We had an overnight layover between flights and took advantage of the 4 Point s. It was my first stay there and it was really great. The staff and service were excellent. The location is great too as you can take the metro from the airport to the hotel without really ever needing to face Doha’s sun. Highly recommended for those wanting an “airport hotel” in the center of the city. The price is excellent too.

The room is spacious, however due to the carpets the rooms have a smelly odor. And the manager of the hotel wasn’t helpful at all, when we told him we’re coming from on a business trip with our company. He didn’t give us a corporate rate or anything, which was bizarre considering everywhere we go in Europe or anywhere whenever we provide our company details and license we are offered a corporate rate. To be honest the manager was a bit difficult to deal with, and his way of dealing with customers isn’t the best. He can use some training.

The staf (Haq) is wonderful. He is Very nice and friendly person. We thank him for his kindness service and his support. We fill very much happy. We suggest the other person and family to visit the hotel and tray afternoon tea. We wish the best for Bro Haq. Allah bless him.

Location was fabulous. Main Metro Station right out the door. Room was great on the ninth floor. Everything was very clean.
The staff was outstanding. Ateeq (concierge) took me under his wing from the moment I arrived. He was so helpful for to me for getting around the city on my own. He always made sure I had water.
The all of the people reservation desk were pleasant, professional and helpful. Even when an ATM took my money back because I was slow at taking… lesson learned, take money then put card away.
The serve in the restaurant again was excellent. The server the first night and other time was great… I didn’t get his name. Sandi took very good care of me and was concerned that I hadn’t eaten until late in the day. Kabir finished after Sandi left… he also made sure I was well taken care of.
All of the staff that encountered were exceptionally.
I am a solo female traveler. Doha is very safe, clean city to visit and Four Points the place to stay.

I like Four Points Doha for a layover from the airport to relax before my next flight. First of all it's right in front of metro station Msheireb which is on a direct line from the airport. Second, the service is far better than what can be expected for a FP brand hotel which is normally select-service, not full-service. For example they contacted me ahead of my stay by e-mail to ask about preferences, arrival time, etc. This is what luxury hotels do, normally not a Four Points. Then when I arrived they had never seen me but they correctly guessed my name at reception based on the time I arrived there. That means there was good communication between the back office (e-mail) and front office staff. Impressive.
Unfortunately this hotel does not have suites so they are limited in upgrades they can give, but for a layover from the airport that's less of an issue. My room was clean and comfortable, no complaints.
Last but not least, the price is quite modest for what this hotel is. All in all I can recommend this hotel and I will return.

Great service, friendly staff and value for money. The location is prime, right in front of the metro station. Rooms are no too big, though but nicely furbished.

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Doha. The property's best kept secret was it's associates who always spoken out with smile from the security point to FO, F&B & HK. Kudos to the team specially Mahesh & Oussam from FO & the lady shined the front desk (sorry forgot her name), Lusie from F&B Service team & beautiful 2 ladies whom I met from HK, keep the good work with the beautiful smile, thanks for making my stay memorable,,,,,, Cheers!

Amazing hotel with super friendly staff! They sure know how to treat you super especial if you have status, highly recommend this hotel! Nice views of downtown skyline in the pool as well!

I had a great stay at Four Points. The metro is directly outside of the hotel and I walked back to the hotel from Souq Waqif, so I found the location ideal. Demraj at the front desk was especially helpful in answering all of my questions, including directions on the best place to exchange money. He also extended my check out time to 3pm, which was great. The only reason this is a 4-star review is because the man who checked me in at night wasn't as accommodating with the late check out request even with my Marriott Platinum status, so Demraj's great attitude was especially helpful.
Breakfast was good and had a lot of variety, both with Western and local options. The staff was good overall, but sometimes had to be flagged down for services like coffee. The gym and spa were also very nice. I would definitely stay here again when in Doha and recommend it to others as well.

This was a great stay. First of all, the location is great: right in front of the subway with direct connection to the airport. The subway is safe, clean, and very convenient. As a Bonvoy Gold member, we were upgraded, and the room was huge, with a separate living room. We had great views of downtown. The staff were friendly and prompt. The elevators were swift and all in good order. The breakfast selection was ample and tasty. We also had a lunch (a la carte) and two dinners, and appreciated both the quality and portions of the food, as well as the attentive service. A buffet is available for dinner. My only quibbles were that the internet was on the slow side, and the hotel does not have a water purification system (have to use bottled water for brushing teeth, etc. ). But if our travels bring us through Doha again, we would probably stay here. Certainly the best hotel on our trip (and fairly priced).

Special thanks to front desk Jamel for being so welcoming, kind, helpful, and professional. She solved our problem for us extremely fast. We really enjoyed our stay. Room 308 and 309 were perfect. Lots of water in the room which is really useful in Qatar. The whole team is great I also mention the Thai staff at the penthouse that were really Nice and helpful.

Excellent hotel and on the door step is the Mashrieb tube station entrance. I dont think there is much that I can complain about probably the only thing would be room 109 when you had a shower the water would end up soaking the floor and the mat. But apart from that this hotel was fantastic and I don’t normally say that. But they had thought of everything from fluffy robes to shoe cleaners, comb, luffa etc everything was available in the room. The staff were really helpful and very polite. The breakfast is excellent and special mention to Ajay who was really attentive and everything was brought to the table and really looked after us all.

Outside environment is not good.

It is a very nice an a cool place. I love it.

Very good place to stay ànd I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
