4-Star Hotels in Cusco4*

Probably the best all all-around hotel I have ever stayed at. The only regret was rooms could have been a bit bigger. We had a suite with a bed upstairs, so not sure if normal rooms have more space.

Just a beautiful hotel experience. Edwin made us feel completely welcome right from the start, and shared helpful information about getting around Cusco and the surrounds.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Sumaq hotel in Aguas Calientes. Our room was amazing with an incredible view of the Urubamba river and the staff were all very welcoming and professional.

★★★★★ Luxury, Service, and the Perfect Machu Picchu Stay.
SUMAQ Hotel was an exceptional part of our Peru journey and the perfect place to experience Machu Picchu.

An Oasis in a small town before Machu Pichu. A beautiful Artsy hotel. Food great.
Accommodations great. Best Waffles I’ve ever had.

Our stay at Sol y Luna was nothing short of spectacular. This property is an absolute masterpiece, perfectly blending luxury with the vibrant culture of the Sacred Valley.

Excellent stay after trekking to machu picchu. The accomodation is clean, the rooms large and very comfortable and the food and drink was some of the best we had during our time in Peru.

Casa Cartagena was the perfect place to stay in Cusco during our trip to Peru. The property is beautiful with so much history and character, and the service is top of the line.

I stayed for two days to get acclimated to the altitude and really enjoyed my time at the hotel before heading to Machu Picchu.

I had the best time. The staff went out of their way to better take care of me. I had pain in my back neck and shoulder and the maestro used sacred plants to assist in the healing.

Casa del Sol is a wonderful option for travelers spending a few days in Aguascalientes before heading to Machu Picchu.

I am rating this hotel based on quality of service and location. The hotel’s rooms could be 4-stars rating. We had both two twins room and a suite.

Our family stayed at the Casa Andina Premium and were absolutely thrilled with our stay. The hotel is beautifully appointed, clean, perfect location and staff were very attentive and kind.

Staff was excellent, in particular Ailey’s/Victor/Jessica. We had some issues booking a hotel in another city and she went out of her way to give excellent service.

It is very clean and modern. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver, Nicolas, got us to the airport on time and was very friendly.

Visited here as part of a tour group. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Our room was lacking a mirror in the bedroom area and we had a connecting door to the next room which didn’t lock!

This hotel is so well located and charming! The entire staff has a bright smile and is always helpful. The front desk is exceptional and they took care of all our needs.

Our stay at Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel was truly exceptional! The location is perfect — right in the historic center of Cusco, just a short walk from Plaza de Armas, yet peaceful and quiet at night.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. From the breathtaking views to the outstanding service and incredible food, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.

I’d give this hotel10 stars if I could! Its absolutely beautiful located in the heart of the secret valley.

The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. We stayed there for two nights with some friends about 3 weeks ago. We were 7 including our kids, breakfast served in our rooms, our hosts were very kind.

We stayed three nights at Novotel Cusco, the location of the hotel is just perfect, you are in the heart of Cusco old town and its great for exploring the city.

We recently stayed at Novotel Cusco for a total of 4 nights, before and after our trip to Machu Picchu.

Beautiful spa experience. We did the 180 minute package (scrub, massage & facial). The therapists were great and the relaxation room is v nice to relax in afterwards.

This resort is exceptional! The staff is so attentive and helpful. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. It is worth going to just sit in these amazing gardens.

Only had one day here should have been more: staff were super helpful.

Clean, very spacious rooms, amazing gardens and views. Impressive foyer and natural lighting. Lovely indoor swimming pool.
— I think the price is more than the stay is worth.

We loved the location of this converted monastery nestled in the mountains. The service was outstanding, and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

This was the most scenic and beautiful hotel we stayed in our entire Peru trip. We could see the mountains from our balcony. Secluded hotel. Perfect for a quiet getaway. We stayed here for one night.

Hotel Tocuyeros is fabulous. Look no further for your hotel in Cusco! It is a charming hotel in the center of Cusco.

This hotel is in a perfect location if you want to be near the center of Peru and explore the cool shops of the San Blas neighborhood.

Lovely Hotel with a beautiful garden and pool. July was not the right time to enjoy it, as it was only 20-24 during the day but around 0 after sunset.
The staff was helpful and friendly.

Excellent place to stay. The staff is extremely attentive and nice. The hotel is very nice. You can spend the day at the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hospitality was exceptional, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
The room was spacious, and the food was excellent.

Our family of 4 (two adults and two children) stayed here for two night before our travel to Machu Picchu. The staff were attentive and kind. The rooms were basic, but clean and had good bathrooms.

Beautiful place to feel calm and at peace. Super cattering towards foreigners. Nice 80s music playing and their restaurant is top notch! Try their pisco sour!

Very clean, top notch service, no view. I like a dark room to sleep but the door to the room is unsealed and illuminates light from the hall. It also allows noise from the hall.

Our stay at Casa Clara was absolutely amazing. The location — perfect! A quick walk to the Plaza de Armas and within 2 min walk of multiple restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Clara located very conveniently at plaza Nazarenas and stayed at the balcony suite with a view of the plaza.

The place is BEAUTIFUL! It is an old monastery — cloister turned into a hotel. All the staff is very kind, professional and friendly, ready to help and take care of what you need.

Beautiful spot with very attentive staff.
The restaurant has a great ambiance with views of the interior courtyard and mountains that we enjoyed every morning.

Can’t fault this hotel in any way. Right next to train station, super convenient, and the manager Juan Carlos met us at the train station and helped us with our luggage to get to the hotel.

This place was great.
The rooms are pristine and perfect, and included slippers, complimentary water, and little petit fours.

This hotel is a 16th century former home that was renovated but still maintains its historic charm. It only has 11 rooms (2 floors) that surround a central courtyard.

Best hotel in Cusco with truly exceptional service!

Our stay at Palacio Manco Capac was nothing short of perfection. The location is ideal, tucked away just a few blocks from the main plaza, offering both convenience and tranquility.

We absolutely had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff did everything they could to make sure that everything was perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton by Hilton Cusco. The staff is top notch, which to me always makes the stay better.
