We had a great bday weekend for my wifey. Enjoyed every minute of it! Especially my four year old daughter. The staff were all very friendly.

Love this place, it was nice and people in the skydeck area was so caring and approachable specially Lorenz and John helping us out to get an amazing shots and view of the ambiance itself! Super cool and Satisfied with their customer service, and also the coffee 👌 food as well and also the non alcohol mojito that I ordered🤭❤️ we enjoy the experience so much and the live band as well before I forgot! 👌❤️ 10/10 sharing our captured moments! 🤭 Love it!

No longer the beautiful place it used to be. The lobby cafe used to serve wonderful meals and mouthwatering desserts. Now they serve cafeteria food. The rooftop restaurant kept asking me if I had a reservation. I asked if it’s full and if I can get a table. They said it’s only half full?! Am I welcome or not? The rooms have deteriorated. Curtain in our room is broken and no one seems to have noticed. What has the pandemic done to you Bayleaf Hotel?

A very relaxing 6 nights stay here. Room 716. Impressive penthouse view and restaurants and efficient customer service in all facilities. Very helpful housekeeping keeping the room and everywhere sooo spotless. Location is safe and lots of historic places cathedrals and shopping in 10 mins walk is so convenient. Will definitely stay here again…

This place is amazing!. If you want an instagramable view, romantic, clean and relaxing environment at the same time walking distance to mall and other establishments. This is the perfect place to stay. ❤️

Do yourself a favor and visit the lovely Raffaele Woodfired Pizza at The Bayleaf Hotel, Intramuros. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while. Highly recommend!

Had a reservation for my Partner's birthday yesterday and we didn't expect the hospitality and the ambiance of the place. The food was great as well as the service!. I personally would like to commend the eagerness of the whole crew yesterday when we dined at around 5-7pm. Kudos to sir Voltaire for making sure that we had a great dining experience. Thank you sir for accommodating all of my request for my Partner's birthday! I recommend this place if you would like to eat and dine with your family specially if you will be surprising your other half or the people you love. First time at the Skydeck and the experience is superb! The receptionist named Kath, and all the waitstaff at the Skydeck are all wonderful! They have teamwork and always helping each other. I love their attention to details and prompt service. We felt at home and well-taken care of. Keep up the good job guys! The view is a complete bonus. Will definitely come back soon!

My husband surprised me over the weekend and we even had our dinner date at Skydeck and food was good, really good even the place it was romantic and peaceful. We both enjoyed it so much.

We truly enjoyed dining out at their skydeck restaurant. Staffs we’re all warm & accomodating though we’re a bit late for our reservation, they still find a way to squeeze us in. Their very attentive to our needs too, no matter how busy they are coz they’re fully booked at that time. We’ll surely keep coming back for more!

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night for quarrantine. The deluxe room was really spacious and nice. We were provided 3 meals and the food provided on our whole stay was not that bad. However the toilet tiles smells really awful, towels are old as well and doesnt look clean. My main concern was upon checkout I accidentally left my cap in the room. I checked with their hotel staff but they didn't find it. I have no problem with the front desk and and the security as they were really nice to us and accommodating. Its just that their housekeeping staff were really dishonest and took my cap. I know its my fault that I left my cap but still l was really expecting to have it back. I have been to many hotels and normally upon checkout the housekeeping will inform if you left anything in the room or they will call you even if days have passed already. It's really a lesson for me and to everyone to take care of your belongings when you check out especially in this hotel. Good thing it wasn't that valuable such as laptop, mobile phone or jewelry.

Worst Hotel in the City of Manila. Strongly poor service. Not recommended for friend and family and strongly not good as your hotel accomodation during wedding.

