Wonderful stay. Lovely helpful staff. Rute in the restaurant and Ricardo and the young lady on concierge. Beautiful stylish room and excellent dinner and excellent selection of food at breakfast. We will be back again as the whole experience was wonderful!

The best and most dog friendly hotel in the Algarve in Portugal. Perfect service from the beginning, also super friendly to our dogs.

Beautiful setting with first class service, totally relaxing holiday.

This is a fabulous hotel — great location, fabulous staff and amenities. The view from each room has to be seen to be believed! The breakfast buffet is the most extensive I have ever seen! Had a wonderful stay and would consider myself very lucky to stay here again.

Stayed at Tivoli from 11 juli till 18 juli with my boyfriend. Loved everything here. Unfortunately during the stay his schoulder got dislocated when jumping in the pool but the people / staff where very helpfull. Thank you for that! We will definitely come back again! 😄

After a few teething problems which were eventually sorted we had lovely break. Beautiful resort and rooms with the most amazing views. Tried the one restaurant but we’re not very impressed. Back in March with friends so hopefully that will be great experience. Lovely staff and great service. Till next time.

One of the best hotel I had been. The balcony view has a gorgeous point of view from the beach and cave. Indoor and outdoor pools, plus it’s a luxury hotel with many other amenities.

More like family summer camp than luxury hotel. Not for couples. Not for romantic getaways. Not for those seeking sophisticated, exceptional service. Save your money and just enjoy the views elsewhere. Views are gorgeous, but pool is overcrowded and beach is only for those with professional rock climbing experience. So disappointed in this place…

Great hotel… great location… great staff and a lovely town of Carvoeiro 5 minutes walk away.

We had an excellent holiday at the Tivoli Carvoeiro. As far as the five-star level is concerned, we mainly experienced it during breakfast and exceptionally during the evening dinner! My girlfriend is vegetarian and during her stay, every evening a vegatarian plate was made by Chef Fabio.
We also have met Chef Fabio three times because he brought us the plate he created. What an honor! Every day, every plate was a surprise! Chef Fabio is an artist with food. That’s for sure. No doubt. Tell him that please. He does it with so much passion and persuasion. The food in the restaurant was of a high standard. Fine, with great taste and texture, prepared with passion. We enjoyed! The restaurant staff is certainly worth five stars. Georgio Benardo, Paulo, the 2 lovely ladies @ the check-in, every day with a smile! … every employee works with pleasure and joy. As for the other categories in the hotel about five-star level, we leave that to other guests to decide. We especially had a culinary holiday and we are grateful. Thank you Mário Custódio. Go on!

By any standard the Tivoli Carvoeiro Hotel has a 5* rating. Fortunately after an unusually very cold start to June we enjoyed two glorious days. Our room, having an unspoilt sea view of the cliffs, terrace gardens and the pool is perhaps one of the finest in The Algarve. The hotel as was our room has recently been refurbished to an excellent standard. Staff are welcoming, helpful and genuinely friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the poolside restaurant and overall ambiance of the hotel. Portuguese hospitality and international guests made it a very enjoyable stay. We plan to return in September 2018.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Tivoli Carvoeiro. We booked 3 rooms through Amex platinum travel for 3 nights. I was a bit apprehensive as I saw some of the other hotels in the area and they weren’t up to snuff but my agent called to hotel to confirm that my room would have all of the amenities that I wanted such as a king size bed, large terrace and ocean view. The newly decorated room was perfect in every way; very tastefully and newly renovated with a view to die for. The bed was heaven and the very large bathroom a delight. The staff was all so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment.
The dining area overlooks the breathtaking view of the ocean and cliff and their comprehensive breakfast buffet will have something for everyone.
The pool are was lovely and sunset cocktails at the Sky Bar, a must to see the spectacular daily end of the day sunset. As for the complainers about the cost of drinks, I don’t know where they come from and drink cheaper with that amazing view but 5 cocktails for us came to only about 40€ or US$50 which is a bargain back where I come from.
As with any resort, there are quiet good times to visit and then there are the crazy jammed packed days full of impatient, hard to please customers.

Hotel is a bit older but rooms are so far ok and clean. Food is also good but not too late on it for breakfast otherwise it must be little available. Vista is the hammer and the location has also Hotel below a small beach where you can are also beautiful at low tide. It's also just a nice cave directly on the beach in the pure swimming.

Poor care at reception, would have a bad day aunt.
