Musherib Hotel

Toilet not working properly. Bathroom floods when you have a shower, no door. Expensive hotel for 5 nights. Towels clean and bedding but the general lack of housekeeping all around not good.

Toilet did not work. When you have a shower, no door and the bathroom floor floods. Got bitten badly on my legs. I spoke to the manager and my complaints were sorted. Clean sheets and towels every day after complaining. Although it didn’t stop the bathroom flooding due to no door on shower. Probably needs a good refurbish.

The room is old the bed not comfortable not 3/10 for clean the gym is old and not arranged well a lot of missing pieces with 0/10 care they have issue with the hot water coming middle temperature and the hair dryer they change 2 times but still not working well and the first was was going to burn.

Have a very pleasant stay here. Specially Hussam was very polite and nice to us. He also provided best room and gave me early check in.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms are spacious, but unfortunately, they had a dusty smell which made it uncomfortable. The furniture, especially the couches, felt very old and weren’t comfortable to use.
The washroom was neat, but the tiles were extremely old with many patches, and to my surprise, there was no lock on the bathroom door, which is really inconvenient for shared stays.
There’s no dedicated parking for such a big hotel. When I asked the staff where I could park, the response was quite rude and unhelpful — just a cold “park anywhere outside” without any proper guidance.
Moreover, no one helped us with our luggage or guided us to our room. The staff seemed more interested in their mobile phones than assisting guests.
Overall, not a welcoming experience. There’s a lot of room for improvement, especially in hospitality and basic facilities.

Really a 5 star experience. Location is nice. Minutes from metro and restaurants.

Location of the hotel is good. However, other than location nothing is recommended. Extremely noisy hotel. You can hear the banging of the doors till late night. Furniture is very old. No parking available inside the hotel. Toilets are primitive.
The receptionists are not very helpful. Tried with 2 shifts both the same.
Stayed 5 nights then never chose the hotel.

Pro:
1. Easy commute.
At a 2 min distance from metro. Closest metro station is Musherib.
2. Helpful hotel staff.
Could get our room ready before time.
3. Food joints close by.
4. Huge room with all required amenities.
5. Clean room.
Cons:
1. A couple of broken tiles in the washroom.
Other than that I could not find anything troublesome. It was a good stay.

I recently called the contact number provided on your website to inquire about room rates. The receptionist who answered, named Thaek, seemed uninterested in assisting me and appeared to find my call disturbing. When I asked about the rates, he abruptly stated that one room costs 350 QAR per day without even asking how many rooms or guests would be staying.
According to Booking. Com, the rate for 10 nights for 4 adults (2 rooms) is QAR 3, 234, inclusive of taxes and charges, for the dates April 12, 2025 – April 22, 2025. However, the receptionist's quote of 350 QAR per night per room results in a total of 7, 000 QAR (350 x 10 x 2), which is significantly higher.
Additionally, at first, he refused to disclose his name or nationality, which further raised concerns about the professionalism of your front desk staff.
I request your management’s attention to this matter, as such an attitude from the reception team does not reflect well on your hotel's customer service. Unless improvements are made, I would not feel comfortable providing a positive review or rating for your hotel. Thank you.

Value good for location but hotel been not take care for long time and old bad furniture no hot water available.
Made complaint many times with no action.

Its good 3 star hotel I stayed 2 night and been ok and staff are very friendly.

The was spacious, very friendly staff however the roof of my bathroom kept leaking. Even after a complaint.

It took them a while to find our reservation through Expedia but finally all ok.
Air conditioning filters need to be changed or cleaned more often as we were coughing all the days when sleeping. The room we got was big 9with leaving room). Limited parking space and only outside but the security will assist you as they were very friendly.

The rooms are almost twice as big as regular rooms of different hotels. Quiet and peaceful as well. Housekeeping is quite meticulous in arranging and keeping things in order. Security is also kind and very helpful.

We booking for reservation for a room and call how many times the hotel to confirmed our booking and they said YES but when we go in the site and they its been SOLD OUT and no more rooms.

Excellent large rooms. Antiquated toilet and furniture but clean and hygienic. No smoking hotel. Helpful staff. Beautiful city scape views from large windows and plenty of natural light.
