Great place to stay for the low prices 3rd time staying over here for vacay and never had a problem.

Clean, I flew into PR late after missing a connecting flight, they had a last minute room for me! Nice room, slept very comfortabley! Recommend!

If anything small, fast, clean, nice and cheap it is, I recommend this place. It does not have parking, however it is always managed around and the area is safe. It is close to everything and the atmosphere in the County is well touristy. There are always businesses open late into the early morning and businesses 24 hours a day. It's very quiet at night. I recommend it 100%.

We had to move from original hotel to their sister one but not disappointed. The atmosphere is great, lodgings clean and close to pretty much everything. Could have used a little more space but all in all, a wonderful experience.

This is an absolutely lovely little hotel. It's no frills, but it's clean, comfortable, and perfect for travelers on a budget. It's about $100 less than everything else I saw on the travel site I searched on. The staff is very helpful, and cordial. Our room was serviced. There's a nice little Garden area that's great for relaxing. There's also a microwave and a shared fridge. The location is excellent within walking distance of shops, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies, another attractions including the beach. My husband and I definitely will stay here again next time we come to Puerto Rico.

Is a very relax place. You can feel like been in family.

The hotel is well located, but if you hired the luxe room with king bed and were assigned room number 1 you will never sleep since it is located next to the lobbi and patio where guests meet at any time of the morning to chat, shout and there are no hotel staff at that time to control the situation.

I gave it two stars because of the location of the hotel, other than that is less than one star for the hotel itself. When I arrived the first thing that I’ve noticed was that there was no parking and the hotel had a locked gate with no attendant; I’ve never seen a hotel like that in a high touristic area. When I called the hotel phone number to find out how to check in, a not-so-polite man answered the phone, and told me that I had to walk around the corner at another hotel to check in… wth!? When I arrived the check-in guy was not so welcoming and kinda uneasy; I felt as if I arrived at a homeless shelter and was asking for a handout, instead of checking-in on the hotel that I’ve paid for, and was supposed to be a pleasant stay. When this man finished the check-in process, I asked him where am I supposed to park for the night?, and he told me: ‘you have to park in this street and walk to the hotel’ (which was at another street). Which I don’t find it safe if you arrive late at night and have to walk with luggage and bags in the middle of the night, just to get to your room. When he assigned the room, … oh my god! … the first thing that I’ve noticed was two roaches climbing on the walls — going to the ceiling; on a dark and very humid room, with spider webs and dust all over.

One of the worst places I’ve ever seen in my life, the pictures that they advertise are false their rooms look nothing like the ones they have online! Once me and my husband went into the room we closed the door (Well tried to being as tho the locks are broken) we were horrified felt unsafe and the room was so tiny and dusty it don’t looked like someone had broke the door down before it was just terrible to say the least! Even if you are on a budget take your time and look at other hotels (We ended up staying at Villa Verde inn) I’m writing this review because I don’t want anyway to pay to stay here and lose out on money because once they get there I promise they wont want to stay. Sorry im rambling on but the Casa Caribe in should shut don’t fix the hotel up then open back up!

Crummy. Rooms have mold, smell like a cheap motel. No breakfast, just coffee. Garden is charming but inside is very disappointing. I would've spent more to stay at a nicer place but nothing was available. Great location.

Third world hotel in the middle of Condado. Old and rundown, although they were working on it when we were there. We stayed a week. Small rooms. One night the electricity went out and we were on generator power until the next afternoon. Two days we were without hot water in the morning. The people were very nice, but on most days no one is there most of the time and there is no one there at night. They serve coffee in the AM, made at 7, 8, or 9, or whenever they show up. Walk down to Walgreens for the best cafe con leche in the area. If you arrive and no one is there, you have to check in at the Canario hotel, about a block or so away. Still, it was clean and very inexpensive. A good value if you are on a shoestring budget. The restaurant across the street, Cocina Abierta, is excellent.

