I had a great time. Good place to be with family and friends.

Good average hotel. Not so easy to find restaurant around. Only one small indian /kerala restaurant on the right side. Smal bagala/ grocery also available.

Everything about this Hotel is good apart from the roadworks outside. This they have no control over and will be great when it is finished. Location is perfect as it is close to everything. Price very good. Looking forward to going back.

Very nice hotel good manegment and very good staff speacily mr yousf he is talking so good behavior very politly and frankly em satisfy all things in this hotel.

The facilities are good also the staffs are very approachable and nice.

Friendly staff, Arabic style breakfast only. During ten days stay, I had to quarrel with staff for inadequate and nonsense parking. Price is good. Easy to access. Wifi is available at all times. In-house restaurant is bit expensive. Overall good ambience.

Good price, good location but there is no enough parking for all visitors, never take it with breakfast there breakfast is very bad.

Lovely place to stay in, not expensive, great looking building but the view is not so great as it just in front of Musherib huge project and the site is still under construction, but on a couple of years or less it'll have one of the best views.

Low quality hotel. Decent restaurant called Liyali on the mezzanine floor.

Food is great and comfortable place.

No sooner had the dock from Bangkok to Moscow. Lodged in the hotel, very friendly staff. Here's the only beer in the evening at sunset with a drink on the Sea Bank not:) ) )

The good thing is that it has friendly receptionist persons and the're very tactful people, and the amenities over there are quite nice. The negative point is, I believe, the hotel is old, whoever, still hygienic and comfortable. Generally, I would give it 4.5 out of 10.

Friendly Staff, parking very limited, street always full of traffic, well maintained rooms.

By far the worst experience I've had in hotels. I have stayed in high-end and low starred hotels, but NEVER experienced the service (or lack there of) and attitude from any other establishment. Mostly this all stems from the "Director General". This fella's lack of people skill goes beyond my understanding of what it takes and means to be the "head of a hotel". Rates and payment terms that were agreed to by the hotel before checking in, were changed by the Director General after I've checked in. After an attempt to amicably resolve this, he's disregard stunned me, and I sadly had nowhere else to go at the last minute. Once I stayed at the hotel, I have noticed people receiving visitors without them having to sign or show identification, however when a friend of mine wanted to visit for a few minutes he was denied access without proper ID, I think purely because of the Director General's dislike at this stage in me. The rooms are good, prices not that great, but the experience will most certainly ensure that I never (or any of my friends and contacts) visit this hotel ever again.
