It is a quiet place with good attention kindness warmth. Suitable for a few days of pleasant rest has a heated outdoor pool and also a super pleasant Spa.

It was definitely one of my best experiences. Starting with the biosecurity processes in the face of the situation we are going through. Which for me was fundamental. Completely disinfected rooms, a very familiar atmosphere surrounded by a lot of nature and history. An exquisite breakfast, very nice lunch. Definitely an excellent decision to take a break and return with renewed energies.
The attention is very personalized.
Special thanks to Miss Doris for her dedication, impetus and charisma. They've made me take my. Best birthday experience next to my mother and best friend. Always attentive to our needs and the detail of the birthday cake. Also a thank you to all the service staff for their dedication, there remains the promise to return soon.

It is a hotel that makes you live a luxury experience, not only is the place privileged but it is its staff that makes your stay unique, make you feel that you are the most important guest. From the reception with Carmen, and all the staff Yolanda and Roger in the restaurant and Elvis at the bar. They combine very well the native and traditional ingredients creating dishes and drinks that is an explosion of flavors. Everyone treats you very kindly. The UNNO Spa recommendsdisimo, spectacular. I tried the water circuit and stone bed massages, a unique experience. Everything has been very relaxing. Pride of this quality of hotels and services in our Peru.

For sure it is the biggest and incredible hotel that I had been in my whole life. Is like been in a little colonial town. The room is huge and comfortable.

Beautiful gardens, amazing staff, rooms are a little dated but overall would come back.

The service was awful! Servicio malo no vajan a este hotel! There was no water for 2 hours in the entire hotel and afterwards no hot water. Front desk kept asking me to wait. Wasn't till I became extremely irritated that they finally opened another hot water source per the front desk and we had warm water not hot. Then the heater in the room did not work and they had to provide a floor heater. They offered another room but by this time it was 1030pm and we were tired. Not to mention my daughter was already in bed with every blanket in the room and we had to be up at 445am for Machu Picchu tour. Lastly, in the morning no cart came for us for pick up at the room as promised. Not even after calling twice the front desk. Oh, and the food from the restaurant was subpar. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. All the staff does is apologize but lack the ability to resolve problems and management will not talk with guests. Beautiful location but not worth the money… stay at a different hotel!

The views are amazing. We were upgraded to a room that was bigger than our 2bed home in England! The reason for not rating 5 stars is simply because there is limited eating options (all very pricy) and unfortunately this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. That said, the hotel views and journey to the hotel was worth the visit alone!

This hotel is amazing! It is a gem when you are looking for relaxation! We loved the room, food, grounds and people at the hotel! The Alpacas were an added plus as well! Thank you for an amazing couple days. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

I had the opportunity to get to know Machu Picchu and used as a base this beautiful hotel, the friendly treatment of the staff and the first services they offer made our visit one of the best experiences I have had in my life. The bedroom heating system is out of order and supposedly being upgraded. Room therefore very cold and inhospitable. Best to avoid such a stupid hotel that sells rooms with no heating in this climate. Very disappointing.

It was formerly a hacienda owned by Mr. Gualberto Espejo. In the colony was a center of Obrajes (fabric manufacturing).
Eventually it became the property of the Scottish investor already fine Kennet Douglas Duncan, who in turn sold to the current owner.
It enjoys a special climate, it crosses very close to the property the waters of the river Vilcanota.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic place. Ignore the dubious road you drive down. The rooms are amazing, large comfortable beds & plenty of space to unpack. The bathroom was fine but the shower had issues. Either too hot or too cold, impossible to get a comfortable temperature. Resort has its own cinema with free, fresh popcorn.

Top of Tops! It is a piece of paradise in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Great service and an atmosphere that moves you to the 17th century.

Cozy and friendly in the midst of nature. But very difficult to find room since signage is not good and organization of blocks no one knew how to explain.

