Very nice room, felt comfortable. Friendly staff and expert. We were very happy to be there. Villeicht we come back at the next family party here to stay overnight.

A hotel that is like a big house, with lots of wood, a huge room, with a hall as big as the bedroom. We were delighted. I'd really come back.

Very good cuisine, a lot of seasonal and regional ingredients and terrific waiters to boot.

Expensive, room okay, sometimes very old, breakfast okay. Wi-Fi very bad. Staff very friendly. Parking sufficiently available. Good location in Lass near train station.

Will no longer visit the restaurant. One of our food was not edible. No coming from the restaurant. No problem, we won't be back either.

Daniel Leuenberger and his team have created my mama's birthday party for a great experience. Adis chef de service also took loose as Unvorhergsehen even extra guests came.
In the wine cellar deep under the cross where the Hundred years of history Apero you back to the past, we were able to enjoy the experience of the day and we were briefly vorgestsllt how it came to this situation that today there are more than 6000 bottles of the best wine to marvel at.

Had a very nice dinner in restaurant. I was not as guest in the hotel, only the restaurant. Nice atmosphere, nice staff, excellent food.

Fine dining. Jammi. Service is overloaded. Too few staff or cumbersome processes. Just factor in enough time. Then it's ok.

Beautiful hotel in historic building with nice service and great restaurant. From simple rooms to Kaminsuites, many rooms are available at prices fair for Switzerland. The staff are very friendly.

Nice and stylish renovated inn. Inviting garden Terrace directly at the Lyssbach. Very attentive and humorous operation. As a guest you feel very comfortable here.

I have stayed here several times over the last five years and have been pleased. Although I travel to Switzerland for work at least annually I do not speak Swiss-German and only have minimal French. The staff here though almost always has an English speaking member on duty. Everyone I have dealt with has always been pleasant and worked hard to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well prepared. The restaurant serves excellent dinners which I am always happy to eat. If you feel like something else there are many places within walking distance. Breakfast is traditional for Switzerland which Americans may not be used too although I have come to love the fresh breads, spreads, yogurt, fruit and incredible coffee. Parking underground is appreciated on days with bad weather. It can be a little tight for Americans not used to it. The only thing I wish they had would be at least one English speaking television channel, BBC, CNN, anything. I understand this is beyond the hotel's control as the town controls the selection.

Good fresh cuisine with classic dishes, old school. Friendly service where one is still german. Very large wine list that offers something for everyone. We liked to be once more very well. Whether in the cross bar for a business lunch or just with the family in the living room.

Wait too long on the operation.
