This was the most pleasant hotel experience I‘ve ever had.

If I could award more stars I would! Suly the host was nothing short of amazing for our week in Cusco.

Location is good for touristic and not touristic areas of the city. Comfortable and clean rooms and beds. Carlos was very attentive and helpful from the very first day.
Breakfast has good variety.

Had a great experience at Saska boutique hotel. Stayed here for a night with my boyfriend after hiking the Inca trails and machu pichu and it was the type of relaxing stay we needed.

Rosalinda and her brother became like family to me!
What a beautiful spirit. She takes good care of you each morning. They made sure I had enough firewood for my room. I absolutely love the ambience.

We had a wonderful stay with Florencia Casa Hacienda. The owners and staff were great! Be sure to ask Don Jose for a tour of the botanical garden it is beautiful and unique.

1) The staff are very friendly.
2) if you’ve ever wanted a high pressure shower — these are it — you’ll never complain about water pressure here!

This hotel was fantastic and definitely exceeded my expectations. Someone was waiting at the train station when we arrived to walk us to the hotel and handle our luggage.

A lovely garden location making for a resort feel. The spacious grounds were neat and well maintained, even having alpacas grazing.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Pueblo Machu Picchu, just a stone’s throw from the train station.

Perfectly located for our early bus to Machu Picchu and right across from the Paddington Bear statue.

The service provided was excellent from the outset, and despite undergoing renovations, was still a lovely hotel.

This hotel is great and has a beautiful view of mountains. There is pretty garden.
Breakfast is super good include fresh avocado from garden and fresh squeezed orange juice and fresh local bread.

Amazing accommodation with amazing owners! My room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I only got the bread but they have fruit salad, eggs and coffee too.

Very clean bed and very good hot water. Wifi is also very good even in the 3rd floor. These can already win over many other bnb or hostels. Very good rooftop view.

Good stay, comfy bed and room. Helpful staff. Slight lack of hot water when I tried to shower later in the day.

The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the historic centre of Cusco, however the check-in experience was not very smooth.

They are extremely accommodating! Had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff is very nice and helpful. Mayara especially was super helpful during my stay.

Hotel is beautiful with great views and the location is good. Quite a bit uphill from the Plaza de Armas but ubers are affordable and get you pretty close.

I had such a beautiful experience at Encantada Casa Boutique Spa, especially my massage with Ruth. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for and welcomed.

This hotel had the kindest staff, best service and was reasonably priced. I was sick for some of my stay and felt truly safe and taken care of to another level.

We had a great time at Amaru Inca. We stayed for four days over New Years. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They serviced the room daily.

Good value stay, helpful staff, comfortable beds and amenities. Solid breakfast. Only downside is nearby Plaza that has constant celebrations and firework explosions at random hours.

My experience at Ayni the last 4 nights was exceptional. One of the highlights of my stay was the pleasure of interacting multiple times with Angelica at the front desk.

Beautiful spa experience. We did the 180 minute package (scrub, massage & facial). The therapists were great and the relaxation room is v nice to relax in afterwards.

This was our home base for The Sacred Valley, and it was an excellent place to stay. It is located between Cusco and Machu Picchu.

The hotel is situated at a very peaceful and beautiful location. There are mountains and a river surrounded the hotel. The gardens, swimming pool and facilities are stunning.

We loved the location, alpacas in the backyard.
The breakfast could be so much better. Stale bread, not much variety of foods, cheese starting to look old from being out so long.

Absolutely beautiful property and very attentive staff. The beds were not the most comfortable, but I would definitely return despite that. Everything is clean, but a bit dated.

The hotel is beautiful, located in Urubamba with lots of greenery and very comfortable rooms. I attended a wedding there, and the service was excellent. The only downside was the restaurant.

Room is spacious enough for two people. Water in the shower is consistently hot. Friendly staff, lovely cat and dog.

It’s a nice hostel for sure, it has a comfortable bed and tables albeit a little small of a room. The showers are hot (wow! ) and comfortable.
