Our flight was cancelled and we were put up in Hotel Elisa by the airline. The staff could not have been more helpful. The kitchen was due to close but they said they would keep it open as long as needed. The air con was comfortably cooling the room when we arrived. There is no lift but staff are more than happy to assist. Mandy was on reception and was so beautiful to my mother and I, choosing an appropriate room, helping us organise the shuttle back to the airport and really looking after us. We felt really cared for by Mandy and all the staff. Thank you so much for your kindness. X.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Great location a 5 min walk to the main town area. Staff are friendly and the views are breathtaking. Clean rooms, great bar and restaurant, great side walk as well in the front of the hotel. The pool was lovely.

Mandy and all the staff are very professional and helpful. The only issue we have is the place. It is so outdated (broken leg on beds, needs new monitors and microwaves. Also I almost fell off the toilet. Lol. Not secured and bolts are loose. Other than that everything is doing great. Just want to give a big shout out to Mandy and all the staff for there hardworking and good communication skills.

Mandy at the service desk was so helpful, we stayed here for 3 nights in a great size room, very clean the staff members are all so lovely.
Unfortunately we stayed here with full of rude and disrespectful Chinese people, they just coughed and spit everywhere, the dirtiest 🤮

Elisa Hotel is the Hotel anyone can go and try it out Because the trth of the matter is Stay See Experience it Youself then You would Believe instead of my Recommendation I Love Elisa Hotel Always.

Found the Hotel to be quite comfortable for the rates. The staff hospitality was exceptional to say the least and the location is excellent for being close to the heart of Apia. The amenities are what you would expect for the rates, bathroom modern and the room air con excellent. The continental style breakfast was adequate to keep you going till dinner. Must mention the coffee, better than most coffee spots on the island.
Over all a very relaxing stay.

We loved our stay at Hotel Elisa! This place has tidy rooms with great air con and facilities. The staff are all so friendly and will help with anything you need! Breakfast is basic, but we had dinner one night in the restaurant and the food was great. It's so handy to stay right in town close to everything but still with a view of the water. Next time we're back in Apia this is where we'll stay!

The hotel is nice, clean and located close to the city centre. When we first checked in we didn't have any hot water, but after reporting it they fixed the issue. Staff is kind and approachable. The walls are very thin as we could hear the noise from the corridor and the other rooms. The main disadvantage of the hotel is chargeable internet and a very, very poor connectivity; it's really not worth paying for it.
