Were still here only our 2nd day Sunday 24th March so far so good rooms are very spacious staff are friendly no issue yes there doing building work around it but you can have that anywhere you are even at home were enjoying our stay.

Only use the restaurant/bar, but excellent service friendly staff, good food & value.

Amazing location. Close by to the beach. Has clubs and pubs also close to it.

Rooms are good but service and for are average.

Cost effective. Pleasant stay. Nice beach nearby.

The space is just fine. Close to the beach. Parking space is an issue. Pool is small but manageable.

Very decent place to stay at budget price. Good for long stay. All amenities are near by. Beach is on the walking distance.

Beautiful property with a swimming pool. Very famous among UK visitors. The restaurant here serves good food and the breakfast here is very famous among travellers. Candolim beach is just a walking distance from this property. Property has huge rooms with all facilities. Nearby places are — LPK, Candolim Beach, Newton's Supermarket, Calangute Beach, Agoda Fort.

The most important advantage is that the Sunset Beach resort is located just 2 minutes walkable from the Candolim Beach. The rooms are good, clean. Service is fair. The rate is very moderate. The room has an a. C, fridge, fan and a television. 24 hours running warm water. The property has a tiny swimming pool. The breakfast is included. Pretty good deal. Few caveates is that they only provide soap as toiletries. The landline of the phone didn't work in our room, but compared to the price it's a real good deal.

Nice place. The caretaker Sachin is very helpful and nice. A nice place to stay with friends and family.

Resort is very good, with good ambiance. But no indian food to offer, no toiletries offered for stay.

Rooms are not worth at price they are offering. Much better hotels are available in same range.

Just got back from a 14 night stay at this hotel and even though we have stayed her many of times I'm sorry to say I am very disappointed with it. As the horrible noise and dust whats flying around from the hotel what's been built next door to it made us not want to have our breakfast their in the morning and we just went some were else for the rest of our holiday. Our rooms want even clean all the properly and the towels smelt disgusting and I don't even rate the 4 free meals you get rather as they could do with updating their menus. The only food what was good their was the Bistro and I would 100% recommend that as the chef what cooks it does a great job and I'd give it 5 out of 5. The one good thing I will say about it is that the staff are amazing you can't fault them as they are very helpful and great to chat to, The only thing we didn't like towards the end of our holiday was the boss who runs the hotel giving us a writen peace of paper for us to put on Trip advisor as he knows a lot of people are cancelleing to go to sunset beach because of the building been built next door and people wanting to change hotels whiles they are their.

Good service and room also good but only thing is telephone was not working. And owner is cooperative.

Pleasant stay here. Helpful staff and owner. I've booked 4 rooms for five days with breakfast included. Nice and clean specious rooms. Housekeeping was excellent. Food was ok, need some improvement for it. They have separate parking place but due to heavy rush on holidays you have to arrange self parking at somewhere else. Overall I enjoyed my vacation.

Wonderful hotel which is very close to the sea … has a very nice swimming pool, breakfast Option and a well kept book collection.

A family resort. Location is the best. A central place to all good places to visit in north goa. Very good place to relax. Staff is very good. Value for money.

A very nice budget stay… staff is very cordial and makes that extra effort to make your stay comfortable. No room service though. The swimming pool is smaller than usual.

Very much near to beach hardly 2 minute walk. Rooms are good. Quality of food can be improved. Good in low budget.

It was really good experience staying there. Staffs are very friendly and always greeted us whenever we entered the hotel. When we asked for anything in particular they made sure this meets our requirements. Neat and clean. Foods are yummy too and their services for anything is really lovely. We had a warm welcome and goodbye there. Hope this helps other tourists looking for a nice stay nearby candolim beach.

Stayed here once, clean hotel and excellent location, food nice to, better if pool wasnt shaded.

Good location. We stayed 3 days here. Rooms are Ok. Breakfast is very good. Pools are great. Food is expensive.

The comfort available out here exceeds the price paid. The pool is fantastic. A bit of a walk to access the beach but there is enough privacy. The restaurant was quite good.

Just returned today having spent 5 days in this hotel. I had booked on my own in the second week of may. One minute walk to the beach. Nice rooms — very neat and clean. Well maintained restaurant — in this off season they are serving delicious kathiyawadi food. In pick season the restaurant serve European delicacies. Wonderful balconies to spend relaxing time. Above all each and every staff of this hotel is very soft spoken, well behaved and approachable — any problem immediately attended. I would like to visit this hotel next time am in Goa.

One of the best property in North Goa which I will prefer every time I visit Goa. Totally walkable to Candolim beach. Clean beach. Bful shacks. Good awesome food! Their pool. Wow! Totally a very good property to relax.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and would go back again. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It's a stones throw from the beach and the main street but still very quiet. The food at the bistro is excellent.

I had booked sunset beach resort from 12th Dec'15 to 14th Dec'15 via goibio. This is a clean and friendly hotel with a small swimming pool tucked away from the crowd. Although in a nice position not far from the beach (2 mins walking distance to candolim beach) and with in easy access to the main street. There is a Bistro at this hotel and it serves some nice dishes roasted home made. Best resort in candolim.

I had booked sunset beach resort from 8th oct'15 to 11th oct via make my trip. Front office staff was very good, friendly, co-operative. Room was clean. Swimming pool is very clean. Walking distance to candolim beach, restaurants, market. Cheap & Best resort in candolim.

Absolutely love it here from the brilliant staff to the spacious rooms and comfy beds also it is close for the beach and some excellent restaurants.

Rooms are average. Great location. Right on the beach.
