Hotels in Upolu with a Pool

We had an incredible stay here. 360° views, fantastic snorkelling on your doorstep and lovely staff.

Beautifully kept and serviced property. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

A truly magical getaway! I stayed at Saletoga Sands with a group of friends. It was wonderful.

Had a meal only, didn't stay in rooms.
Had friends staying here, went back to their room, was very spacious, open and light.

This was our first stop on a 2 week holiday in Samoa. What a great place to start. Conveniently located close to Apia for shopping. Food was a bit hit and miss though.

Me and my family were here for a 3 night stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had lost my crossbody bag second day we were there. We searched everywhere.

My 5 star is for staff. Very kind and helpful staff. Upu and her workmates are amazing. Rooms were good. Location is great. Breakfast is decent. Enough options to start your day.

I've stayed at Lava Hotel several times now, and every visit has been exceptional.

And once more: after I had discovered this Hotel in 1999 (following a recommendation by friends) — then sitting at Vaiala Beach — I have been happy to 'come back home', pleased by the service and

The Outrigger was the perfect hotel for our stay in Apia! It has a central location with many nice restaurants nearby. The building is very beautiful and the surrounding gardens are really lovely.

Spectacular place, hubby and I stayed three nights two weeks ago.

Went for day at beach and lunch only, didn't stay in resort.
Two lovely restaurants and a poolside café. One restaurant has fale overlooking water also gets nice breeze.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Ifiele'ele Plantation! A huge thank you to Paul and Joan for being such wonderful hosts and making our stay so enjoyable.

A place like no other! If you’re looking for a relaxed vibe, look no further. This place has different accommodation types and all very well presented. The view is amazing and you can see Savaii!

Clean, quiet, and conveniently located—ideal for families and solo travelers. Close to town yet a peaceful retreat. Car rental is right next door (Taumeasina Rentals) — RAV4 for $130 per day.

Wow! We (family of 4) absolutely loved our time at Samoana. We stayed there for 8 nights. Our room was spacious, fresh, clean with a great bathroom and large shower.

Lovely resort with rooms nice and comfortable with verandah looking over ocean. The place is simplistic with nice gardens and swimming pool area.

We had a great stay at Le Vasa, the beachfront Bure we had was lovely and it was to celebrate my 40th birthday trip and the start of our honeymoon travel year and they had made Love Swans with the

If you want an unassuming, but relaxing stay, then give Vaea Hotel a go. Family owned and run, very welcoming and helpful.
My room: clean, tidy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Vaea!
If you're like us and can't stomach the prices of the resorts but also can't quite face slumming it in a hostel, hotel Vaea is the perfect option!

Great service by the owner! We were provided with everything we needed including special requests which were amazingly managed by the owner.

Quiet except for the roosters, great pool, super home cooked breakfasts I can't say enough. But the best thing is the owners and staff, who treat you like family.

Stayed here with my Partner and had an amazing time. Location was perfect, Savalalo Market and the bus depot was within walking distance from the hotel as well as other retail stores.

Highly recommend this place for families, couples, or groups of friends. It is a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel.

Such a beautiful spot, with views across the rainforest all the way out to the ocean. The host was so lovely and welcoming, and nothing was too much of a burden.

Amazing view from the giungle on the ocean. Located 20 min by car from Apia, but really good if you want discover all the Island. You need to rent a car before.

Coffee today = superb. Brought a group in for coffee-to-go. Quick and efficient team this morning and very helpful.

Awesome location, walking distance to market. Pool was amazing clean everyday and staff was so helpful helped take all our stuff on arrival to our room when we arrived… Definitely be back.

This was a slice of paradise for a week. Don't book this resort if you want flash facilities, swim-up bars and nightly entertainment — you will be disappointed.

From our family of 12 that came to stay for 3 nights on the 26 — 29 of Jan at your resort.
We just wanted to give a Massive THANK YOU to Roe & Staff.

Pros:
Spacious rooms.
Comfortable large beds.
Well equipped kitchenette.
Friendly staff.
Beautiful island style designed rooms.

12 of us attended the Fiafia night show and what we thought was an all you can eat buffet which it wasn't☹️. You may want to check your guys website. Maybe my partner read it wrong.

Location of resort was great, a short transfer from Airport. Resort had it's own beach and all rooms faced the beach. A few small rocks when entering the water, but so enjoyed the swims.

Great location. The beach is less than a minute walk from each room and very picturesque. The beach is a great swimming location, calm water and lovely sand.

I stayed in the Sheraton for about five days. I traveled from out of country and there were a few things about the room that caught me a little off guard and were not explained at the front desk.

We had a wonderful time in Samoa. Visiting and touring this island was truly eye-opening.

We came here as our plane was cancelled. I was amazed how welcoming and friendly the staff were with us arriving at short notice. Starting with the fabulous assistance from Mandy!

Dear Mandy,
What an awesome surprise to see you after so many years!
You are truly an asset to Hotel Elisa Mandy!

Good service, room according to the photos, clean, the pool is small buy still ok, in general a really good place.

Great place. You get what you pay for and I am happy.
The buffet breakfast is an awesome way to start the day.

This was our first visit to Samoa and as it was a special occasion we wanted it to be perfect. Seabreeze Resort ensured that it was! It is small, adults only and absolutely beautiful.

We had a great one night stay. We enjoyed happy hour 4-5pm at the pool, meeting and chatting with the owners, having delicious locally caught tuna for dinner.

We had the pleasure of staying at Laimoa in September 2025 as a family of five, and it was a wonderful experience.

The rooms are okay, but the Wi-Fi internet is only available at the reception room.

Stayed here recently before my flight back home I was here not even to sleep just to get ready to come back home, I had an early morning flight on 3 June 2026.

We arrived and received a very friendly welcome. One of the staff members helped take our bags from the taxi and carried them to our room, which was greatly appreciated.

If you are somewhere in the world looking to visit Samoa and unsure of where to stay, check out Transit Motel in Mulifanua.

The staff were very helpful with my last minute booking. Very handy to Airport. Rooms are average, but for a quick sleep and shower before catching your flight, it will do.
