This is a very nice hotel located close to the beach, stores & places to eat. The staff are very helpful & go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. It is nice to have a taxi located out their front door at all hours for trips to meetings or the airport. The shower in my room was large & loved their bath products. The bed was very comfortable. The room internet was fast.

Excellent and enjoyable, attention a little cold but correct and helpful excelemte location meters from the beach.

Great hotel in Condado in Puerto Rico. Although it does not have direct access to the beach it offers support if you went to the near beach with chairs and clean towels at no extra charge. The pool is great and gym open 24 hours. The rooms are just the right size and has king beds that not all hotels offers. Great deal for price and location.

We were greeted in a very professional way.
We chose the hotel after our cruise of 7 days.
Convenient location both to get to the beach and the restaurants.
A 10 min Taxi ride from the beautiful Old town.
The rooms are large and quiet.
Excellent pool water to drink always available to customers, in the lobby of the hotel.
The only flaw in the bathtub/shower a little ' dated.

The location was excellent, the room was very clean and the room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Clean, well managed and secure. Great location in city, convenient to local dining and shopping. 1 block off the beach with private access to chairs and towels. Modest hotel pool with 10 person hot tub whirlpool. 5 miles from either Old San Juan or Isle La Verde. Moderate rates for a very decent spot to enjoy the beach and many attractions.

It felt Just like Home! We loved the staff, they were Super friendly, our room was nice and clean, the 24hr pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, was cool. The location was great, everything was close, and the restaurant in the hotel has thee best Alfredo. We didn’t want to leave. They even let us check in early. I can’t wait to go back.

This hotel was clean and safe. No real frills, but the price was right, so I believe the value is correct for the price you pay. There was horrible lighting in our living room and kitchen — barely able to see at night. The staff were very nice. The breakfast is a true continental breakfast; no protein was available at all. Overall, I would stay here again. It was cheaper than the other hotels in Condado and I'm a practical person. I don't need the frills of the upscale hotels.

Very bare-bones hotel without many amenities. Accordingly, it was rather expensive for what was provided. For example, no shampoo, lotion, etc. The free breakfast was mostly cereal and breads; no eggs, bacon, waffles. Plenty of reasonable to pricey restaurants in the area. Safe to walk around. Conveniently located across from both a CVS and a Walgreens so you could pick up any forgotten items, snacks, drinks.

The price was too high for the accommodations and the amenities provided. We love Puerto Rico and the staff was great. We understand the difficulties after the devastating hurricane but the price was too high for what was provided.

Great stay at the Best Western. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was delicious! Parmesan pasta dish was so good. The grouper was excellent and our waiter Pedro was awesome.

We really enjoyed this hotel in Puerto Rico before a cruise. It was a short cab ride from the airport and to the pier. There is a nice and warm pool with a lovely hot tub. Good choices for continental breakfast in the morning. We didn’t get to do this but they have their own beach access I wish we were able to use. Within walking distance of many local restaurants and drug stores. Personnel was polite upon check in and facilities were mainly clean. We had to request a crib numerous times for room even though I asked at check in and during reservation months in advance, otherwise all was good!

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Condado for a wedding. I was put in a newly renovated room. The room and bathroom was nice and clean. The hotel was very nice. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a very comfortable hotel, well located and the breakfast is not good. Something expensive compared to other markets. The island's taxes for hotels on the island are Elevadisimos.

No large mirror, the rooms are not at all soundproof, the breakfast ends very early on weekdays and offers very little. The place is still friendly.

It's a pretty cheap hotel but you get what you pay for. Not bad. Clean and neat. A little beat up as far as furniture goes. But overall pretty good.

As I was there for hurricane relief work it was good… had electricity, AC, good food. Not much hot water… lukewarm on a good day. Room modern but a bit worn in places. Only half of the outlets worked. Staff helpful and pleasant.

I made the reservation online using a discount application and it was terrible because the app changed the date. I Call the Hotel and the person in charge was very kindly resolving what happened and even gave me better offer. It was 3 days that I would stay at the Hotel ended up staying the whole week. The guys at the front desk very friendly and oriented to give a good customer service (Congratulations to Yamil, Heriberto and Alexandra; they make the difference). The buffet breakfast was good (although it can be improved). I liked the pool area only for the jacuzzi and it was 24 hours. I also have to mention that The Manager is excellent. Thanks for the good experience. Excelent Location.

