I had a very good stay at the Park Hyatt Doha. The hotel is elegant, well maintained, and the overall service quality is excellent.
The staff is professional and attentive, especially Mohammed, the desk manager, as well as the restaurant teams. A special mention to Tarek, the waiter at Opus restaurant, for his professionalism and service.
A hotel I would definitely recommend.

Located in msheireb most of the souks are within a 5-15 min walking distance. 2 min walk to msheireb metro station couldn't have asked for better. The hotel is very clean inside and outside with a very pleasant smell. Welcomed by very friendly concierge every time I walk in or out of the hotel, very respectful and well mannered. Probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in, the rooms are spacious and everything feels high quality.
Soaps, shampoos… Are from Le Labo, water in the bathroom was also very good did not have that chlorine smell at all. Lobby desk staff were also very helpful and welcoming.
Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Qatar.

Perfect stay and I am very picky.
Everything was just perfect. Location, Room, Bathroom, Service… Everything!
Everything screamed luxury. The bathroom, the linen that is used in bed, the modern electric switches to operate the curtains or lights or the air-conditioning. A small gesture to send fruit plate to appreciate my Hyatt status, while not needed was truly appreciated.
The location is perfect as its only a few minutes walk to the Souk and steps away from the main metro station. A free light rail stops right behind (or front, depending on how you look) the hotel. The food in Anis is also excellent. I also appreciated the separate toilet so that two people can use the sane bathroom.
General Manager Esra, a special shout out to you. The teamwork is reflection of your leadership quality. You have done a good job.

Beautiful hotel very close to Souq Waqif. The hotel is luxurious, the bedding, toiletries everything was excellent. The spa and gym is wonderful. The service at the hotel was top notch. Shahul, one of the workers was absolutely amazing helping me out in every way he could. The personal touch was an absolute highlight. The hotel even held my luggage after check out and let me use the sauna and shower before heading to the airport. Highly recommend this property. It’s an absolute winner in the Hyatt brand!

An outstanding experience in every way — from the spacious rooms to the reception and the excellent location. I did have an issue because I mistakenly booked for the wrong date and the payment was non-refundable, but a staff member named Habib was extremely helpful. He managed to refund the amount so I could rebook, which truly reflects his professionalism and the hotel’s high standards. Wishing you all the best.

Superb location with spacious rooms offering beautiful views over Doha downtown and Msheireb. The hotel is conveniently located near Monoprix, as well as many restaurants and coffee shops.
The staff are truly amazing—extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Special thanks to Anna at reception, Ali, Shahul, Aaron, Khushed, and the entire team.
I had an issue with some souvenirs, and Aaron went out of his way to help me and genuinely did me a solid favor.
I will definitely return and stay at this hotel again.

We had a good not great stay at the Park Hyatt Doha.
I made the booking with Guest of Honor (Globalist) privileges and we did not get any room upgrade. Additionally, the room that they gave us had someone already in it, which is a security concern. We walked into someone’s room with their stuff inside. Thankfully they were not in the room at the time. We went back and told the front desk and were given another room (on a lower floor). They had told us no suites are available, but we heard the front desk talking and they suggested that a suite was available but not for us… We are not too particular and we didn’t complain about the situation, we just thought the check-in experience was a bit disappointing for a premium Hyatt brand.
The location is great for walking around Msheireb and for going to the Souq, but it is a bit far to most other sights near the Pearl and Lusail. It is not far from the airport so may be good for a shorter stay, although Doha itself is not too large and easy to get around.
The room itself was pretty modern, just a bit smaller than we expected. They had US/universal outlets. There are two gyms for men and women, equipment was new and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great, plenty of options and good service.
The lobby is nice, staff were friendly. Overall the stay wasn’t bad and we would consider coming back, we would just hope the PH improves their check in process and elite recognition.

