It was really nice to stay here even in a short period if time. Especially in Sol Pool, for the good service. Very accomodating staff, kudos to you Kuya who assisted us from the time we arrived til we left. Thank you. We had a great day!

I had a very bad experience. I am staying here (room 513) for quarantine. It’s not anywhere near a 5-star hotel. An average hotel, all the interior furniture is very old and some of it is broken. The bed is too small in length and looks more than 5 years old. The bed and pillow are not comfortable for sleeping. The Internet is very slow, and they want to do maintenance for 6 hours during my stay. How can you stay in a quarantine room without the internet? The government should re-evaluate the 5-star rating for this hotel. I have asked the reception to connect me with their manager and no one has shown up. Never stay here. Your time will be horrible. I would never ever stay at or recommend this hotel to anyone.
