The way this hostel is run is done so well. It's in an absolutely peaceful and beautiful spot and there is so much pride and care in the hostel itself.

One of my all time favourite hostels, the staff are lovely and the view from the terrace is one of the best you'll find!

Nice and clean hostel. The rooms is clean, but really warm this is only problem.
Stuff is nice breakfast is simple and good. I like the Portuguese design with blue and white stones.

What a lovely hostel. The staff were lovely and helpful. The bottom bunk I had requested was very comfortable and the breakfast was really good.

Great hostel the location is perfect few steps away from the tourists office between the old town and the marina also near the main coach and buses station in short quite central.

This is a pretty good hostel in a great central location. Its pretty simple but very clean and good Wi-Fi. We stayed one night on a Saturday in late June but it was pretty empty.

A really nicely priced hostel in the centre of Faro, very close to the marina, bars, shops and restaurants are all within a short walk along with the main attractions of Faro.

Stayed 5 days in this hostel and I enjoyed every day. Calm ambient, spacious dorms and very clean. Few minutes from the old town and main beach of Albufeira. Will come back next year!

Such a nice Hostel! Fatima the manager was friendly and kind, such a sunshine person.
The location is a great, just few steps from the beach and old town (be aware party old town).

I've been in this Hostel several times over the past few years and it's always improving. 10/10! First of all it's a beautiful Hostel in general (especially the common areas).

For the price we paid 40 euros for the night for 2 ppl it wasnt that bad.

Simple place, simple room, but it’s clean and has everything you need. Very kind man on check in, we are from Ukraine, he showed us support, which was nice of him. Fair price and good location.

I went to Iguana Guesthouse together with my friend. First of all the owner Ruth welcome us very friendly, showed us the great rooms, bathrooms and outdoor area.

Lovely place to stay, very quiet.
However they do charge for leaving luggage with them before checkin or after check out.
They room is very big and lovely.

Was able to check in early and it was very appreciated after an early bus ride. Clean room, big shower, comfortable bed. Tv and air conditioner worked.

My friend and I (two girls) stayed here for four nights while hiking/swimming in the area of algarve. Really chill neighborhood, away from the touristy bits of Portimao.

I've never been in Portimão before and I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay over! The place was very recently opened and the home electronics were brand new!

Great hostel to stay for a few days! The rooms are good size and they clean the rooms and bathrooms everyday. Tommy the owner was great and really helpful!

Tommy's one of the most warm hearted hosts and souls I've ever met. Spent a few days at his hostel. Extending my stay spontaneously was always possible.

The room I slept at was really well laid out. Plugs in all beds, reading lights as well. AC was missing however. Common spaces are really cute and cool, everything is labelled really well.

I can really recommend this hostel. Which is closer to a hotel. Everything is perfect inside and outside.

We stayed in Faroway hostel for 2 days just now in December. We’ve seen some bad opinions but we were pleasantly surprised.

The hostel decor is very nice and authentic. However it could be improved and when I say that I mean the bathrooms and the roof terrance.

It was clean and simple. The staff were friendly. Good place to stay for one night before a flight. Easy to walk to the airport.

The hostel is acceptable for this price. The staff at reception was welcoming and helpful. The bathroom was a bit dirty but the room was fine.

My stay at this hostel was an absolute nightmare.

Excellent place. My favourite of the 6 hostels I've stayed at in Faro. Perfect location. Excellent amenities. Auto launderette less than 50m away.

Staying at Aldeia felt like home and was an excellent choice for my solo travel.

I love this hostel. I will definitely come back to this place. The owner is Marta, she is ADORABLE! She has this beautiful soul… she is open, sympathetic, positive, you can ask her everything.

Paula was a great host. She works very hard for guests' well being during their stay.

Great place and excellent staff plus very clean and all way warm with beautiful views.
