The food is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared. I like the service and place. Also sir Darryl, is so nice and friendly, very accommodating with the guest and always take care to offer the best service. I highly recommend it.

To all don't go to ramada. Very worse management. I booked and paid for 2 nights full but when I reached hotel they behave like a criminal or something I did wrong. Rude words and they even don't dare to talk with me and talked with driver in another lanugage I didn't understand.
after a moment my cab driver drove out from the gate and I asked him.
hotel said they are full and no space for more customers? what's the meaning of fully paid and booking confirmed?
they need to inform their customer prior if any issues but it was not happened. Worse worse ever seen in my life.

Not recommending at all. Very small rooms worst food ever. No choice sounds like we need to eat what they given.
Looks like we paid for nothing only for bed and washroom.
Guys who is coming for Hotel Quarantine dont do the mistake of selecting this hotel.

I quarantined at this hotel in Qatar in January 2021. This hotel was the worst of my experiences ever. The hotel receptionist and the Hotel Manager were rude and didn't care about us. We had to sit in the lobby for over an hour till our room was ready. The room was disgusting with dust and an unclean bathroom, it was also very small with no facilities. The food was almost un edible, small portions and always late. The room didn't even have water. A revolting hotel which will always be disregarded in future and definitely unrecommended at all times!

Bad hotel Wi-Fi not working.

One of the worst hotels in the world… impolite stuff. I have been here for three days and willing to check out right away. There is no warm water and we are complaining for the past days and they were promising us it will be fixed in minutes. Also, there is laundry and you should begg their stuff to help you out where you can find a laundry. Also, the exchange of dollars is at 3.09 where it is in fact 3.64. The most important thing that the restaurant at night gives you whatever available not what you ordered. First day I ordered vegetable soup they brought lentils. Second day I ordered lasagna beef they brought it with shrimps stating that there is no beef and they sent a burger with cucumber tomato lettuce egg and weird sauce the quality of food is very low. It was once of the worst experience I have ever had in doha and around the world.

One of the best hotel in the heart of Doha. With great ambiance in the reception, great rooms to relax, warm water in the pool, nice gym and sauna. Its really great.

First we wait 30 minutes before they give us a room even we already have booking, we need to get angry first to get the room. Second there is no oven. Third their swimming pool is very hot and not clean. Fourth the filipina lady told us our check out is 2pm but we are lucky we already prepare because someone call us that our check out is 12nn. This is so frustrating and I will not get back this hotel ever again!

Ramada encore hotel has apanoramic view that allows you to see a large area of beautiful road and sea around you it's the best place ever to stay with your friends in addition it has big rooms for your families.

Above average hotel, a little higher priced, may be encashing Ramada name. Almost empty. Though, good and friendly and efficient staff.

Clean, modern, with gym & pool. Great staff. Food is mediocre, buffets are a disaster. Rooms can be to noisy.

The staff is very professional and the restaurant isn't bad. The rooms are in need of remodeling.

The best place to enjoy your leisure time, with loved ones, meetings, celebration… very friendly staffs who are loyal and open, thanks to the African guys I found at the reception.

The hotel has reasonable good location, but it is not the best. The rooms are average and the clean can be improved, specially in the toilet. The restaurant has few options and when I asked, at the end was limited to 1 or 2 dishes available. So, not recommended unless you do not have other option. The client service is good.

Afordable, Good pool, good gym, good rooms and bathrooms, near wafi mall and corniche, room service is expensive, lots of restaurants nearby will make up for the variety food options.

The catastrophes began at the check-in in the morning at 7:00 a. M. On 11.02.2018! I booked a non-smoking room, but I was told that they are on the 1-3 og and there are schwierigeiten with the hot water supply but we could try it or we can get a smoking room. After visiting very exhausted two smoking rooms, which for me have just smelled uncomfortable, since you try to get with fragrances the cigarette stench from the rooms, I have a room on the 3rd floor and have laid us sleep first after Strenuous night flight. Well, shower was after we slept out not possible, the water was cold!
So right on the first day the room changed which of course means that we have to pack our things again. 4 rooms were shown to us, the last was pleasant from the smell. Besides, none of the rooms had a window, I felt like in a hole! On the 11th floor we then covered the smoking room, with hot water. The rooms have shower (only with curtain), a kettle, tea and Löschlicher coffee is provided by the hotel as well as two daily water bottles. The air conditioning has probably had better days and was very very noisy and gave strange sounds of itself as if this would give up the spirit. So we only had this in our absence.
The location of the hotel is an imposition especially for women and I recommend to every lady who has to go from here to walk somewhere: Do not book this hotel!

The rooms are small and the view from the rooms is very bad unless you are in the business room. If you will not spend much time in the room it is fine. The pool area and the restaurant area are nice. The neighborhood around the hotel is not very nice. However the hotel 10 minutes walking from the souq waqif which is one of the few touristic sites in Doha.

My room was very small. But nevertheless I had a good stay, this hotel is near to souq Waqif.

It's great hotel in a cosmopolitan (skip) part of Doha, don't let that put you off. Once they finish building the Metro it will be great for getting around central Doha. Helpful staff (can't fix the poxy lift though). AND it has parking. Breakfast is over-priced, go to petrol station! 10 for a coffee.

Friendly staff but no free shuttle to and from the airport. Also no information of local tours if visiting for the first time. No complimentary breakfast or one time meal.

Rooms are very small. Hardly any space to keep your clothes. No view. Swimming pool was under maintenance without declaring that while booking. I had to move to another hotel.

I am so disappointed with Ramada Qatar. I booked 2 nights from 31/05 to 02/06. Due to major force circumstance I was not able to arrive in the hotel. I called them, I all they told was nothing they could do and would charge me the full amount! This is not how a famous hotel chain should treat its guests under special circumstances. I'll think twice before using Ramada's services again anywhere…

The hotel is very clean. Interior design is very fantastic. Me and my family love the ambience its very convenient and cozy except the Indian reception guy on duty during we checked in. He is very unfriendly and rude. His face is very serious and he made us feel un welcome in the hotel because of that he cause tension to us. We like the place but we will not come back anymore because of his behaviour. There are lots of hotel in Doha where we stayed for weekend and special occasion but only here we experienced like this.

Rooms are quite good but the locality is very filthy. Many Bangladeshi workers are playing Cards, spitting it feels really dirty. Definitely not a place to take your family. The variety in the food to offer from the hotel is very limited.

I stayed at the ramada encore hotel and was a pleasure to say at ramada and would stay again I found the staff very polite and all ways helpful and you could not ask for a better location to see doha and visited the historic signs,

I have stayed there for 30 days, it was a very good month, a very good place and the best staff you can ever meet.

Food was very bad in the mezzanine restaurant even its expensive, swimming pool very cold and not safe, safety box not working at all and when I call for assistance from reception no answer, I want to complaint to manager of hotel. Reception said that manager is on holiday so this is not a hotel its a hospital or kind of prison for crazy people I give 0 star to this building. please close it and don't lie on customers.

It is impossible to fault the staff at this hotel. They are some of the friendliest I've come across. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The Wi-Fi worked well. The indoor heated pool is great.

Had a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely courteous & friendly. Would definitely recommend it.
