Very very nice… not a 5 star but, very professional staff and comfortable rooms. Very reasonable price, actually underpriced. Draw backs: No parking, coffee in resturant is horrible.

I like the look, staff, and the rooms. Except that their rooms are not as flexible as it could. The Deluxe can't give two single beds only one double bed. The outside could also be better. But overall, it's homey and has a touch of old. It's nice.

One of the few hotels found in Intramuros. The hotel is dated but I think that is the charm in it. However it does have a funny smell like you would expect in an old building. The comfort/restroom was surprisingly spacious. They provide standard toiletries replenished every day. They also have hot shower. The room is spacious and can accommodate extra bed. It is airconditioned, and airconditioning has constant temperature as well. There is internet connection available in the room and common area. They provide password for access though that they change daily at around midnight.

Bad service. Bewarem they let prostitutes in. I think the hookers pay the front desk so theyll know if the guest is single. I had 2 encounters when I stayed there. Stay away.

The atmosphere here is beautiful particularly if you're interested in the classic look and feel of the area. The staff were very helpful in answering questions and guiding me around Manila. Complimentary mineral water was a nice perk. We used the TV's USB plug on the back to watch some movies at night. The room got pretty muggy, but the A/C was great for mitigating that. The room itself feels a bit too empty and really could use a couple extra pieces of furniture. Bed was a bit too springy. Showerhead in my room was broken and would only spray out partially and very weakly. Hot water heater basically only has three temps; warm, "hot" and scalding and you're unable to find tune it as it will frequently change temps on your when the heater tries to save power. Staff never informed me, but you can put your room deposit on a CC. Overall, the price was a bit more than I felt that I should be getting.

Bit pricey and smelly but nice interior and spacey room. Beds are really jumpy, loved that.

The hotel is in the middle of Intramuros, three blocks away from Mapua. You will love the ambiance as the place takes you back in the olden times where kalesas operate through cobbled roads and men and women were wearing their barong and saya. The building was very well maintained to still be standing where it is now. Downside are the shantis near the area. It takes away that clean feel. And then the hotel requires an extra payment equal to the first day charge. Though it will be returned after your stay, I think it was not really that necessary. The staff were very accommodating ang polite. The rooms clean and (i would like to say comfortable but you can't help but kid yourself there might be ghosts lurking around. Hahahaha. Then again, that is part of the ambiance). Lastly, behind the hotel is a verrry nice souvenir shop and that place, too, was awesome.

At night it is very quiet. You sleep here wonderfully, Obwohlman is almost in the middle of Manila. Intramuros is barely used at night.

Best place to stay. Make booking via online to secure better price. Walk-in prices are too high.

Its a vintage hotel, near cathedral curch. Old city location.

God of mercy, this hotel made me cry like a baby Bed bugs attack from the first room, I phoned front desk, they transferred, me to another room, that was even the worst as bed bugs got their way into my luggage and I itch like hell, I checked out at 1;08am Apart from the bed bugs the hotel seem nice with Wi-Fi working well.

Value for money hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Beds are not as soft, pillows are not as plump as I'd like it to be. Ambiance is perfect for those who are after the "old" feel. Near churches and local museums.

Super nice and helpful staff all around, great beds, and can't get a better location. Oh and the buffalo chicken wings are spot on!

Though I only stayed overnight, the staff were very accommodating, friendly and approachable. Plus the Segway tour is a must when you're booked here! Rooms are clean, spacious and cozy.

Stay here for 2 nights. Wi-Fi signal is good as a few routers hang on the wall every few meters.

Nice but very old. The room is very spacious. The shower has low pressure. A huge cockroach entered the toilet through the ventilation in the ceiling. One of the wall-mounted power sockets is not covered and dangerous to use.