A weekend well spent! ❤️ I would like to share the wonderful experience my partner and I had at the The Bayleaf Intramuros. Their customer service and accommodation have indeed exceeded my expections! This 4-star hotel deserves a 5 star! From the time I booked online, I was already amazed with how they were able to resolve my issues. So for those who are planning for a relaxing staycation, this is the best place to be in! It's highly recommended! June 24 was the day I booked online with the help of a friend who let me use her credit card as the hotel's website only accepts credit cards for reservation. Bayleaf Hotel, unlike other hotels in Manila, has really positive reviews. I call it as the heart of Intramuros because it is accessible to famous restaurants and historical places in Manila such as Casa de Manila, Fort Santiago, Manila Cathedral, San Agustin Church and National Museum. That's why I felt so bad when I received an email from them notifying that my reservation got on hold because it was not pre-authorized by the credit card company, and I was asked to provide an alternate credit card. I was like, "How can I provide an alternate credit card where, in the first place, I don't have any credit card? That does not make sense" So I had to send an email to their customer service and even send a message to their FB page. Ritz and Anne from Sales assisted me via email and text, and gave me option that I can settle my payment using my debit card.

Great service! the second floor though is not accessible to PWDs since you need to use the stairs.

This hotel provides great value. It is very reasonable priced for its location and the high standards. It has clean, bright rooms with great views of Intramurous. Comfortable beds. Large showers with very hot water and consistently good water pressure. Welcoming staff. Great restaurants. Definitely recommended.

Very pleasant hotel in a nice area. I was there with a large group and we all enjoyed our stay. The rooms were all clean, the staff were friendly and polite, the food was good and the location is great!

My wife and I got married close by and booked a few rooms. They were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very nice and clean as well. The view from the sky deck is great and you should see it nothing during the day and at night.

Nice service and the chef at the Italian restaurant was fantastic. He made me a pasta dish, his own creation, because I'm a vegetarian. It was the best meal that I had in the Philippines on that trip.

This place is at Intramuros, within the walled city, where many historical sites are located within walking distance. Room is nice, clean and spacious. The roof top restaurant, Penthouse, served food in calm ambiance. Seven Eleven and McDonald's are right next door. LRT station, Central Terminal, is at about 10 minute walk. The river ferry is also about at same distance. The walled city area is clean, historical sites well explained with plaques, and felt safe. This was an excellent place to stay.

All around staff… 1 guy does everything… reception, bellman, valet parking. Good Job! Also I don’t know if the maintenance is also a security personel.

About the staff:they are attentive, nice and has initiative, they are knowledgeable and approachable too.
The service was excellent.
The place, the view, the ambiance are all good
But with the food: we're not satisfied with the taste of US smoked bbq beef, its something na malansa, compared to others, good thing there was a bottle container of bbq sauce on the side. There's nothing really special with that beef tho. But the gamberetti and gyoza were flavored just right. At least the food plating were presentable.
Yes I'll recommend this place to my friends and family. Definitely will go back there for to chill and and/or have a peace of mind or even to chat with friends.

Fabulous food in th restaurant. Perhaps the best I've tried in Manila. It matches the uality of food I expect when in London. The view of Manila was wonderful and there was a great live band playing. It couldn't have been any better.

Nice atmosphere and a beautiful view from the top of their building. The place looks a bit high class, but the drink prices were fair and there was a bit more selection than other bars in the area. Had some live music going on as well that was pretty good. Only downside was the service was pretty slow and it was hard to find a server for orders.

Room was abit small. But given the price. Quite value for money. Breakfast was okay and could be better. Bed was comfortable and staff was very prompt and helpful.

Basically staying in this hotel, just "walking" can play Manila's most sightseeing value of the several attractions, do not need to pay attention to the sale of the local Hawker guide.
Several points such as the Manila Cathedral, St. Austin Church (World Heritage Site), San Diego Castle, Isabella Gate, Philippine Museum, San Diego Gardens, CASA Manila, etc. Are all within walking distance. If you want to run a casino, or the red light district nightlife (the 18 forbidden one) …
This hotel is not suitable, but generally normal sightseeing tours, this hotel is enough, live once the essence of the city of Manila run past, and temporarily do not enter the city of Manila.
Hotel scenery is very good, next to the ancient city walls, cannons, green grass golf course, so must book "by the Window" of the room, or live this hotel is really a pity, will miss a great view. Sky Deck on the top floor can see the stars, Sunrise and sunset, very good, I live with my girlfriend 5 days 4 nights, this hotel let us very relaxed, very enjoy.
Sky Deck Restaurant on the top floor, dining in the evening is very romantic, can choose a single-point meal or buffet mode, buffet price should be about 1000PESO, a little forget, but almost this price, the buffet should have (fish, meat, salad, dessert, rice, etc. ).

