The Town Hotel Doha

Absolutely love this place, really convinient location just a short walk from Souq Waqif, Downtown Msherieb, and the very handy Msherieb Metro station which can connect you to loads of places! The rooms are a good standard, potentially could do with a little revamp but nothing major, still a comfy and clean place to stay. The staff are beyond polite and helpful, shout out to Morris, team leader of the reception. His efforts to make your stay better are fantastic and made a big difference. The price is also very competitive for the area, Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at this hotel for a month. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hospitality was great. The breakfast was nice everything was clean and well maintained.

I recently stayed at Town Hotel in Msheireb, Qatar, and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Doha’s most vibrant and modern district, with easy access to Souq Waqif, the Corniche, and Msheireb Downtown’s museums and cafes.
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Check-in was smooth, and the service throughout my stay was truly exceptional—professional, attentive, and always with a smile.
The room was stylish, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and modern amenities that made the stay extra relaxing.
Overall, Town Hotel in Msheireb is a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Doha!

Outside temperature is 100 degree farenhite or 37 degrees Celsius. The room temperature is 24 won't go down at all. Temperature control pad not working my room so hot only slept three hours. After I flew 14 hours and 16 hours lay over decided to book a hotel. Also Tv not working at all. On the website says shuttle service available means have to pay $70.00 qtr. One way. I really recommend to book hotels with shuttle service.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Doha, Qatar from early February to mid-February 2025, and my experience was truly outstanding.
Everything—from the room quality and cleanliness to the overall hotel services—exceeded my expectations. The hotel was extremely well-maintained, and the service was top-notch. The room was cleaned daily, including the bathroom, and all essentials were always ready and well-arranged on the table before I returned each day. Their room service was fast, professional, and courteous.
Although the hotel is slightly on the expensive side, it was absolutely worth it due to the high standards and excellent facilities. I didn’t try the hotel’s food, as I preferred my own meals, but everything else was simply world-class.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall room environment made my stay even more relaxing. The hotel is also located in a prime area, with many famous attractions nearby and easy access to public transport, including the train station.
This was my first trip experience, and I’m glad I chose this hotel. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to Doha.

For all Pakistani people specially.

My friend and I, visiting from Ontario, Canada, recently stayed at this hotel for what was supposed to be a 6-day stay. Unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired, and we ended up checking out 2 days earlier to book another hotel.
We were placed on the 10th floor, and from the moment we entered the room it's bit creepy. The room is dark, The carpet was dirty and gave off a musty smell, making the room feel unclean. The curtains were old and desperately in need of replacement. The lighting in the room was dim and inadequate; despite requesting replacements twice, the issue persisted.
The TV was another source of frustration—it had a constant creepy flickering. These issues combined to create an unpleasant and unsettling atmosphere.
Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we were disappointed with the lack of upkeep and maintenance. We hope the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses these issues for future guests. Until then, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.

I went for check-in. The lady at the reception on the morning shift was really unprofessional. The complete opposite was her colleague (Indian gentleman) he tried to help me even though I made the wrong booking, but unfortunately, he could not as the hotel was fully booked.
I went to see me room and to be honest I did not like the level of higine in the hotel room was not super tidey even the corridors on the second floor was smelling and the carpets was not clean.
I decided to cancel my booking due to these things, and I was charged a one night penalty.
Talking about the location, they are mentioning that they are in musharib Doha, but they are not.

It's a good hotel but needs some renovations, also the rooms had a peculiar smell.

I recently stayed at The Town Hotel in Doha for 6 days, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff truly excel when it comes to guest security, making me feel safe and well-cared for throughout my stay. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team who kept my room impeccably groomed every single day. I was also impressed by the breakfast team; they were so accommodating and always greeted me with warm smiles each morning.
This level of service made my stay truly enjoyable, and I will definitely be booking this hotel again the next time I visit Qatar. Highly recommended!

The receptionist people they are very bad behaviour they don't know how to respect people and they don't know customer service how to do. Customer service should be kind and respect. Because we are customer for them. The management will be keeping them as long the hotel will be don't have so much customer. I really feel that.

Im writing this review while staying this hotel, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Despite multiple requests at the reception, housekeeping never cleaned the room during my stay even the direct walking request on reception while we went outside — still when we back after 5 hours shockingly room was not clean. I was with my 1 yeal old baby and wife-on third day they made us litteraly beg to clean room.
The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and inattentive, showing no interest in addressing my concerns. Their dismissive attitude only added to my frustration and made the situation worse. This level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable and poses health risks.
The lack of basic cleanliness and the poor service are unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding The Town Hotel — Mesherib Qatar. Management needs to seriously improve their staff training and operations. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Attention anybody! "never book this hotel"
-Rude reception.
-Bad attitude toward customer.
-Very Slow Check in you they can keep you in line for an hour.
-They turned my booking down because it was cheaper and the demand was high.
-They are racist too.
After this worst experience with this hotel, I have booked with a couple of hotels.

-Palm inn.
-Akasiya.
-Majestic.
I recommend these hotel for anybody, their prices are fair, good hospitality, smiling staff, very respectful staff no matter who you are black or white 🤍

Gym room looks small but very comfortable.
Would be great if air-conditione can be manageable, but not just cooling by default at the whole hotel.

The services is really good especially Sir Chrispus and Chef Mabelle from the hotel restaurant, they really make sure that everything is okay and clean, they are very friendly and accommodating.
Very good service! We enjoyed our stay because of them, we always look forward our breakfast.
