Wedding banquet review.
Firstly, we would like to sincerely commend Willius for his professionalism, dedication, and support throughout the entire journey. From the moment we signed the contract until the end of our wedding spanning almost a year, Willius was consistently helpful, accommodating, and reassuring. On the actual day, he also suggested better arrangements according to our schedule, which greatly helped the event flow.
The food was another highlight of our wedding. We already loved it during the food tasting, and on the actual day, many of our guests complimented the dishes as well. It truly stood out and did not feel like typical hotel wedding food, which we really appreciated.
On the wedding day itself, Banquet Managers Jee Hong and Cheng Wei were very helpful and attentive throughout the banquet. The ballroom setup was excellent: the lighting, AV system, and projector all worked smoothly without any issues, allowing the event to run seamlessly.
That said, we would also like to share a few areas for improvement. There was no preparation room on Level 3 near the ballroom. While the bridal suite was spacious and had very good lighting, the lift travel time between the ballroom and the bridal suite was quite long. A significant portion of my wedding day was spent waiting for the lift, which was challenging. Having a preparation room near the ballroom would greatly improve the experience for future couples.
I was at the cafe. Fantasies food. Fantastic staff and exceptional service. They are attentive and also very cohesive team. I praise the chef and he replied instinctively. It's a team effort 💪. Jeep up the standard and good works. I will visit again.