We just had an amazing surprise birthday celebration for our mother last night at 9Spoons. Ms. Joyce Ancuna (Events Accounts Manager), was a joy to coordinate with. She was extremely helpful, polite and professional. 9Spoons is a wonderful venue with breathtaking views of Manila. The table settings were exquisite with beautiful fresh flower arrangements. The staff were cordial and attentive throughout the entire event — making sure that glasses were always full. Liezel, the m…anager who supervised the event was flexible and accomodating to our needs. The IT technician knew very well the AV system of the venue providing us with a keyboard for the band and wired/wireless mics. Everything went without a hitch. And the food? DELICIOUS! One of our guests who just attended an event at Diamond Hotel the day prior said that he enjoyed the buffet better at Bayleaf! Thank you SO MUCH again Bayleaf for such an amazing experience. You are a gem of a hotel in Intramuros. PS The rooms were spacious, clean and with comfortable beds. I slept well.

The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well set up. I like our view outside the window. We could see the Manila City Hall tower. I like the idea of the hotel being inside Intramuros. The breakfast is really good, we just wish they have longganisa in their buffet.

A hotel located in the heart of Manila, just inside Intramuros. This hotel is very clean and the interior is modern. Room sizes are not that big though but is complete with the basic amenities. They have several food outlets and one that we like going to is Rafaelle, their Italian restaurant. Staffs are very friendly.

We enjoyed the Margherita Pizza and Seafood Pasta. The view was nice and the interiors comfortable. We'll definitely be back.

Very well located Hotel to visit Manila, especially intramurals. The hotel breakfast is superb, and the restaurant for dinner on the top floor terrace of the hotel offers a very good meal and very good views. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Went to the rooftop restaurant and had the buffet dinner. Food was great, some of the best we had during our two week stay in the Philippines. You will get some great views too. Service was a little lacking and the cocktails could be a lot better.

The sky bar is a must! The food is great, the staff are very accommodating and the best thing here is the view. It is very relaxing and you will see the sunrise from Manila bay. Once you order a drink, they will give you free peanuts.

It was one of our favorite places in Manila. You have a nice view and they have tasty food. The staff was quite friendly. They have a dress code. So don’t wear like tank tops for example. We tried the buffet and the food a la carte and both was really good. The prices are a bit higher but ok.

This place is very good and has some excellent staff. Although some need to raise their game. It is not good to see some waiting staff rushing around in white T-shirts trying very hard when others in black T shirts stand around and watch. There was a lack of communication and contingency to feed all guests when the rain caused the closure of the rooftop restaurant. This is poor management and there seemed to be no concept of taking pro active actions to inform guests.

Food poisoning at rooftop hotel restaurant. Went here for coffee and cakes. Ordered cappuccino, chocolate cake and creme anglais to share. Also was given table water with ice. Service was very slow — waited half an hour before telling manager food hadn't arrived. It then came promptly but clearly had been left or a while as ice cream had practically all melted by time it had arrived. Manager leaned over my dish to put down cutlery and hair from his jacket sleeve was nicely deposited on my cake. Delicious (not! ). After, me and my partner both got food poisoning. Pretty sure it was this as we had had nothing earlier that day except our normal breakfast brunch bars. Not sure what it was — if it was the dairy in the cake or the water? Most places seem to give filtered tap waters so we didn't specifically ask here what it was. Just be careful and aware. Was disappointed as it ruined our stay. Would recommend eating at the malls where there is more variety, service is better and better hygiene (hopefully! ).

