Basic and clean rooms with very friendly service. We arrived late and were given snacks and tea from the woman as everything was shut. She was also extremely helpful throughout our stay.

I was pleasently suprised. The room was clean, bright and tidy. Service was nice. I even got a towel and basic kitchen utensils like spoons, knife and fork.

I stayed in a private room Bed is comfortable. Toilet close by from this room. It was very quiet when I was there since most rooms were not full I think. Kitchen is equipped and clean place.

Really nice place, we were very pleasantly surprised, especially with how cheap it was! Friendly and helpful staff, nice, clean room and showers.

Clean and tidy rooms, I was here 2 weeks, and we had a cleaning of common/bathroom areas every morning. Definitely had a feeling of a personal space, highly recommend.

Love 💗 the place, it was very clean & organized. They created a nice social area, that’s wonderful for the solo traveler.

Willa Retro is cozy, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere felt like home.

This hostel was amazing! Even in off season, there was so much to do and see in Krakow. The hostel made our stay in Krakow so much better by the staff being super friendly and outgoing.

The staff is amazing, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. Super relaxed environment.

The hostel is at a central location within Zakopane, near shops and many of the main must-see things there.

The room is OK, but the bed was not made. I had to put the cover on my pillow and duvet by myself. Also there is no dark curtain at all.

The owner, despite having trouble speaking english, took great effort to find us a room, and even gave us a discount when a cheaper room wasnt available.
