— Overall we enjoyed our stay of 4 nights here. PROS: Rooms were newly renovated in a beautiful modern beach vibe, kept clean and had daily housekeeping with freshly made bed and linens each day. Ocean view is worth the money, nothing beats waking up to that view! Pool is also newly appearing and clean. Check in was quick and easy — confirm name and credit card for incidentals and 18% resort fee, here’s your room card and off you go — no selling of club or timeshare memberships! Staff was friendly throughout our stay. Uber is widely available within the San Juan/Old San Juan area. Incredibly cheaper than taxis or renting a car. We felt very safe going off the hotel property within San Juan both during the day and at night. Ashford Ave has tons of restaurants to choose from, a larger public beach access, convenience stores, and beautiful ocean views. CONS: If you are an afternoon/all day pool person, this is not the resort for you. Sun comes over pool at around 10am and shade comes back over the pool and most of the available beach by 2:30pm. We made it work for us by doing mornings by the pool and explorations in the afternoons/evenings. I do wish the rooms had balconies, this was our first vacation without one and I did miss having coffee on my balcony or an afternoon with the sliders wide open allowing fresh air. Drinks are outrageously expensive at the resort — $14 for a small plastic cup of rum punch filled with mostly ice.

If you like having Coffee before 7am without leaving the hotel, forget it. And it’s $7 for a plain cup of coffee. Had to go to Starbucks down the street to get coffee that was way better and cheaper if you can believe that. We left a nice hotel in Old San Juan that had coffee makers in the rooms to come to the beach area thinking it would be relaxing. Not this place. They have No clue what customer service means. Arrogant Staff. The only thing this Hotel has that’s nice is the pool and the view over looking the Ocean. Other than that. A Motel 6 isn’t far behind. I will never return to this Hotel. I told the Manager about the coffee. He blamed it on COVID. I told him he couldn’t make that excuse when another Hotel the Sheridan in old San Juan had coffee makers in the rooms. If I ever return to PR. I will be staying at the Sheridan.

Great Atmosphere, Friendly workers, Relaxing, the food was really good. The drinks 🍹 were on point. Entry to the beach at night. PR still close business for 12am so things were shut down early. Pool area closes at 8p. Their store located in the hotel was extra pricey. The rooms were cozy, No microwave, the fridge doesn’t get so cold. Room service was also great. We had a rental so we was moving in and out the staff were great about it and were really fast with getting our car to us. The workers were very informative about the area and gave suggestions of areas to visit.

This place was absolutely amazing the staff had the best customer services. Angel our waiter/bartender was great very friendly, helpful and on point. The manager had excellent customer services as well very satisfied. I recommend this place the pool is clean and gorgeous. Great location. I can’t wait to go back. I give them a 11 out 10.

The views are amazing, but the food is not good and overpriced. They don't have a store or market on the property and the prices in the gift shop are the same as the Gucci store, but not Gucci items. Bathrooms are really small for the price charged for this hotel.

Serafina was suppose to open October of 2017 but due to Hurricane Maria (9/20/18) damage it was postponed until April 2 2018. It is a beautiful modern hotel offering incredible views. The staff is awesome. The infinity edge pool is warm and over hangs the beach. There is little beach when the tide is high but it's more than enough. There are about 30 chaise lounge chairs and about 8 Cabanas for approximately 100 rooms. There was a pool party on the Sunday of our arrival. The hotel was 100% booked but there was still seating around the pool. There is a nice gym and restaurant also. I would highly recommend this hotel to all. I plan on returning here as often as possible. BEWARE this is an ADULTS ONLY hotel. No one under 18 is permitted to stay here.

Great pool but the part of the beach they are on is not that great. You can access it, but it's nothing but rocks. Also, only one floor has balconies. Staying on the water but not being able to hear it is kind of a waste. It is centrally located so we were able to get to other parts of the island fairly quickly.

I loved this place. Great for a single person visit or romantic. Excellent friendly staff, clean facility and food. Food prices very reasonable. Very contemporary new facility with view of ocean from pool. Its just an all around superb place which caters primarily to adults.

The hotel is beautiful but I give it 4 stars. The rooms are wonderful, the valet and the concierge are great and help with any of your activities or services. The lighted infinity pool is amazing! The hotel needs to improve with the restaurant menu which lacks variety for children/ teenagers and simple food to eat. The music at the pool after 6pm is elevator music the rest of the night and can not be changed by management. The hotel has only been open 3 months so I would think these few thing will improve. We would definitely stay there again but fixing those two requests would make a better experience.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location. Rooms are nice however, not much space, room for clothes. A larger dresser, and drawer space would be better as the long counter top in the room does not serve much purpose and the small dresser is in the closet which was odd. Drinks were pricey compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Bell man TONY was absolutely the sweetest!

Wonderful PR experience. The infinity pool view, atmosphere, heated water and drinks/food were excellent. Attentive staff. Room was large with floor to ceiling windows. Fast elevator. Convenient. Perfect location. Would return, great work Serafina.

A beachfront oasis in the city. Breathtaking views with outstanding service. The general manager Pierre makes you feel at home. The food is great and the French shop has nice european outfits and bags.

Wonderful new boutique hotel on Condado Beach. They haven't figured out their soundsystem so the music immediately starts blaring terrible techno at 7:30am even when you're trying to have a quiet moment at the pool. Eventually they figure it out after torturing you with a few songs at decibles so loud you wince but it seems to happen in shifts, depending on what new staff is arriving. Service is impeccably kind here, though + the views + coffee can't be beat. Once the kinks are worked out, this will be a top notch, 5 star experience.

We ate dinner here in the main restaurant. The food was really very good. Our service was just ok, but we were with kids and, as much as I hate to admit it, that often puts patrons in a lower service category. That said, between the views and food quality, it was a good restaurant experience.

It is a cozy place with modern vision which gives a plaser to be ospedado in this hotel with good restaurant and Serca beaches.

Beautiful oceanfront location. Great trendy tropical decor and an amazing oudoor infinity pool with cabanas and a great bar area are the hotel’s strongest features along with a great restaurant. Miami meets Oahu meets St Tropez in other words, the new Puerto Rico has sprouted and is now in full bloom at this great new landmark. Marking the renaissance of the Condado area in San Juan a reality, Serafina stands tall as testament of what’s soon to come in the shining star of the Caribbean.
