Great Service at the lobby. You have everithing closer Barber shop, dry cleaners, Stylists, Restaurant, Beach, Store… room clean quiet place great terrace… The breakfast was good also but btw Parking not good it's to little and they charge you $15 dolar for the parking.

You get what you pay for. It's affordable it's clean and friendly staff.

The hotel has a great location, good restaurant and the rooms are comfortable. I am sure that the opportunity area you have for the best is training to the front staff, they are very unfriendly and do not have the slightest focus to customer satisfaction. If I didn't come back for something.

We stayed for 4 days and yes we paid 15 dollars per night to park was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really nice, the room was cleaned daily. Is was a new hotel with a big or new hotel but it was excellent, close to everything Jonelis I think that was the front desk lady's name. She was excellent, very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I will stay there again. Thanks.

It's not a fancy 5 star hotel but it gets the job done! Everything is in walking distance. The hotel restaurant was ok. I would stay here again.

Not enough parking spots. Room wasn't cleaned enough, there was trash under the bed.
Had to park a couple of mins away and it was raining all afternoon, so yeah I got wet to be able to check-in. Staff was nice but that doesn't compensate the rest.

The hotel is clean but the rooms need to be renovated especially the bathroom. Good location, however and also friendly staff.

It is a very comfortable hotel with a restaurant that serves very good dishes, the pasta is very good. Maybe I could improve with furniture to store clothes.

I'm giving an extra star because the people were super nice. Otherwise it was clean, simple, but there was no desk or chair or iron.

The night staff at the desk was great, but everything else was awful. No elevator, dirty room, absolutely no decor in the room, tiny TV that kept losing the signal, and only 2 very thin pillows. Thank God we were pnly there for one night.

The hotel was just what we needed. Very simple; no frills but clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful; very helpful and friendly.

MOLD, dirty and discriminatory. Our $48 reservation turned into $97 really quickly. Buyer beware! You will be charged $15 to park unless you want to park on the street and risk getting your car hit or mugged walking 4+ blocks away. We had a rental car therefore we couldn't risk getting hit in the road and we are two women who didn't know the area therefore couldn't risk getting mugged. The AC is intermittent and you go from being too hot to too cold. The bathroom was not clean and the staff at the front desk was rude when we mentioned the mold problem stating verbatim "everything is fine… everything is fine". Said staff member also harassed us about parking in the $15 parking lot next day after she saw us parking there because she claimed she didn't know we had parking stating "well there is no one back there so I'll let it slide". Remember, we paid for this privilege. Do not stay here.

Rooms are very small, no fridge or microwave, and minimal cable. Cozy and minimalist, wonderful AC. The patio is great, no view but that's fine.

Edit — even tho the room was quite dusty and with a dead mosquito behind the sink, it was cleaned by the third day. I spoke with the receptionist at the moment of check — out and this was resolved. Be aware as this place does not have an ironing board (iron yes, board no) but there is a dry cleaner in front which does a good job at a good rate. All in all, a hotel made for essentially sleeping in, as opposed to one that you'll be spending most of your time. As someone who went for a conference, it served its purpose very well. edit 2 — Staff was extremely rude on check out.

Don't ever go there, it was the worse hotel I ever been to in my life! They say it's a 3 star hotel that is not true. There's no elevator, no telephone, no bathtub, no refrigerator, no microwave, and they didn't even have a iron board in the room. We left as soon as we got there and they had the nerve to charge us for one night and it wasn't even check in time yet.

We were on June 23rd to June 27 at the hotel we found it lovely it's cozy. Clean. The staff is super friendly and friendly, very cheerful and always ready to help and give tips to know better and enjoy the stay. Hair drying is not in the room but ask for the at the front desk. I'm eating it. The breakfast is excellent I loved it, I had never tasted anything like that. It is rich, healthy and of a unique taste. The beach is super close. He invited them to enjoy the location of this hotel near the beach of the old San Juan de la Placita of Plaza Las Américas in order of all. That's great!

Searching for words to describe my personal experience while my stay at Casa Condado Hotel came to the conclusion of awesome! Johelly, Nathaniel and Rowanne thank you so, so much. Will definitely recommend Casa Condado Hotel and Primitivo Restaurant to family and friends.

LOVED the location! Very clean and attentive staff. Although, I don't know if it's because we were on the third floor, the WI-FI connection wasn't good enough. Other than that, we loved it, loved it, loved it! We would come back again!

We were very pleased with our stay here! Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. It definitely felt like home away from home.

Extremely happy to have booked here! Absolutely the best location with shortwalk to beach, restaurants, and stores. Personnel are extremely friendly and attentive to all your needs 24/7. Restaurant on premises is excellent with international and local cuisine. Thanks to Joeli and all her staff! I'll definitely stay here again.