Is not what I was expecting. I live in Puerto Rico and I won't pass a weekend whitn my partner in Condado. When I see the picture on Internet of Casa Caribe I thought is look nice for the price and location, but the reality is totally different. For start I need to go to other guess house to do the check in, then when I arrived to Casa Caribe I feel a really bad smells in the hallway, the carpet looks really old, and when I entre to my room uufff totally different compare with the Internet picture, look like bad Motel room. I don't expect a suit but at least something descent for almost $300. Weekend. The housekeeping was the horrible, they just empty the trash can and lives the same tawers in the bad room and the don't make the bed. When I tray to call the reception to make my complains, no one answered.

Very bad place, no Tv, no parking, no hot water no Internet, no phone, no people to ask for things, dirty and I cannot go to other place they do not return the money, they Charme for the week even if I do not stay.

For the money price to high not to high standards can't say its 5 or 4 star hotel not even near maybe a 2 star for employees are very nice.

This Hotel Sucks. Not enough air conditioning. Poor cleanliness and the room is sandy after cleaning.

Horrible experience with this hotel. I had to cancel due to my pregnancy and was working with them towards getting a refund, however as soon as I sent all documentation they needed they stopped replying. Every single time my emails would magically disappear from their computer as if they had never received anything and had not answered. I have all the emails I received from them and the ones that I sent and are working with my lawyer towards lawsuit. Unbelievable!

50 characters are not enough to express my disappointment with my room. The moment I stepped foot inside of the room, I felt immediately disgusted. In fact, I didn't even want to sit down. The room looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was dusty, the tub floor was peeling, the walls held moisture, the towels were always stained, and the faucet had grime. The wall also had several holes, one of which had a tissue stuffed inside of it. I felt completely tricked and robbed of my money!

This hotel gives you an old school feeling of P. R. However, they can improve their appearance a little such as the rug on the hallway floor. And there isn't continental breakfast as advertise but there are good restaurants around. Staff are very helpful as well. Thank you for your hospitality. I will be back soon.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are well located near the beach and Ashford Avenue. Will come back again sometime.

This place is trash. Reserved a room with queen bed. What did they give me… a room with 2 twins. And then refused to give me a refund after I had already paid for the room.

I've stayed there years ago. Enjoyed my stay, clean room and very nice staff, thinking of reserving a room in August, loved the location close to Beach and if I remember correctly parking was available very important for me since I love to explore the island.

So many mosquitos in the room! Rooms were tiny. Breakfast was okay. People were interesting. Great location.

Wow! Checked in late. Had to check in at sister hotel & walk a block &1/2 to ours. No vending machines that we could find. Front desk closes & 5 & opens @8:30 am. When they say breakfast! Ha toast & if your lucky a danish. Location was good & bed was comfortable.

The best kept secret b&b mini-resort in pr. For $84/night, i'd say it was fair price considering it was nice, clean, quiet, and amazing decor, which makes you feel like you're in the tropical island. Everything about this hotel room is made of wood, rattan, bamboo… the breakfast was okay, they only provide oj, coffee, bagels/toast, and pastries, but no eggs or sausage, this isn't marriot or hilton. But the restaurant, bar, casino (inside marriot) and the beach was nearby. They have ice machine, rinsing station (where you can rinse off your sandy feet from the beach). The room is kept clean daily, tp and towels was replaced each day. overall, for the price, convenience, and location, this makes my top 5 list hotel to stay in pr.

I stayed at Casa Del Caribe with absolutely no problems. The location alone was what sold me on the hotel. Everything was within walking distance. The beach, various restaurants, shops, bars, and casinos were all within a block or two of the hotel. The staff was also courteous and extremely helpful with recommendations on where to go. The pricing was more than affordable. We had such a good time we extended our trip. Only con: This hotel is an older establishment. The fixtures are not exactly updated. It has all the essentials (shower, TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, ect. ), but don't expect Buckingham Palace. I would recommend it to anyone traveling on a budget.

Arrived 1st day ( (raining) ) to check in only to find out that no one notified me of my transfer to another hotel down the street. It was discouraging that they did not apologize for the inconvenience but at least they did upgrade my room and extended my already paid booked rate to another hotel. Happy that I got 2 nights for free just bummed that they didn't notify me in advance so I could have a better route planned for my airport pick up driver who was more disgusted with the change than I was. Blessing in disguise is how I saw it ;).

It a good location a decent privacy clean good rate. Iwill come back :-).
