I always enjoyed eat there, breakfast, grillades, diner…
The food is delicious 😋

I had a great stay at Urban Park Suites. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed.

In a vibrant neighborhood of Gisimenti, located near most services one would expect to find in Kigali. They have a great sauna service, though the workers could speed up service a little bit more.

Imagine a hotel that let you WALKING distance to all the famous restaurants, cafe, bars and entertainment.

The pictures I saw of the place on the website were exactly the same I saw when I visited. A very lovely and peaceful place by all standards.

Quite a nice place with very good staff. Their service was worth every dime. Highly recommended.

I honestly didn't want to leave. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was among family. The staff are some of the most sincere and warm-hearted people I’ve ever met.

The food was awesome, and the desserts totally deserve a shout-out. Service was pretty decent too, especially since we were a big group.

Great food, great service, good ambience and views — highly recommend the Bistro.

The hotel itself is nice. It has scenic views and also generally quiet. Very ideal for a person who needs piece of mind. The staff, wow. Very helpful and friendly.

Great setup and views, very quiet overall, very friendly and helpful staff. Good menu and night ambiance to relax to.

We stayed one night in Mythos Boutique Hotel and had a great stay. The breakfast buffet in particular was fantastic and the best breakfast we had on our trip to Africa.

This was our most comfortable stay while in Rwanda! Rooms are spacious and modern, as is the upstairs restaurant. It has the feel of a glamorous garden with excellent views of the mountains.

I had a great stay at Royal Crown Hotel. The hotel was clean, the room was a nice size, and it had a comfortable setup. I appreciated the smart TV and the overall feel of the room.

This is my over 10th time visiting Rwanda and I've stayed in different hotels in Kigali, Nyamatta, Kicukiro, Gahangha and the likes but I must say this is one of my favorite.

Martine (the owner) is calm and warm. She pits her heart into the guest house and of you are perceptive, you will feel this right after you get there.

This very well located guest house is very convenient if you wish to be near the city center in a green and calm location.

Had a great lunch. Very accommodating staff, chef and even the owner. 🙏🏾

Great place. The staff are excellent and very helpful … breakfast is made to order for each guest which is a nice touch.

Clean, friendly, helpful, and a very good breakfast.

Best place to stay in Kigali. High standards. Super clean, quiet, in the high-end suburb of Kigali. Of course, still all near the city center. Kigali is a small place.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.

Overall very good experience — tasty breakfast, good service. Although I didn’t know that theme of the hotel is Christianity/ Missionary related.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location close to the Kigali international airport.

I wasn't meant to be here but Rwandair screwed up my flight connection so I had 24 hours in Kigali during which time I was put up at this hotel.

Homely feeling once you've been checked. Friendly genuine smiley service. Tasty yummy meals. Awesome cup of coffee 😋

Overall it's a Great Experience to stay at Hotel Gloria. The Employees are very polite and helpful, I will prefer again same hotel during my next visit.

I highly recommend this hotel. Reasonable price, friendly staff who were ready to assist at any time. Clean atmosphere and superb tasty meals.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ndaru Luxury Suites this week during my eighth visit to Kigali, and the team at Ndaru made my time in the Land of a Thousand Hills truly memorable.

I was surprised the most of the reviews were quite old. I have stayed at Touch Africa Residence in Sep/Oct 2025 and can only recommend.

I have stayed in these apartments twice. If you are coming to Kigali for the first time, It’s a nice place to stay. A very convenient location, helpful and welcoming staff.

My experience at this apart hotel was exceptional in every way. The service was outstanding, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and every detail was handled with care.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely phenomenal experience at Amaltas View in Nyarutarama! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone elegant, warm, and inviting.

Phoenix Apartment feels like home away from home. Blocks of apartments that come with the vibe of a peaceful community.

They give great services but they kind of not want to give EBM invoice, I think this need to be changed, things need to be fixed, maybe ebm machine has an issue, or etc.

All went perfect. Super friendly host. Rooms in good conditions and tasty food. Thumps up.

Nice, cosy and that’s the place where you get not just the value for money, but the landlady old be taking care of you to extend that you forget your are not home! Merci+++

Beautiful apartment, well furnished including the kitchen, clean and felt like home. Lights were bright enough for me. The compound was clean as well.
