sotong game. They gave me the wrong size of the costume. Called the reception, they told me that kkday is their partner and nothing to do with them. They mentioned that the costume can be changed but require the guest to go down the function room to change ourselves. I asked if they can send someone to collect from my room and the answer is NO. The guest has to go to their function room personally when the mistake is done by the hotel. Don't understand the logic.

It’s so hard for me being so far away from home and family but the lovely high tea goodwood park deli delivered to my mother on her birthday really made her day! Thank you x She loved the national day local flavours and the cheesecake ❤️

We as a client be it a small or a big client please take note you are carrying your brand to public please act professionally. How could we accept such attitude service and how your good staff handled the situation from all way!

Bad service @ Mooncake section.
Goodwood Park is well known for its durian mooncake. However, times have changed and even their customer service is getting from bad to worst. I have been a great supporter from goodwood park to purchase their durian every year since I met my husband till now (except for year 2016 that food poisoning case strike goodwood very badly and 2017). They kept using the same strategy to tell customer to buy the combo mix and say the 4 single types are sold out (no matter how early or late you going to buy the mooncake). To us this type of strategy is alright, the worse is it’s still in this pandemic situation they accept walk-ins but they don’t practice SDM. Most disappointing is when you q like hours later and they say sold out come back tomorrow. When you go back the next day, they never bother to check their inventory and they notify you that it’s sold out upon reaching your turn. On that very spot you have to think of the next options. Truly ridiculous! It’s just the branding that attracts people. I will give other homemakers a chance next year onwards. Hence, I do not recommend goodwood park hotel mooncake to people who have not tried them. You spent lots of money (even the X times to q and to pay the $8 of carpark fees) don’t worth their mooncake and services.

I like the staff Carmen work at L’Espresso high tea. I come Monday 24/8 and bring my husband come to enjoy the food and staff service. Excellent service staff Carmen.

We were supposed to go to the Parklane Wing but our driver dropped us off at the main entrance instead. It was raining heavily and the hotel staff were so helpful. They drove us there instead in the buggy.

They say 'old is gold'. Had a wonderful stay at Goodwood park hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff, great & honest front desk staff Mr Aslam and lastly the staff Mr Faisal who escorted us to the room was super friendly. Trust me u know when ple are being genuine and just be themselves. My son was saying that the hotel is his hse. 'Naise hse he said'We celebrated his birthday n was given complimentary cake. It was a wonderful touch not every hotel give cake when u celebrate birthday. Lastly to Mr Zaki thank u for the additional cake. It was a wonderful experience from the start upon chk in was upgraded to a bigger room and given a late check out without being asked.

Went to have hi tea with my friends last Monday and I was greatly disappointed by the staff service (I was holding a baby and carrying my plate while the service staff beside me did not offer help to me). The variety was very limited. Previously when I went the variety was not so pathetic.

We have been staying here every time we visit Singapore which this is our 8th trip. Love the large suites, friendly staff and so convient to everything. This trip my grandaughter and great grand daughter joined us and are loving it especially the High Tea we had yesterday.

The staff have been very welcoming from the moment we checked in late at night. Complimentary room upgrade and very attentive. Beautiful colonial style hotel.

Obnoxiously Unprofessional Duty Manager — Azlam! Egoistical & Impertinent Is A Reflection Of Him! Vindictive duty manager — Aslam who had on the first day of my Check In made things extremely personal with me! Apart from his impertinently contemptuous glare at me and then snubbing past me with the vilest of attitude. He continued to patronise me throughout the entire duration of my stay! Including getting the security guard — Yusoff to pace up and down at the front of my room and even after 15 minutes later, he was still there! Assigning boisterous guests next room to mine whilst all the rooms on the other side remains totally vacant! Aslam has made it known that I am NOT ENTITLED to any peace here in GOODWOOD PARK SINGAPORE!
Both Joosi the Front receptionist and I have requested an audience with him to clarify his unprofessionally vile attitude unbecoming towards me but he adamantly and Abhorrently refused. His Obnoxious obstinacy knows no boundaries! In all my years of globetrotting and living in numerous hotels, I have never ever met anyone so uncultured, uncivilised and uneducated in the hospitality business! Aslam seriously needs to go back to the drawing board of what the hospitality business is all about!
Some of Aslam’s front staffs who displayed the same displeasure as him is clearly a reflection of his failed unprofessional management, whose ego and self-importance supersede his credibility!

Service was top notch and the buffet spread was excellent. Will definitely be back!

Stayed 1 night for my wife’s birthday. Was upgraded to poolside suite and a very nice birthday cake was delivered to our room as well! Staff were friendly and helpful. Makes us feel welcomed. Hotel Itself was classy and comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Check in and checking out was a breeze.
Overall a wonderful and worthwhile stay.