Great location near the beach, shopping close by and many dining choices. The pool was small but, the jacuzzi was giant and both were open 24 hours a day. We had a king suite on the eighth floor with a partial ocean view and it was basically an apartment, we had a separate sleeping room, a dining area a kitchen with full size refrigerator and pantry. The highlight of the room was the giant balcony which was the entire length of the giant room,, we spent more time out there than in the room. The low light was the extremely busy intersection outside of the hotel, the honking started at six am and didn't end until three am. Nothing the can do about that but its really annoying! Loved our stay and highly recommended.

Perfect location. Close to the airport, beaches, restaurants, and convenience stores. Parking is also available right next door in an open air lot. The hotel itself offers breakfast (free), high-speed internet, and guest laundry facilities. Would definitely stay there again when visiting PR.

I stayed here a few months ago and it is very close to the beach. The pool is small but very nice in the back of the hotel. Some of the staff were rude, but the others were very very nice. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for something clean and in a good area. You can uber anywhere for very cheap! I would definitely come back.

This was my second time staying at this property this year. In February when I came they were in the process of doing renovations so the room I was in was not one of the updated rooms and gave a very average experience. This time when I stayed the rooms had wonderfully been updated and was very appealing. As always the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Their staff was eager to please and very friendly. I will definitely be staying here again in April and it is a great value for the money. Thanks for another great stay.

Stayed here for my 10 year wedding anniversary and was very pleased! Had a one bedroom suite with partial ocean view with balcony. Staff very accomodating and professional. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk maybe less. We had such a nice time that we are back in Puerto Rico with our kids and they are enjoying it as well.

Poor service. We booked three rooms at the same time, but when we came we found out one was on the the 7th floor, the other on the second and we had to wait to find out which other one was available. If you book three rooms at the same time would you want them all on different floors? We asked if they could get us an early check in, but because they said they were working on it we did not have a room until, well it is now 2:50 and have been waiting for this to be worked out for hours! I was looking forward to staying here because it is close to everything but am sorely disappointed! We woke up for our flight at 3 am this morning from the mainland hoping to have an early check in and rooms, that's it. It is not too much to ask. The hotel is close to the stores, lobby is nice, but the service is awful! We have been in line to talk to the people at the desk at least 3 times. They say they are "trying". In a hotel this big there aren't two rooms at least on the same floor. Everyone seemed to have their rooms except us. Very dissatisfied! We finally got the rooms after waiting all that time. They were on floors 2, 9 and 11. Thanks for your service-not.

My 14th floor suite has a great ocean view. Attentive, professional service. Clean room. Nice bar. Next to everything in San Juan's best neighborhood. Nice mix of tourists.

Excellent and friendly service, great breakfast, fantastic location. One block from the beach, centrally located so you can walk to the best stores and restaurants. 15 mins or less from the airport, from Old San Juan, and from the local nightlife. Also family-friendly and adult-friendly (great happy hour) and great rates. Didn't love the sliding-door-on-the-bathroom situation (could be okay for a room with a king bed, but sharing it with a friend/relative in a double room was awkward). But either way, we will definitely be back!

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Take advantage of your free bike rentals from the hotel and go to San Juan old town. The beach is less than a block away walking and they have complimentary chairs and beach towels for you.

Room was clean. Staff very nice and professional. Breakfast exelent. Internet very fast. Everything what is worthed to see and visit is walking distance. More then enought for 3 star hotel. I coming back for sure.

Room 211, North Tower, street, according to as well a huge aggregate ensures extra noise, runs like visits by cruise ship passengers on Hochtouren. Wird. Small pool, fitness room, sabere room, unfortunately, many mosquitoes. Friendly staff.

Me and my husband stayed here 4 a week 4 our 23rd anniversary. Let me just say Anthony at check in was wonderful hats off to the hole staff. What a great experience. Rooms are very clean and comfortable… breakfast was great. A lot of variety… about a block from the beach and everything is within walking distance. I would diffinitly stay here again. This was our 1st trip to Puerto Rico but it won't be our last thanks to B. W. C.

One of my best hotel experiences thus far In puerto rico the facility is SuperClean, the staff is warm, the rooms are modern, the Internet was lightening fast! everything is in close proximity… Walgreens and CVS are only a stone throw away… 3 mins walk to the beach… plenty of nice restaurants in the area… awesome location. I will definitely vacation at the best Western in PR again!
