My family and I stayed for two nights at Eurostars last month and Diana at the front of house went truly above and beyond for my family.

— perfect location. You can enjoy the view of the river and the bridge that punctuates Porto’s scenery at a more quiet area away from the pack of tourists.

Friendly and helpful staff. They were friendly even when I kept on insisting that I had already paid for my stay (I was wrong).

Stayed for three nights, very clean, comfortable room, with great shower. Receptionist really helpful.

Na Travessa Suites is a quiet and elegant accomodation, ideally located in the city center. Breakfast was abslolutely perfect.

Recently celebrated my birthday at this hotel (again) on my visit to my happy place, Porto. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely and helpful.

Very nice charming hotel. Rooms are very cozy. Small shower/toilet but very well done. The shower is very nice. Our room had a little seat with table as well.

My Wife and I went to Porto for a 3 night City Break 14th to 17th May. We had seen couple of bad reviews so we were not sure what to expect.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in was smooth and Paulo was very professional and kind. His attention to detail really made a difference. We will definitely come back!

We were greeted by the owner who was delightful and gave us so much advice and information about the area.

This is a really nice hotel in Lamego, one of the towns in the Douro Valley. The town itself is really nice, it has a lot of restaurants and shops along a center square.

Great location but a strange hotel. Simple things like getting an iron was an absolute mission. It feels like maybe once a great hotel, but is slowly needing a bit more uptake and care.

A very special place. The rooms are big, clean and so comfortable, the spa is beautiful and the food is great — especially the amazing breakfast. But the hotel’s greatest asset is its staff.

We spent 3 nights at the Quinta last August — and it was highlight of our trip in Douro Valley and Portugal.

Had an outstanding stay at Quinta Dona Matilde. Francisco was amazing! I had been in communication with him as I had been planning to propose to my Fiancée during my stay.

A special thank you to the lady who served us, we arrived very late for lunch and she was extremely friendly and the food was excellent. I will definitely come back.

15 euro, great Albergue for the night, modern bathroom and showers, ample kitchen with all you will need with cool connected communal area. The staff was so incredibly friendly!

Claudia, the woman running the albergue is such a beautiful human to meet on the way to Santiago.

When you travel with family, you want to make sure you don’t make any mistakes in choosing places to stay. When we booked this hotel, we were very excited and looked for a good stay.

So, really I should have gone with a three rating, but did not want to be overly harsh as there was nothing very wrong with this hotel, but neither was there anything very right.

Top guesthouse. Very gentle personal. Nice garden and pool. Rooms fully equipped.

Good location for hikes, 2 good restaurants in the nearby.
Breakfast and cleaning could be improved.

I was very happy with my choice to stay at ClipHotel. It’s not in main city but just a few metro stops and you’re in the heart of beautiful Porto.

I had a great stay here, the location is right next to the tram stop, so easy access to the city and tourist areas.

The hotel and the location could not be more lovely. I especially recommend booking (for free) the three pools that you get to have all for yourself for 30 minutes.

This was our first stop on our honeymoon, and I could have spent the whole rest of the trip there! Absolutely amazing place!

From the warmest of welcomes, super comfortable accommodation, friendly service, help with planning trips, nothing is too much trouble.
Setting is magnificent, in amongst the vineyards.

The location is spectacular. The view and property are lovely. The room is comfy and immaculate. The drive to our amazing dinner restaurant was easy.

An amazing and unexpected stay :-). Coming to Solar de Serrade is wonderful. The great vineyard is the base.

In a unique environment, professionalism and kindness are the main pillars of the place.

If you are lucky you will find a parking place close by but the restaurant is a visit worthwhile. Nice service and very good food.

We now call this simple but charming hotel “home away from home”. Paula, the manager, always greets us with a smile and a quip. Everything is clean and proper.

Nice location, safe suburbs and most importantly, nice, friendly and helpful crew. I had only breakfast and it was great!

It was a surprise to have this good experience, because We had stayed in abother hotel in Fafe a year ago and it was terrible.
And breakfast is worthy.

Because of a Car breakdown we stayed in Macedo by coincidence. The Staff of the Muchacho Hotel was very friendly, kind and helpful to us. Talking in English was no Problem at all.

Fabulous little family run hotel, will be returning!
