The hotel was everything we hoped for, very clean spacious room with everything we needed for our stay.
The staff were friendly, polite and efficient.

A little bit of heaven, apartment and all the staff are truly wonderful. This place is so quiet you can hear a mouse fart.

Hotel was lovely and clean. Check in process easy. Rooms were a bit on the small side, but clean and neat.

We have visited monte gordo many times and stayed in quite a few different hotels but this was our first time at Prime and I have to say it was definitely the best!

Right away Jet2 staff are at Faro to reassure you and get you to your transport to your hotel. The booking in is not long and then straight to your room.

The location of the hotel is great. Right on the beautiful beach. But there's not a hell of a lot to do in Monte Gordo.

A very nice clean and tidy hostel I stayed in a 4 mix dorm. The room gets very hot feels like you’re in an oven so you have to have the Aircon on all the time.

Nice and clean. Free access to the pool and close to the beach. Good for remote working. Friendly and welcoming staff.

These apartments have everything you need especially the west facing ones with sea view and afternoon and evening sun.

Great stay! Mini solo break, great staff especially Miguel in the bar. Made friends with other solos in the bar too.
Pool & reception are newly refurbished. Plenty of room in the apartment.

Booked 2 rooms in the lower part of the hotel the anex I think they called it.
Views onto the beach was spectacular.
Worth the price on its own.

Lovely location on the beach in Portimao. Stairs down from the hotel onto the beach, these are locked at night & key access. Breakfast selection is good.

Lovely hotel with great amenities. The location meant that we had to pay a fair bit to taxi services to get out and about (albufeira, faro etc)

We are returning customers. The service and food (breakfast and dinner) is truly exceptional. So fresh and beautifully prepared every day. Affordable drink options in bars and during dinner.

Stayed here in November for 7 nights B&B. I really don't get all the negative reviews. For a 3*, this is excellent value for money. Just don't expect a 5* service at a 3* price.

My fifth visit in two years! Friendly staff, spacious apartments, great pool, delicious bar food and great value cocktails. Only a short walk from the beautiful Praia da Rocha.

Surprisingly good. What do you expect from a Hotel close to the Airport? Room was new and very clean. I found everything I needed for a short night before departure.

Our stay at Hotel 3K Faro Aeroporto was very good. This hotel is ideal for short stays, especially if you need something practical, clean, and close to the airport.

Lovely hotel in a great location, very close to Spanish border. Lots of pretty towns between Monte Gordo and Faro.

Great hotel I really enjoyed my stay, I had a top floor room with fantastic views, very clean and comfortable, fridge, safe, aircon and free toiletries, bed was really comfy.

Stayed here for 4 nights in October for short break and visiting friends.
Rooms were immaculate, beautiful sizes with self contained kitchen, great size balcony.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent, lots of fresh options and good coffee, which made mornings really enjoyable.

Everything about our stay, from our arrival at reception to leaving, was a good experience. Everyone we spoke with, from the receptionists to the cleaners, were very polite and helpful.

We stayed for a week with a family of 4. It was situated in a perfect location close to the beach and many restaurants in walking distance.

First the bad.
The shine is starting to fade on the room that we were staying in. Stained soft furnishings in the lounge area. Stains on the grout.

First time self catering, stay at the Hotel Dunamar. Arrived at 1pm to be told room would be ready at 3pm. Didn't get the room passcards til 4:30pm.

Almost everything was perfect. Nice location of the apartments, plenty of free parking, clean and modern apartments, 24/7 reception, swimming pool and other amenities.

This hotel was exceptionally neat tidy and very clean. Rooms attended to everyday (towels changed bins emptied etc. ) public areas / pool area well maintained.

Ines is an amazing host. Very kind and helpful. The house is AMAZING! Clean, tidy, cozy, the garden is lovely, the rooms have all the qualities that I mentioned.

I would definitely recommend staying there. Super close to the airport and not that far away from the beach. The rooms are clean and the kitchen facilities are fantastic!

I recently stayed at Hotel santa Catarina two nights, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met promptly.

We had a great time at this apartment hotel. The apartments were very modern and definitely a full 4 star and the facilities exceptional. Even a washing machine in the apartment.

We had a great stay! I booked online 20 minutes before arriving, as our pre-booked stay didn't work out.

This hotel is very good, nice staff good food great location. Its in the heart of the resort one street from the beech. We had a sea view.

The hotel’s installations are good, the room is ok and the location is the higher point, very near to the beach and local stores for an enough price.

Nice studio apartment and great location. A one minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants around although many closed as we visited at the end of October.

Frontage is shabby and needs refreshing.
Nice pool and garden. Apartment was excellent, perfect location, 5 mins walk from beach. Secure basement parking for my bike.

Best hotel by far, the staff are so so kind, I come here every year with my family and we get a huge room 2 floors, a kitchen, balconies and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms which are always clean.

Excellent stay at Club Amarilis. Very clean and well maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Great location close to the beach and restaurants, yet quiet and relaxing.

Stayed here the last week in Oct (English half term), travelling with Easyjet Holidays, and I honestly think it marks incredible value for money. This will depend what you want from a holiday.

This hotel is centrally located and easy to find. Fast check-in, clean room, balcony overlooking pool, nice buffet breakfast in the morning. Basic decor, nothing fancy.

Great location — great value — spotless clean and a decent breakfast with good selection on offer. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Bathroom and shower are great and bed very comfortable.

This is a special place. It’s a great hotel in a stunning location. The staff were great, food delicious and we had a very relaxing time in Villa Indigo.

Could not have asked for a more amazing experience. The hospitality, the rooms, the food and everything was above and beyond.
