Beautiful place loved every minute nice pool comfy rooms.

The service and customer service of all the staff is exceptional. All very clean following all the hygiene protocols in front of the Covid 19. Close to the beach, restaurants, Old San Juan. My husband and I always stayed by new Year's Eve, tremendous place, I recommend them.

OMG! I will never stay at another hotel ever! visited 1/8-1/11/2020. From the 1st time I called and Louis helped me book my room to Evelyn giving us a ride to Walmart, this place is just perfection. I booked the PH1, room was like an efficiency apt. "his and her" closet space, lots of shelves on each side, his and her separate sinks and cabinets, jacuzzi shower, shaded windows, gr8 Wi-Fi connection. This is not ur big fancy hotel but ur more intimate at home feel. I would b more than happy 2 answer any questions!

My stay here has been just lovely… its in a perfect location, safe and close to beach and restaurants; the staff have been very kind & helpful. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, and they have thought of everything you might need while traveling. If you're coming to Ssn Juan PR, I highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This small hotel in the county is a very safe and too clean place, the staff is first friendly and friendly. It is ideal for family vacations. I recommend it 100%.

Friendly staf, clean rooms, nice decorations. And all this in an area near the beach, restaurants and shops.

This place came highly recommended from friends who understand my needs. The staff was 5 star, super attentive, friendly, and welcoming the hotel was absolutely charming, clean, well maintained and I asolutely loved the greenery throughout. It is walking distance to supermarkets, and restaurants. Marriott, La Concha and other hotels are blocks away. However if you need something low key high quality away from large crowds, this is it! This will absolutely be my go to place to stay when I visit San Juan.

Right in the middle of all the action — this hotel is perfect for someone single touring the area. Felt safe with the 24 hour security and the room was perfect size.

Who cancels a reservation that was made 8 months prior and was checked on up on as recently as mid-Feb. The hotel offered no specific reasons other than generic language that they were unable to meet their normal standards, blah, blah, blah. Then the lady to sent it out won't call me back and we are left to scramble to find another comparable hotel 4 days before we go to PR. Hey. I get it. Things are a shamble in PR. That's why we're going, to use our tourist $ for our part and moral support. That's why we contacted the hotel several times prior to the trip asking if everything was ok, which we were told was ok. Nothing on their website or social media platforms about "limited" services nor on any recent reviews from just days ago. My experience is now on yelp, TripAdvisor and soon on other travel boards. Be careful with this place. If you have a reservation it wouldn't hurt to have a backup somewhere else.

Canceled our reservation 4 days before our trip. We made reservations at the Coral Princess hotel in Aug 2017 (before the storm). Weeks after the storm we reached out and send words of hope for their island but also asked if we should consider making other reservations for our March 2018 cruise. It took a couple of days for them to respond but they said they hoped all would be ok by March and we should keep our reservations. We did. A couple of months later we again sent an email asking if they were doing ok and felt the hotel would be operating in March, Evelyn Ortega (supervisor) said "we are lucky that our hotel did not received any major damages" and everything should be good for March 2018. In mid-February 2018 I called them directly to ask about the hotel status one more time, spoke some words of hope, and asked some questions about possible leaving our luggage in a waiting area before our room would be ready. My reservation was looked up and question answered and there was no indication from the person I spoke to, nor on their website that they were operating under any "limited capacity". Fast forward to 5 days before we fly out to SJ/PR, on a Friday around 4:45pm I get a very short email from Evelyn Ortega basically stating that … "we are still struggling to regain the consistency in the characteristic services we provide. However at this time, we are still very much limited in our capabilities to service you properly.

Very accommodating. Cozy, little family-run, bed n' breakfast type place. It's like being with family, staying here!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, the staff are incredibly amazing in how they treat you, I highly recommend this place, this will be my Hotel in Puerto Rico.

It's sad when during a time of crisis like hurricane Maria, this hotel would boost up prices "because they are one of the few hotels in the island with generators" when my sister is attempting to get back home to NY. Instead of helping, they are taking more money away from people and families when that money can be used to donate and help the rebuild in process. Shame on you Wanda and the rest of the staff at this location.

Nice little place, needs some improvements but the atmosphere is great staff are supper friendly.

Great place. They have like 5 parking spots in the front which is a plus. Keep in mind the parking if you leave another will take it it's not reserve for you.

I give them a four star for hospitality. The hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly. My true rating would be 3. Very small hotel. Pool area can comfortably accommodate four people lounging and maybe 5 more in pool. It was okay for one night stay.

The best thing about this hotel was the super-friendly staff. I stayed in a third floor "penthouse room" which was large and very comfortable and the rate was great too. It is secure, clean and an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, drug store and even a Starbucks. Housekeeping staff did a terrific job every day.

Although I stayed here back in Febuary '16, I still have really good memories of this quaint hotel. I'm a person who likes luxury yet I also like unique and cozy boutique hotels. As my first time visiting PR I was looking for something inexpensive yet of great quality. I definitely found it here. I stayed 3 nights for less than $500. What I really liked about the hotel was the cleanliness, the Art Deco interior, and the complimentary breakfast. The staff was nice also and the front desk attendant was very informative. The location is very dope, near a lot of food and convenient stores (Walgreens, and Walmart was within walking distance). Not too much fashionable shopping in the area but I just caught a taxi to Plaza Las Americas. Also made a trip to OSJ by way of a free bus that run through the Main Street in Condado. The room I had was just near the pool and I didn't mind the people who came and lounged around. What I wasn't too pleased with was the hot tub on the top level. Water was hot but it didn't work. And I wish the area had a nice nightclub or lounge. Overall a great stay and will return.

The hotel is far below my expectations. The room I was given was room 9 which is in yard. That mean there is no privacy you have to have hour blinds down all the time. Any cheap motel has better privacy. The bathroom door did not close which again violates privacy — shall I went outside when someone uses toilet? I asked for room on second floor but only one available was at the much higher price. We did not take it but obviously the hotel uses rip off strategy. This fact contributes even more to our dissatisfaction. How in this case is possible anyone to be happy with reception staff service?! Please do NOT waste money on this hotel. Few dollars more will give you much better package.

Stayed here with two children under 6. Good continental breakfast with fresh fruit. Nice private pool.

Stayed here a few nights and was pleasantly surprised. Great service, perfect location. I would definitely stay here again. That being said, I dont think this is a luxury boutique hotel.

Está bien ubicado y cuenta con un desayuno más que decente. Sin embargo, el precio es elevado para lo que ofrecen a cambio. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, así mismo las instalaciones del hotel. La atención fue siempre adecuada.

Small, but beautiful. Staff was very polite and the room was exquisite!. The Spaniard architecture like, romantic. Overall. I loved it. I will definitely stay there again!. The only disadvantage was the lack of parking and the issue of having to walk and pay for the parking lot in Magdalena street, but it was worth it.

Very well located with many lugaees fences to have fun.
