An oasisin the center of historic Cusco. Historic, museum-like (built in 16th century). Completely updated with heated bathroom floors, large bathrooms, air conditioning, comfortable beds. Friendly staff great breakfast and coffee.

This is a beautiful luxury hotel in a great location in the heart of Cuscu. We absolutely loved it here. The rooms were gorgeous with amazing bathrooms. The staff were superb and the breakfast excellent. If you want Cusco with luxury this is the place.

For sure is one of the most outstanding hotels that I had been. The rooms are big and really comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the colonial art inside the place. Unique place to stay and the service was excellent.

A very comfortable hotel which is at the centre of Cusco. Room is luxurious except that it may too tight for a couple with 2 luggage bags. Hotel has piped oxygen into the bedrooms which is a A plus. This hotel is said to be 500 years old and has many art and old furnitures on exhibition around the hotel.

Very good attention in every way, the staff always attentive and willing to give you your help, the restaurant, good quality dinner and breakfast, the bar, prepare a fabled pisco sour, the best that probe in my location in Peru.
Cleanliness and order throughout the Hotel, besides giving you real works of art in every corner of it, the rooms with extra oxygen help to rest when you are not accustomed to the height.
Very well located two blocks from the Plaza de Armas of Cusco and surrounded by good restaurants complete the offer.

A wonderful hotel with oustanding staff. Lovely breakfast was included. We also left our bags when we went to the Sacred Valley overnight and our bags were in our new room on our return. We were greeted like family on our return and our room had been upgraded to a huge bedroom and bathroom. Great location with easy walking to the square and the market. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Customer service is 6 stars. Location is near central Plaza and local shops. Convenient walk to museums, historical districts, and local markets. Rooms are first rate and the hotel interior is a beautiful museo.

Good breakfast a hotel with hidden treasures really a pleasant surprise thought it was basic but has things that neither the 5 stars offer and free! Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed twice in this lovely hotel on our recent visit to Cusco. We stayed two nights and the wonderful staff upgraded us into the nicest room of the 44 in the hotel. It is actually a museum with hundreds of pieces of art throughout. It is located near to Plaza de Armas and all the central locations. Lot's of restaurants nearby, but the food, including breakfast which was included, were very good at the hotel. The staff all were completely bi-lingual and remembered our names right way. Irvin, Miguel, Emerson, Adolpho to just name a few of the staff who made our stay outstanding. We left and did a few days in the sacred valley and at Machu Picchu and when we returned for another night our suitcases were in our room and we were able to go straight in and get some rest. We left most of our stuff behind checked in our bags and went to Machu with just what we could put in our packs. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We booked through Inka Experience and the pricing was reasonable.

Great if a traditional experience is your thing… This is hotel oozes classic Cusco, so much so they also bill it as a museum. Elegant furnishings, very quiet, smell of incense everywhere, more of a formal setting. If that's what you're looking for, this is your place. Not knowing the area, I relied on the recommendation of a travel agent, and I didn't do much research other than a glance at the TripAdvisor ratings which are very high. We stayed in two different rooms, before and after the Sacred Valley / Machu Picchu visit. The first was large, traditionally decorated with an updated bathroom but a weird shower arrangement — a waterfall showerhead over a large sauna tub and no enclosure, so water shot everywhere. Only window looks into the hallway/courtyard, so mind the drapes if you don't want people looking in as they walk by. But overall a nice room. The second was a smaller standard room with a large bathroom, tub, and separate shower stall (yay! ). Again, a nice room but the only window into the hallway / courtyard. So in general I can't fault the hotel — a few nits about the rooms, great service, good breakfast, low-cost laundry service. It deserves the high ratings that it gets. But it was just too stuffy for my taste. If you want to stay in a museum, by all means go here. If you want more modern (like me), you may want to look to the JW Marriott or Westin.

Spectacular place, strategic location, luxurious, wonderful attention, and in essence tremendous and full satisfaction. (its cost benefit, not to say…). Absolutely positive to return to the same hotel!

Very nice Colonial house, the price is not cheap but the location, service, attention, details, etc contribute to a good stay in the city of Cusco.

Installation is perfect, staff is friendly. Breakfast has many options and the restaurant offers great meals. A bit desorganized and slow for checking out.

Beautiful historic city property. Love the decor and the amenities. At this altitude you will appreciate the oxygen that is pumped into the rooms.

Very nice bathroom with whirlpool. The shower is not reaĺly easy to use, e. G to set the right temperature or the direction, where the water is coming from (top or side). My room had NO window, there was only a small window in the bathroom. Friendly personnel.

Well situated, very comfortable rooms with oxygen pumped into the rooms. A necessity at that altitude! The staff are charming and very helpful, especially Agustin and Esther in reception. The breakfast is good as was the restaurant. We booked a car and driver through the hotel and Guillermo is a treasure. I spoke to him in Spanish but I heard him talking to other tourists who asked him for help and his English is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the extremely competent Guillermo.

We flew into Cusco where we stayed for 1 or 2 nights before our trip to Machu Picchu. We stayed at the Aranwa hotel which was incredible. Amazing 5 star service, jacuzzi tubs, and they even pump oxygen in your room which helps with the altitude. Enjoy the trip and your visit to Machu Picchu! Amazing!

Very nice comfortable hotel and I am treated like King =).

From the moment we arrived, the entire young upbeat staff treated us with respect and care. This is a newer hotel — opened last fall — so it isn't in the travel books. A tour operator made the recommendation. Comfortable room with oxygen. Coca tea served on arrival. Lovely hot jacuzzi tub after hiking in the rain all day. Ate dinner at the hotel and received the best service ever from carlos Velasquez. Delicious alpaca tenderloin. Made our vacation pure magic.

I stayed in Cusco Aranwa Boutique 12-November 14, 2010, is a beautiful hotel, newly opened, with a mix of modern with colonial, care and first class service, my room super comfortable with everything I needed (Wi-Fi, Plasma tv, DVD, amenities, heater of towels, Airconditioning, bath tub with hydromassage, etc. ) and the breakfast and lunch at the hotel real good! 100% recommended.