A great way to enjoy most of Intramuros! Classic chic accommodations, awesome service, breathtaking views, friendly and accommodating staff, and one of our top 2 resto bets are here! We recommend staying for 2 nights at least!

The hotel was nice with great services. The roof top bar was cool and popular on the Friday night we stayed. The buffet breakfast was ok. They serve exactly the same thing during our 3 day stay though… The day tour package offer by the hotel is very pricey. Would be better to negotiate a price with a taxi driver if you know where you'd like to visit (like the volcano). The area however is quite chaotic. The traffic is constantly disordered… the streets would flood when it rains so always wear flip flops. I wouldn't have stayed here if I knew the historical sites only took half day. You wouldn't have missed out much if you didn't have time for them anyway.

I would say that this is a standard type of hotel. Location is very nice because it is the within the "Walled City" of Intramuros. Very historic place during World War 2. The hotel itself is owned by LPU (Lyceum of the Philippines University).

Very cozy place to stay at a reasonable price. Rooms are comfortably spacious. Sumptuous food selections in their buffet. I personally love their salad greens. Rooftop dinner experience is a must try. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come back to this place.

I only used their function room and it was spacious enough. Food served was good, too. I lost a piece of clothing and inquired about it. Its staff returned my call for feedback promptly. That's good customer service.

If you need to leave your luggage somewhere while visiting Manila, here we keep it even if you are not a customer, we did the favor and not charged us anything, but we let them a hundred pesos as a tip.

I always am back here for the stunning view. If you're going to spend the afternoon exploring Intramuros, park your car here and be back before the sun sets. Go up to the Sky Deck View Bar and have a relaxing dinner there. Apart from the view, there is decent food to be had. I enjoyed the Bulalo Steak (steak with bone marrow), the Bayleaf Express (their version of the laing; basically, dried taro leaves in coconut milk), and their Bagnet Sinigang (crackling pork in sour soup). They have decent pizzas and wine if you are looking for lighter Western fare.

The interior felt a bit outdated. Food was OK. Beer was good.

Rooms are ok. It has a nice view of Intramuros. One muat definitely visit the sky deck bar and try their pizzas. Do not forget to order churros too!

Very nice place to stay. It is built in Intramuros which is an important spot in Manila. They were very friendly and initiative to help and serve us very well.

Love this place. Rooftop bar has the best view of Manila and the bay. Food is excellent, beers are ice cold (happy hour! ). Perfect place to bring guests to tour Intramuros and end the day.

This is a nice hotel. Clean/new and the staff is polite. The only problem when we stayed there was a neighboring room who seem to have a party/guests till 2 AM and alas the door wasnt enough to seal off the noise. In fact, the door was part of the problem as it was heavy and everytime our neighboors went in and out of their room, the door slammed very loudly. People also chatted loudly in the corridor at crazy hours, completely indifferent to other guests. We couldnt sleep because of these. The food selection at breakfast wasnt good either. View from breakfast room was fantastic though.

The rooms are really really nice. Fine and top of the line sanitary wares and bed linens. There's a pianist in the lobby every evening who plays beautiful music to complete the ambiance. The Sky Deck is also a winner in terms of view and experience. They have an acoustic band playing in the background while you enjoy the great view of Manila. Restaurant food and breakfast food was a bit of a let down due to limited offerings and delayed service. I would have rated this 5 stars if the food selection and quality were as good as the rooms. Worth noting that the staff are very much willing to help you set up a surprise if you are celebrating a special occasion. Great hotel in the heart of Intramuros. It's not perfect but it doesn't get any better in this price range.

Good ambience. But food is very expensive and takes a very, very long time to serve even if there are only a few customers. The 9 in 9 Spoons is a warning: aabutin ka ng siyam-siyam.

Just come here for lunch for the first time. Amazing view, fantastic service. Highly recommend.