Fully satisfied and amazed since the Reservation stage, Mrs. Kathrine and Mrs. Hifa impressed us with their professionalism, patience and kindness from our first telephone contact with the Pension because we had called several times before coming. The welcome at the Inn door and reception was not the least: quality of service, efficiency and human warmth very much felt from our arrival and especially the concierge Mr. Ilham, He was kind enough to explain to us every detail the specifics of doha, he booked a superb restaurants and a soccer game for the children. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for All the staff were very caring, housekeeping, valets, breakfast buffet restaurant: a big thank you to Hashini and one Arabic guy always very smiling, warm and efficient at breakfast, not forgetting all the staff… thank you also to Anne Manager for the late check out!

Honestly, this is the first time in my life I stay at a luxury hotel where the staff clearly don’t know what they’re doing. There seems to be a serious issue with staff training.
Starting from the reception, both the receptionist and the assistant manager were not helpful at all. I understand the 3:00 PM check-in policy and had no problem with it, but there was zero effort to help or offer any solution. We were attending a wedding, so I had to go find another area just to get dressed.
Another frustrating experience was with the spa. I asked the receptionist about the spa opening time and was told it opens at 8:00 AM. I went there, only to find it closed. While standing in front of the door, I had to make an international roaming call to the reception, and then I was told the spa actually opens at 10:00 AM.
This is far from what should be called a luxury hotel. Basic communication and accurate information should not be this difficult.
There are much better options within walking distance. I’d recommend avoiding this place to save your time and energy.

I had a short stay here during an extended layover in Doha. The hotel staff was very friendly, especially the night shift doorman (Mehtab) who greeted me and helped with my bags. Love the Christmas decor. Very comfortable rooms with soaker tub.

My friends and I had our Christmas dinner at Sora, and we were so happy we chose the right place. The table settings were very festive and set the perfect holiday mood. The buffet selection was excellent, especially the seafood…I really loved the sushi and shrimp. Mahaboob took great care of our table and was always attentive and helpful. Jaques also made amazing cocktails that kept the festive spirit high throughout the evening. Overall, it was a wonderful Christmas dinner experience.

Our barista Omenie made us some great drinks here, I had the pistachio craze which was great, not too sweet. Their sandwiches were also delicious. War war our server for the day was so sweet and helpful. Will definitely come here again when I am back at doha.

It’s very rarely that I stay at a hotel that I would love to come back to. And this is one of them.
Spotlessly clean, smells amazing, le labo bathroom amenities and the location. Nothing short of amazing.
And the spa. Not huge but every attention to detail. The sauna, jacuzzi, showers, change rooms all spotless and inviting.
The gentleman who checked us in was kind enough to give us a room on a higher floor with a sea view, souq waqif, and the museum.
We have been fortunate to have stayed in some of the best hotels in the Middle East and park Hyatt is right up there with the best.

My stay with my sister at the park Hyatt in Doha was great! The hotel is impressed with its service — the staff is always attentive, polite and ready to help in any situation. Rooms are spacious, clean, with a thoughtful interior, and the hotel's location is convenient for walking and sightseeing.
I would like to thank ilham, Alexandrio Argentina boy and opus team in particular for them attention and concern, which made her stay even more comfortable. The hotel’s cuisine impresses with the variety and quality of the dishes, and compliments from the management make the stay particularly enjoyable. The only thing that could be improved is the speed of service at the Sora sushi restaurant.
Overall, the hotel has left only positive impressions and I would love to come back here again!

I had an exceptional breakfast experience at Opus in Park Hyatt Doha. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and welcoming, and the food is fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. It’s the perfect way to start the day.

Having a walk in msheireb we decided to stop by Anis cafe. We were very pleased by the quality of the food and service, we would like to complement War War for her service, very nice. She’s very attentive, greeted us with warm smile. She recommended salmon rolls sandwiches which was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed the calm music and atmosphere here.

I recently visited Anis Restaurant, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect place for a relaxed meal.
A special mention goes to War War, the girl who served us. She was polite, attentive, and had a warm smile that made the experience even better. Her service was quick and thoughtful, and she made sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Anis Restaurant to anyone looking for great food and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
