I love this hotel. Even though it is not as high as the other hotels but they gave you a nice and comfortable stay. The employees are all friendly because everytime you passby they will greet you with a smile. In terms of rooms I give them a big thumbs up as it is so spacious and homey.

Had to chg rooms because first room bathroom smelled like sewer… couldn't use it, cause such a noxious odor… breakfast buffet not much to speak of… rooms are plain, lack of comfort, plugs not near bed, mediocre Wi-Fi… hallways, reception smell like sewer and ammonia mixed, staff ignorant of anything… front desk staff pleasant although they would not even offer much discount on first night of discomfort. On the plus side, changed to a clean smelling room, room rate decent for the area… If they made minor imorovements would be best hotel for price in the area… hope they do…

We have a great accommodation. The room was perfect it was neat and clean it was not big but it is what we preferred. The bathroom was clean with continous hot water while taking a bath. The staff was friendly and very accommodating and on my next travel to Manila I am surely want to stay at Casa Bocobo hotel.

Nice hotel for one to 2 nights maximum in the heart of Manila not far from Rizal Park and 15 min walk to the safe area Intramuros.
The staff are warm but careful do not leave any valuables or money in the rooms as the business seems to be searched. From experience, this is the case in most hotels in the Philippines.

Very good service. Rooms are great. Location is walking distance to Roxas and United Nations roads not far from Robinson Mall.

Staff were very corteous and friendly. I never entered or left the hotel without anyone greeting me to have good day. Room and sheets were clean. Value for money!

Very friendly staff. The rooms are very small but clean. Maybe because the Philippines is small people make sense to design such rooms. The surroundings are otherwise good. You can easily walk to the old Town and park. There is a good massage and various restaurants around the corner.

Awesome, friendly service. The rooms are basic but very clean. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because they have somewhat of a roach infestation (pretty common in the Philippines). I've only seen them in the bathroom. If you can deal with that, then this is a great hotel for the price. The free breakfast at the attached restaurant is good, a choice of the daily fare or selection from a short list of meals.

The staffs are very accommodating! :D They are very courteous. We feel very welcomed and as guest it's a nice feeling. :D Whenever we pass by they greet us good morning or good evening with a smile. Even though they are having a conversation with someone on the phone and when we passed by they still greeted us with a smile. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. I felt relaxed and my problems vanished even just for a little time. I would love to come back again someday :D.

This is a good hotel to stay in. Clear cable TV reception, has wardrobe & slippers for room use, included breakfast buffet, hot shower with toiletries, cold A/C. Most importantly, GREAT SERVICE ATTITUDE from all staff. Near many fast food & buffet places, walking distance Rizal Park, Intramuros & Robinsons mall. I’d come back here again if I’m in the area.

If you are going to stay in Manila, and you really don't want to stay in a 5 star hotel, but like the hometown feel, then this place is great. Great people, adorable rooms, close & within walking distance to malls, food, the US EMBASSY etc. This is my place to stay every time I visit.

I’ve been staying in casa bocobo for quite sometimes as recommend by my previous boss not only because of its location where I can easily access key areas such malls, restaurants, offices and few steps away from my agency etc but because of its warm crew. I have checked out today and can’t wait to write my review, the reception desk staffs were fantastic and very accomodating, shout out to Yhsa (hopefully I spelled it right) even before I’ve checked in and waiting at the lobby I saw her that she was warm with everyone, guest passing by in the lobby asking them how’s their day and if Anything she can help them. And she is very consistent and natural. I have worked in the hospitality industry for a decade now and people such as Yhsa is indeed an asset to the property. I’ll keep coming back that’s for sure.

People here in Casa are very approachable. Very close to everything. To St. Lukes extension hospital, groceries when you want to, restaurants. Rooms are very clean. It is just really perfect for all. For those who are asking about SAFETY deposit box, my apology, they do have a safety deposit box. Attached pictures here you can read it. Accessible by car.

Susana and I enjoyed our stay. With Excellent service, The staff was very friendly, always with a big smile and very accommodating. Clean rooms, restaurant always has fresh food. Weekend can be enjoyed with live music and a cold beer. I would recommend to anyone.

My dad suffered from a heart attack while he was in the lobby of Casa Bocobo Hotel and I was so amazed with the immediate and selfless assistance provided to him by the hotel staff. I highly commend Seran Pacuma (front desk) for his calm and professional approach in handling the situation and a huge thanks as well to the hotel security guard Rogelio Canete who stayed with my dad in the hospital throughout his shift. I must say that they went above and beyond their regular duties as hotel employees and I can say that my dad is alive today because of them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

If you have an appointment at St. Luke's Extension Clinic, this is a good place to stay at since it is very close.

We had a surprisingly very pleasant stay here, despite our expectations of the contrary. The hotel is pretty old and small and inexpensive, so we didn't really expect too much. However when we checked in our Superior King room had been upgraded to a De Luxe King, which had a larger floor area and a huge sofa. The bed and pillows were nice and firm, the sheets were clean, as were the towels. We also got a bathtub instead of just a standing shower, which was very unexpected. The only complaints I have are the lack of an elevator, as we were staying on the 3rd floor and had a baby in tow, and the weird smell emanating from a small stairwell outside of our room.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 15 days. It is clean, cost efficient, and family friendly hotel. The staff were very accommodating. We ate at the restaurant once a day, every day, sometimes more with never having a bad meal. It is located within 10 minutes walking distance to US Embassy, Rizal Park, Philippines National Museum, Manila Ocean Park, and Intramuros.

Great stay in with affordable price. Room is clean and service is good. Recommended for those who wants to do medical and visa process, it's near for St. Luke Medical and US Embassy for the interview. Good luck.

Excellent location and nice staff service. I stayed 21 days. I recommend for longs stays. Next time for sure I will stay longer time.

Disliked the receptionists, the girls were not attentive to the guest from our arrival to check out. The bell boys and housekeeping team were polite and helpful. The matress/bed was comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was quite clean. Felt a bit claustrophobic in the room with only small window (however, we only stayed in a standard room. The room quality might vary. ) The free breakfast was excellent though minimal choices and no vegetarian option. The waiters/waitresses were fantastic. Close to Rizal park, casino, supermarkets, department stores, restaurants — I recommend to eat in a canteen if you can. Heaps of food choices! Cheap food!

If you are looking for a good hotel which is not noisy but safe at the same time, this is the place to go. There are a lot of eateries within the area as well as coffee shops. The nearest mall is just walking distance from this place.

Staff was pretty good at hotel but had issues with staff in the adjoining cafe. Room was good but the shower door didn't function properly (still ok) and the Air conditioner would freeze up and stop working and no-one would fix it which was annoying. Would stay again if I was guaranteed A/C would work. Stayed about 2 weeks with wife and child.

Great rates if you wish to be close to Intramuros. Hotel restaurant is also good for snacks and staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome. Some of them don't know how to be helpful but they all try so it was a good experience.

Great staff 10/10. Rooms are good for the price 8/10. Breakfast and food in the café 6/10. Very clean for downtown Manilla.

Overall, a good hotel. Perfect for single person traveller like me. They also have double rooms, but I like this petite room they have. Service and facilities are a little above average. The cafe is pretty cool, too. Proximity to transport is very near, I should say. Just across the Luneta Park. One thing I don't like is that they don't have a premium NBA channel. Lol.

Great staff, small room but great price, the cafe next to the hotel was very good, great American style coffee. I will stay there again.