Its a very good and comfortable hotel and checkin was very efficient. I was somewhat disappointed though after arriving, that the hotel did not fulfill a special request I made through my travel agent in Sydney (that deals with the Goodwood Park Hotel) I brought my wife here especially to celebrate our Wedding Anniversay for last couple of nights of our South East Asian vacation and was hoping they would be able to help with a surprise for her with something simple like a cake for our Anniversary. I was disappointed to see that nothing was offered to us. Usually I go to other hotels during our Anniversary and they always make a special effort to surprise my wife when I make the request from Australia.

This is our second time having the high tea at Goodwood park and will be our last. Service attitude was terrible, there was no auto mode for clearing of plates. We have to call the staff to clear the plate. Staff chase us for payment wherelse did not inform or advise us that we still have another drink to redeem, expect us to drink within 5 min (as they are preparing for 3pm high tea). Most of the time staff wasn’t smiling instead the face was very black, this kind of service level is totally unacceptable.

Went for afternoon tea and it far exceeded our expectations. Delicious food beautifully presented and many many choices. Excellent service from all the friendly staff and all in a beautiful setting.

Goodwood park has never disappointed me. This place is probably one of the best hotels in Singapore. With easy access to orchard, plus excellent service. Furthermore, gordon's grill here is so good. I have stayed here a few times and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure I enjoy my stay.

Five star hotel with a feeling of staying in a villa. Located very close to Orchard Road in a quiet section. Service is top class.

We did high tea at the lobby restaurant. Service and food we're both good but not excellent. High tea stands out versus other hotels as it is definitely more Western in it's offerings than other hotels. Goodwood Parks other eateries cover Asian well enough so this was a nice change for us!

Recently had a session with Eva who is in charge of events at Goodwood Park Hotel. She is extremely warm, enthusiastic and experienced in the things she say, do and reacting to our event needs. With her sharing, we were able to know the details of the specific ballroom, the activities that accompany my event and the food which will be provided. Very comprehensive and very thorough walk-through. Looking forward to executing the event soon!

Friends and I were there for the durian buffet. Food was pretty good. Durian desserts were good. Love the durian ice cream! Special mention to "auntie" Doris Ho— staff who attended to us— made the whole experience even better. She made recommendations and we were pleased with her suggestions. She was on smile the entire time. I saw how she kindly greeted the other diners. She was simply wonderful. Thank you to all the staff and "auntie" Doris.

The whole family loved it. Spread of food was good and waiters were friendly. Tea selection was fantastic. Atmosphere was nice, seating was great. But for the amount you pay, there should be free flow of tea and coffee. I needed a third cup of tea.

Being a gourmet card holder, me n my family hv always loved d food at Mingjiang.
However, last Sunday I was a little
disappointed with d food.
The yam basket we ordered was soggy — not crispy enough.
Peking duck chopped up was dry n hard. Crackers was not crispy.
Ee-fu noodle was not as tasty as before.
Service was good despite d crowd.
I hope the chef Wil improve on d food even when d weekend crowd creeps in.

Was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of their service. Staff, at least the more senior ones, were very focused on my experience. Example 1: I didn't like the room I reserved, I told them, and I was in my new room in minutes. Example 2: I drank too much and left my iPhone in the taxi coming back at night. The night staff at the front desk made a couple of phone calls, and I got it back in 30 minutes. He paid the cab driver and told me I can reimburse the hotel later. Phew!

Went there for the high tea buffet. Excellent food at a slightly higher price. Service a little slow at times. Would have liked to be able to try all the drinks, but only limited to 2 per pax. Would go again.

Was there for a Wedding. The food and ambience was excellent. I had a good time with family and friends celebrating the wedding event. I will recommend others to hold their wedding banquet there at Goodwood Park Hotel.

Went for dinner, it was great. It was pretty pricey for porridge buffet but atmosphere was good. Bread pudding was indeed a must try for dessert.

Our favourite hotel in Singapore, we always choose to stay here. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable of the local area. The rooms are large, clean and have everything you will need to enjoy a pleasant stay.

Had lunch at Alma restaurant. Service ws fantastic, the staff were warm and efficient with their work. Ambience is great and food… needless to say, everything tasted perfect. Would highly recommend to visit there for special occasions. Location is also convenient. However no free parking for dinning customers though.

This is definitely not a 4 Star Hotel. Not a 5 Star Hotel. At best a 3 Star Hotel. I booked here because Lonely Planet describes it as old world, quaint, charming and cozy. It is none of these things. This is a sterile, dusty, shabby, styleless, beige building. So disappointed. The good reviews on this place are disorientating and false.

Dinner at Tatsuya was good. The sushi were pretty good at 3.5-4 stars. Though, service could be improved because I feel rushed. The waitress rarely came by to check in. On the other hand, one of the waitresses' dish recommendation was pretty good.

