A wonderful time spent here, staff were all professional, friendly, helpful and were always ready to lend a hand. Rooms spacious and comfortable, food was good, pool and pool area absolutely gleamed. All in all an excellent hotel. Recommend this hotel.

The hotel is quite close to orchard road just a two minute walk from it, the approach road to it is also full of bars and restaurants. The hotel staff was very Friendly and helpful right from check in to providing information. The food served in the restaurants is good. I felt it was largely preferred by families. MRT stations are just around the corner and also surrounded by various types of restaurants & bars. Easy to get cabs to and from the hotel. A couple of points to note that they allow kids into the gym even though there were signs displayed outside the gym that kids below 16 were not allowed. Some oversight there as these machines could pose danger to children. So on the whole, experience was very good. Hotel lounge was screening World Cup, score boards with scores clearly displayed.

The best thing about the hotel was the room. It was large and spacious. The Breakfast offered was average. The staff were not very courteous and helpful. We had a comfortable stay because if the room and other facilities.

Wow what a experience. Probably one of the most attentive staff that we ever experienced. Rooms were comfortable and beds were heavenly. Reception nightly was delicious, well stocked with food and drinks. Centrally located in Singapore to catch all on and off sightseeing buses. Will stay there again. Highly recommended.

Quality accommodation for both business travelers and tourists. Great breakfast buffet for the health conscious, the local flavor hunters as well as the continental breakfast diehards. Adjacent to an open air bar and restaurant area with Japanese, Mexican, Chinese, French, more Japanese, Indian, etc food. Refreshing drinks to kick-off a night on the town. Beware of the Jalapeño margarita though! not for the faint-stomached. Want to know more, ask the very friendly and helpful front desk staff when you are there.

Nice hotel, no frills. Centrally located, easy to reach.

Decent hotel. A bit old as it has been around for very long. The ceilings are bit low, thus lack grandeur in most corridors. Location is good. Not along main Orchard road but very accessible to it. Has expressway right in front of hotel. Buffet is good, not fantastic but enjoyable The service was extremely good. The Indian lady waitress was very attentive which makes my dining experience great.

One of the best 5 stars hotel in city centre. Hospitality is very good being an IHG hotels. Very close to most of the attraction points in the heart of Singapore. There are some discounted deals for the attractions when you book through the hotel. Staff is great and food are good too. Hotel is really quiet despite its location, so nothing to bother about a good night sleep.

Place is well located and fittings kept clean and modern. Food was good as well and the staff friendly. Meeting room was fitted with the appropriate equipments and was comfortable in every aspect.

Visited ultimate spa located at the hotel basement for body detox therapy. Therapist was great to relief my pressure points. Feel great after the session. Their customer services staff are attentive.

Great in everything. Only flaw are taxis that are not always available but if you book the problem is solved.

Fairly old but still comfortable and is close to the orchard shopping scene. However, it is at the other end away from Ion Orchard. My room had a little odd smell; not sure if it is an isolated case. Will stay again if I could get good rates. Else, will stay somewhere else.

All courteous, tidy and well-cleaned rooms, swimming pool and sauna on the top floor. Very tactical place because a short walk from shopping street: Orchard… try again!

Went there to celebrate birthday for my Dad. The buffet restaurant on the second floor promised 1 for 1 price. We have 7 adult and 1 children. When billing, the service staff charged us 4 adults and 1 child. Why do they have to do that? Told them to charge 4 adults and everything will be fine… really inflexible and no common sense at all! Spoil the whole evening at the end as we had an argument with the staff because of this. Never ever going back again. Food is so so to be honest too…

This hotel is in a very good location. The room I was in was clean and everything worked properly. The best thing about the hotel is that it comes with a handy smart phone. U can call other countries for free and there is unlimited data from what I remember.

The rooms are soaziose and clean, the location of the hotel is convenient near by the main Street. The rooms are a little dated compared to the standard of Singapore.

The room was spacious, clean and neat; temperature well maintained. Staff was too helpful; they guided us on how to roam around the city using most cost effective commute options. Most important thing was the Handy phone which had an internet connection, outgoing calling and it was all free. That was really unbelievable. The phone really came handy and helped us a lot during our trip. Will surely love to stay at this hotel once again.