Very comfortable accommodations. The food in the restaurant in the evening is tasty with fine local cuisine and nice traditional options with a wide variety of choices. Lots of amenities including a gym, Pilates studio, spa, hot tub, pool, pool tables to name a few. Local vendors also come out selling their goods from 6am-10pm with high quality and excellent prices without the high pressure sales tactics. I highly recommend purchasing here compared to many other places in tourist trap areas plus the money stays local.

Aranwa hotel is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in! The courtyard and all the area around the pool is breathtaking and an amazing place to take pictures! Our room suite 102 was very nice with a great view of the little river going by the room, it was all very romantic! The only thing to take away from the experience was the hundreds or thousands of little gnats. They call them mosquitoes but they never bit us so we think they were gnats (just annoying little flies) which were everywhere outside and in our room around the lights too which didn't bother us that much because the bed had curtains which was more romantic anyways and it was really just in the evening that we were bothered by them. If they would just put some bug zappers out to keep them under control it would be a perfect experience. We just wish we had had more time to enjoy the hotel.

The rooms are so far away from the entrance. I have to change my room twice. The phone, TV, and toilet flush did not work. The rooms are hard to approach for a person using wheelchair or a walker or walking disabilities. Not good choices for breakfast. Some concergies so rude and lazy. I do not recommend this hotel. The price do not worth. Apparently this place is historic, has good viewes inside, as a museum is nice. But not as hotel.

Hotel and restaurant staff were amazing, spa was horrible. After being asked where I was sore and wanted them to focus for my massage (neck and shoulders from camera backpack over several days), the "masseuse" never even TOUCHED them. Seriously. A massage that never touched the shoulders, neck, or upper back? The most painful and overpriced facial I have ever had, and in a dead-quiet space. Three and a half hours in the facility, the music kicled on for 20 seconds, then was switched off again. This happened twice. No tour of the facility. No idea how to find the sauna or steam room, but assuming they had them. Hottub was lukewarm. My masseuse was sick, sniffling, coughing, and wearing a ski-jacked the entire time, so my "relaxing deep tissue massage" (that never worked out anything and barely qualifies as a massage) was set to the sounds of "vip-vip-squeak-vip" as her jacket rubbed against itself and my skin. I got very sick with a cold a day and a half after she was coughing all over me. The hotel property is beautiful. Victor, the front desk manager was great. Save yourself $600 and completely skip the "spa" they tout in all of their advertising. Total waste.

Beautiful gardens, pool, restaurant, and grounds. The staff is top-notch and do their best to accommodate a pleasant and relaxing stay. There are Llamas and Peacocks roaming the grounds. English is widely spoken and you will have no trouble at all without Spanish.

Amazing location. Clean. Peaceful. It has large rooms with standup shower along with a hot tub. Getting there is a little tough. I will post a YouTube video of the place.

Excellent stay April 2016! very beautiful property Large rooms The church inside is truly gorgeous and very unusual Breakfast as a bit disappointing compared to other luxury hotels but ambience made up.

A place very cozy and exclusive.

One hour and 30 minutes late to pick us up at the airport. Super unattentive. Made us pay 30 dollars for taxis to the city which was 12 minutes away by car. Left out room service in the bed and did not dry the paint on the balcony. I ruined my peace love world socks : (. Finally they wanted to charge us for having a guest that was Peruvian. The reservation was made on an American card in Florida but they wanted to still charge us for my Peruvian aunt. Nice view it's a shame the hotel didn't fulfill our expectations.

We have been there two days with their corresponding nights, excellent is a too short word to describe both the treatment of the staff, as facilities and of course the restaurant meals.

I have the pleasure of knowing Aranwa hotel LEGOLAND with my wife in may 2013. The care was excellent the food of first we attended very well congratulations to the personal recommended 100% to all my friends that them like travel as to us.

This is simply one of the best lodgings in the world I have evers stayed at. The rooms are a delite. The view incredible. The food is prepared by absolute artists. I left here feeling like a King. They have uncontested the BEST CLUB SANDWICH in the WORLD! Check out the Chapel. It is darling. I felt refreshed and relaxed staying here.
