SPA Hotels in Algarve

Google says 3-star, but they run it like a 5-star hotel! This beautiful countryside hotel was exactly as described, and we absolutely loved our stay.

We were fortunate enough to spend a week here but it was not enough and we left feeling rather bereft but plan to remedy this by staying for 10 days next year.

Stayed 5 days late September.
Booked 2 rooms in the lower part of the hotel the anex I think they called it.
Views onto the beach was spectacular.
Worth the price on its own.

Lovely location on the beach in Portimao. Stairs down from the hotel onto the beach, these are locked at night & key access. Breakfast selection is good.

Stayed in a 3-bedroom residence. Each bedroom has a bathroom and there is a shared sitting and dining area and a kitchen. In April the resort was not full and it was very relaxing.

Pine Cliffs delivers a truly world-class.
Experience. From the moment we arrived, every detail reflected elegance, comfort, and impeccable service.

The rooms were nice and spaced out, they were also very luxurious. Most rooms were really close the pools and there were lots of activities like there was basketball, mini golf and football.

Our stay at Pine Cliffs Resort was absolutely wonderful. The staff were amazing and made our anniversary celebration truly extra special.

Superb weeks stay left on 01July. Hotel is well placed as far away but near enough to the strip. Pool area is immaculate and 2 lifeguards certainly love their jobs.

I’ve been here for the past week and have had a really pleasant stay.

Found this place by accident.
Looked good on Trip advisor so came to stay for 2 nights.
Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.
Hotel looks brand new (open 1 year)
Absolutely immaculate.

We stayed here 8 nights in the roof-top apartment with a spacious and sunny extended balcony area. Put simply, this is a superb boutique hotel which is well-located in the heart of Faro.

Fantastic stay at Occidental Faro… It was a surprise trip so didn't know what to expect but I was overwhelmingly impressed by everything!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Andre Alencar at the bar in the Occidental Faro Hotel, and I must say his service was exceptional.

We spent a wonderful week at this hotel, everything was top notch.
I had a bad leg injury but the staff were so kind and supportive.
A big thank you to Ines in the.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Only had breakfast in the hotel but that had a great variety of hot and cold food and was very good.

I just spent 3 wonderful nights/days at Tivoli Carvoeiro and loved every minute of it. From the front desk help to the restaurant, bar and doormen workers, everyone was very pleasant, professional

Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff. Especial kudos and emphasis to Priscila (kids club) who looks after my little ones with so much caring and attention.

Fantastic place to stay in Carvoeiro! They call it a guesthouse, but it's more comfortable than most hotels.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights during low season. There weren’t very many guests so it felt like a private stay.

It was a lovely stay at the Água Riverside hotel. The room was so spacious but especially the stuff was incredible.

Fantastic hotel! Rooms are great and clean, beds are good, breakfast is wonderful with a lot of choice, dinner is fantastic and various. The hotel has a stunning view with a beautiful sunset!

Highly recommend, very helpful and attentive staff who help with absolutely everything, lovely area, lovely studio apartment with fantastic cleaning and room service, great food, a wide range of

We had a roadtrip along the coastline of South Portugal and this hotel was my absolute favorite. It's massive! The room was clean and spacious, the restaurants and bars are overlooking the beach.

Great Value, Great Staff.
Went very early in year, so really appreciated the heated indoor pool for a quiet morning swim. Paula at reception deserves at particular mention.

Absolutely fantastic time at this hotel for our first holiday to Portugal. The staff were so polite, kind and helped with every question I had.

We stayed at W Residences Algarve in November 2025 and had an amazing experience.

We came last year and decided to come back again. It's easy to get to, has great restaurants, breakfast is amazing and most of all the staff are sublime!

A very special place in Algarve, a small family run hotel thst makes you feel like home.

What a wonderful place to be, to stay, to enjoy. Great staff, as Alexandre, and the owners are awesome, Nuno e Carlos know how to deal with their special hotel.

We stayed at the AP Maria Nova Lounge Hotel for four nights and had a really enjoyable stay.

Just returned for AP Marie Nova. The hotel is situated perfectly in the town centre, If you want to mix a city break with a pool holiday then this is perfect.

Jupiter Algarve Hotel & Spa — Praia da Rocha 💛✨
Oh, this place. It’s been so lovely.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our recent holiday in Algarve. It is perfectly set right by the breathtaking Praia da Rocha beach.

Great value for money, we really loved our stay here. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, the rooms are big and with a nice balcony.

Very very lovely hotel! Worth every bit! Including breakfast which was amazing! Rooms big and clean, you have pool, bar, gym! I definitely enjoyed staying!

We spent a week here in a one bedroom apartment and had an amazing stay. The surroundings are beautifully kept and the staff were so friendly.

Fabulous resort! Amazing staff all around — that's what makes this place special. Good food. Great for families with children (especially kids up to 10 years old). Worth every euro spent.

Stayed 7 nights from 7th to 14th July. Can’t find anything negative to say other than we wished the main bed was one bed instead of two singles pushed together but, hey, that’s hotels for you.

We’ve stayed here several times now, and as a family we absolutely love it. The rooms are really spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering.

Weve Just had a lovely 5 night stay at the hotel.
The hotel is very clean and has a great atmosphere.

Another excellent stay with Hotel Do Cerro. We have been coming here for 10 years now after coming for our honeymoon apart from covid. Just a fantastic time and stay once again.

Lovely stay in a beautiful resort. The Atlantic pool in particular was beautifully landscaped with stunning views over the cliffs and sea.

We are leaving the Prainha Clube today and we wanted to thank both Ana and Dora for making our stay extremely special and welcoming.

We spent 10 days on a b&b basis in April 2024 and loved the whole experience.
We booked a Seaview room but the tree in the grounds obstructed our view.

Great experience all round. Staff super helpful and smiling. Family room very convenient and the hotel surroundings absolutely beautiful too.

There’s nothing nicer than arriving in a new country after a super long journey and feeling instantly at home!