It's the best place to stay in Singapore as the staff are very friendly, there is variety of options in cuisine from Chinese to Italian to Indian. The rooms are very spacious with ample space. Every day when I went out and came back, the rooms were perfectly cleaned. The food I ordered was professionally served by the staff and they were all upto the mark. As ORCHARD is most famous for shopping malls and complexes, I booked this hotel as it is just a 2 minutes walk to enter orchard.

Only the high enough price does not reach the 5 stars.

This is really one of the best hotel. The moment I alighted from the taxi. The staff came up to help me immediately. And offered my wife and I 2 bottles of plain water. I really highly recommend this hotel to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

A great place to stay in Singapore. Just behind the apple store on the Orchard road. The rooms are good and well maintained. A very approachable destination, plenty of amazing malls and restaurants options around. Customer service is very good. Both check in and out experience was smooth. Wheelchair accessible entrance, lift available. Breakfast choice limited but good. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Great experience with family. Location is good. There are a bunch of food retailers around. On hot days we stayed here, kids loved swimming on the top floor. Checkout is 12pm which worked out as a big bonus for us. Will come back.

What a fantastic hotel! In a perfect position in the Orchard area. Near huge shopping malls and two underground (MRT) stations so accessible for everything. Friendly, efficient staff and a lovely big, clean room. A superb selection at breakfast and the rooftop pool is possibly the best we've ever been to. Immaculate and huge. Best Indian restaurant we've visited too and that includes in India. Good cocktails in the bar as well. An excellent mid price hotel but better than many 5 stars we've stayed in.

Excellent place for families. Kids eat and stay for free here… Twin beds are super single, so children can easily accommodate with parents… Very near to the best shopping malls of Singapore at Orchard Road… 10 min drives to the most popular destinations of Singapore… Breakfast is very good fo everyone. Sauna and pool are also good… But the best plus point is the location…

Nice place with a great service. The waiter was very professional and his attention to detail is impeccable. Food was delicious and generous portions. The place may be hard to find if you miss a turn.

Although I'm quite happy with the hotel, I'll give it 1 star as I CANNOT breathe here! It's 2.30 am and I'm constantly waking up due to the dense smell in the room. If they call it "non smoking" it probably means that somebody isn't smoking there at the moment. The room has such a strong stench of smoke that it's nauseating. The hotel is superbly located and everything is great but it's suffocating for a non smoker. Could be just this room!

Friendly staff who are ready to help. The location is quite good, being close to lots of shopping and some parks. Rooms are clean with little to no noise issues.

Ambience was good, buffet didn't have as big a spread as I thought it would have (maybe because of the 1 for 1 offer? ) but the prawns were really fresh, service was good, and we enjoyed it overall.

Decent place to stay. Staff is good and offer prompt service. Location is also good. Has a huge food center on its side and 7 11 too. Overall good.

Not too bad. Went to window on the peak for the buffet with family. Food there decent. Family seems to like the seafood offered.

I have weekend buffets regularly with my family at the Window On The Park restaurant in Holiday Inn Orchard. We like it there for several reasons. 1 — It is not crowded and we can always make reservations for the same day. 2 — The atmosphere is great and not noisy. The restaurant is never full. 3 — The service is good because there are enough serving staff. 4 — The selection of food may not be extensive but it is good enough for the relatively cheap price. 5 — There is always ample car parking. 6 — The 1 for 1 promotion seems to be always ongoing. For my family, this buffet is very much value for money.

Good hotel for business travel and tourism. Location is great, just in the heart of the city. Staff is very kind and rooms are well equipped. Try avoiding rooms heading to cuppage plaza as there is a loud music all night.

Hotel is kinda old, but they were in the midst of renovating it. Popular place to hold weddings.

My wedding was held here 2 years ago. Good service and nice food. After renovation, the lobby looked very grand. Convenient location to Tiong Baruh, Roberson Quay, China Town, CBD as well as Orchard Road.

Excellent. I'm a Platinum member and this hotel has beaten all my expectations. Great service and the best Club Lounge I have seen in a long time. Having been in most IHG hotels in Singapore this one has by far the best price/quality ratio.

I have stayed here at least 5 times now and the Holiday Inn never lets me down. Very nice hotel, superbly clean, excellent service and wonderful amenities. I usually get an Executive Club room which gives me access to the Lounge and it is excellent. For the price, you simply cannot do better in Singapore. It is my go to hotel when I come here.