Live in the Duplex yonder, the room is good, sanitary clearance, but solve the problem is too slow, live five days, the first day that the washing machine can not dry, the waiter to see is not, to the last day has not been resolved … This side and the main building service difference some big seems to be forgotten …

Very elegant hotel. However a walking distance from the Orchard MRT train station. Accessible by bus and taxi. Offers very nice selection of dining. Famous for its durian puffs. A must try.

The best in terms of service, helpful advice and welcome. Am outstanding concierge service. Traditional colonial touches with an afternoon tea offering the is packed every day of the week with mostly local visitors. Award winning restaurants catering for many tastes. Rooms are traditional and not all bathrooms up to today's norms, a small price to pay for a thoroughly wonderful experience.

Old world charm at the start of Singapore's shopping strip. Service is friendly and professional. Rooms getting upgraded, but you don't stay there for 21st Century tech. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome.

I have always love dining at Coffee Lounge at Goodwork Park Hotel. Last saturday was the 3rd time I went back for the Taiwan Ala carte buffet and durian buffet and it did not disappoint. This year was even better with the upgrade to Mao Shan Wang buffet. I love it and am going back again next week. On top of that great service and delicious food. The taiwan porridge buffet was great. And oh, the chocolate ice cream from the durian buffet is always a hit with me!

My mum and I had a wonderful experience at L'espresso yesterday. Booked the High tea weekday set for two to treat my mum for her birthday.
My mum and I thoroughly enjoyed the spread of food and the calm laidback setting. One staff in particular I would like to commend is by the name of Satrya (sorry if I got the spelling wrong), he was very polite and patient when my mum and I did not know what drinks to get as there were a lot of choices and gave us his personal recommendations which were really good.
As my mum was busy talking and involved with her phone she didn't really touch her drink much after it came, so he came to check on us and offered a change if it was not to my mum's liking. My mum loved it but she was busy playing games it was still a really nice gesture and we appreciated it. There were waitresses whom we approached to ask for some water but they kept forgetting our request, when we asked him he promptly served us with the glasses of water within less than a minute. Not too sure why the waitresses kept forgetting our requests, it was just plain water
And to top it all off, when we were too full to even budge and were chatting by ourselves, we got surprised with a small birthday cake for my mum! I didn't ask for it but my mum did casually mention to Satrya that it was her birthday thats why I brought her here for a treat.

The staff was friendly and even the bellboy helped me open the door when I was there. I bought some moon cakes from there as well as they offered trying services so that was good too. The location of the hotel is good and central but it would be easier to take a cab out of the area if you do not want to walk about 10 mins to the nearest mrt which is orchard. The rooms were clean and well equipped too!

Nice low rise iconic building. Old fashioned but renovated rooms. Ceiling fans plus aircon. Ex German legation, rooms in 2 stories round two pools. Quiet but only 200 metres from Orchard Road.

Had a great dim sum lunch at the Chinese restaurant located at level 1. Food was fresh. Had to wait a while for a la carte dishes.

Their standard rooms are spacious & cosy. Service is great. Variety of food, including the famous Chinese restaurant Min Jiang. I enjoyed the dim sum very much. Location is good. It also has a wonderful tropical theme at the first floor.

Was attending a wedding reception at Tudor Courtyard. The setting was beautiful and cozy. The high tea buffet spread was great. I loved the desert. The service however has a lot of room for improvement. My glass of coke was never refilled even once throughout the time I was there. The buffet was only refilled when containers were left empty.

I won't stay here again. Room was large and unique, but smelled bad. Shower and bathroom were old. Window in the shower seemed to be entirely covered by mildew and moss on the other side.

This hotel is absolutely excellent and perfect in any way! service, restaurants, food, pools, ambience, rooms and position. A short stroll to all shops. Our place to come back to every time we visit Singapore. We never could fault it.

Reminds me of Raffles Hotel but both are very charming in their own unique ways. Goodwood park's charm, besides its architecture, low rise and low density, lies in its famous restaurants, supper porridge and durian pastries.

Exceptional. We loved the hotel, the upgrades we were given but most of all the staff. They were what you are always looking for at an hotel. Friendly but also absolutely great at their jobs.

My experience was good except that this is an extremely old hotel. The beds are very old and hard. You have a kingsize bed with the middle of bed attached so that you can only lie to either side. In addition you get charged double up for the internet usage and basically really poor and unprofessional people at the reception. Normally you would expect that the guests are normally correct. But at Goodwood Park Hotel its the other way around. Appologies for this review but I would urge people to stay at other great hotels near Goodwood Park. I just checked out to stay at another hotel as the service levels are too low for that amount of money you pay.

Love the beautiful facade, its elegance and great food. Great place to catch up with friends or having couple quiet moments. Ample parking space, centrally located. Highly recommended.