Terrible Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi works for a few minutes at a time, you might get around 15 minutes total out of an hour where it works. Terrible response to the issue from staff members. They 'reset router' and claimed that techs checked it out, but the issue persists and the latest comment from staff was that there isn't an issue in the lobby, therefore internet in my room should be fine. Umm, how is that an answer?!?! I've called three days in a row and it's still not fixed. Do yourself a favor and pay an extra 10 bucks to go someplace nicer with working facilities.

Places under construction Tower too small no phone no refrigerator hallway doors and make a lot of noise. Right now there's Drilling we should have been told about the construction beforehand. They charged basically what other hotels charge but worse conditions. Conducted themselves on professional especially the manager on the phone all the time not doing her job when you asked her for towels she looked like she had a problem with it. Was not courteous or generous. When rain on Hallways, floor. 3 day of hell… I have being in lots hotel worldwide… The worst. The only good thing I can say it was clean. $15 parking a day. One more thing that they should had said…

I'm struggling trying to figure why this hotel is rated so high! CONS: I'm going to be honest. The reason why I rated this hotel as 1 star is because it should be. The hotel had no elevator we had lots of bags and suitcases and had to carry them up 3 flights of stairs. When we got in the room it was literally the size of a child's bedroom there was no close instead there was pipe hanging from the ceiling which had hangers on it. No clock and no phone. The outside traffic on my floor was very questionable we had a hard time sleeping. PROS: Great location, a few minutes from the beach, everything is in walking distance, staff was great. There is Asian Cuisine in the downstairs area.

Very nice hotel but not parking for guests unless you use valet ($20 a day). Very inconvenient! The pools and the views from them are beautiful. We would likely come back.

I went for a two week vacation with my husband and son in mid August. I disnt want to stay at a resort for we wanted to explore Puerto Rico. I have to say that Casa Condado was a great stay. The room was cleaned every day, place was quiet and courteous. Any help that we needed they were willing to help, for example my phone got damaged and they were happy to assist with faxing and e-mailing of paper work for both my phone and place of business. The price was great considering we were at Condado, San Juan. Can walk to the beach, and park for small children. If you ask for hair dryer or fridge im sure they would provide. We enjoyed our atay thwre so much we stayed for booked our second week of vacation there and explored the island as planned.

Stayed here for a whole week and I got to say this place was better than I thought it would be. They definitely seem to take notes of what their reviews say. For a example they cleaned the room each day and their service was very good. The room was great very nice inside, clean and very comfortable. The only thing I wish the hotel had in the room would be a mini refrigerator other than that my stay was very good.

Is a nice hotel for the price and in a good place 'Condado'. You can walk, beach or party at the condado and also you can hang out at Old San Juan. The purpose of hotels like this one is have a sleep and in the morning you just continued adventuring.

Spacious clean and comfortable accommodations not too far from everything. Friendly and helpful staff. 1.5 blocks away from bus to Old San Juan sites and a short walk to the beach.

Lack of customer service and in order to cancel a reservation they cannot do it over the phone you have to send an email. Servicio al Cliente es pobre y para cancelar una reservacion hay que hacerla por email nada de una llamada por telefono.

I really enjoyed the minimalist style of the hotel and room. True, there are no phones in the room (use your cell phone), no room service (who wants to order in with all the amazing food choices nearby? ), no closets or drawers (there were some rusty hangers), no parking directly at the hotel (I found street parking a block away for my rental) and the safe didn't even work in my room (oh well) — but for the location, friendliness of the staff, price, cleanliness of the room, I couldn't have picked a better spot not knowing anything about the area. The hotel is a 2-3 block walk to the beach and great choices for bars, food, and shopping conveniently located nearby as well. You will definitely need a taxi if you're looking to tour old San Juan, but it was super easy to catch one around the hotel. Safety isn't really an issue — the neighborhood appeared to be relatively safe. Apparently if you walk a few blocks in the opposite direction of the oceanfront from the hotel, the area is less safe so I recommend taking a taxi if you plan to venture away from the main touristy roads. The girl at the front desk (her name escapes me) was super friendly (a trait common among the locals I noticed) and accommodating. She made a lot of good recommendations for local eateries and things to see/do in San Juan.

Please read! Overall very poor quality. No chair in the room, no phone in the room, no drawers in he room. You can get better everything at motel 6 and this hotel is 2 blocks from the beach, now really? Is cleaner in the hallways and lobby than in the room. Staff are ok, but you have to ask every day for room service, really? Dump. Bad, bad, bad, overall. Wont stay there ever again.

Great little cheap hotel. Block from the beach. Everything you need within walking distance. And Wi-Fi works great. Nice Japanese restaurant attached.

No parking, the nearest parking lot is around the corner and there is a daily rate. There is a charge for lost or stolen room key. The shower floors are painted, only one bed per room and no elevators which sucked because we were on the fourth floor with luggage.
