What a fantastic place! We stayed here as a family of 5 and loved it. The family room (superset building) was incredible. Clean, huge, very nice. Views from the property and magical and peaceful.

Can't say enough positive things about my experience here. Spent my birthday (which I never mentioned to anyone) there ahead of a trip to Machu Picchu.

Friendly staff at reception! Make you feel very welcome. The room was pretty nice. Would have been better without the loud noises early in the morning.

We staying 2 night for the first time in a room on the ground floor and it was very noisy, after that we switched to the 3rd floor and it was great.

This place is amazing. I don’t get some of the reviews on this place. One of the reviews mentioned the fact that the rooms have windows that face towards an interior courtyard.

You could easily miss is just walking down the street. But once you go through the doors you're surrounded by very classic Spanish architecture.

Our most memorable stay in Cusco! We stayed at Casa Cartagena for a total of 4 nights, 2 before our tour to acclimate, and 2 after to unwind.
Room was our first room and it was very comfortable.

Our room was huge (with three double beds) in the corner of the hotel on the 4th floor overlooking a massively busy road junction.

We stayed here 2 nights as part of a tour group. Our room was comfortable and clean. The morning breakfast buffet was good, but wished they have more fresh fruits and hot soups.

Casa del Sol is a wonderful option for travelers spending a few days in Aguascalientes before heading to Machu Picchu.

I am rating this hotel based on quality of service and location. The hotel’s rooms could be 4-stars rating. We had both two twins room and a suite.

Beautiful spa experience. We did the 180 minute package (scrub, massage & facial). The therapists were great and the relaxation room is v nice to relax in afterwards.

This resort is exceptional! The staff is so attentive and helpful. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. It is worth going to just sit in these amazing gardens.

Our family stayed at the Casa Andina Premium and were absolutely thrilled with our stay. The hotel is beautifully appointed, clean, perfect location and staff were very attentive and kind.

Staff was excellent, in particular Ailey’s/Victor/Jessica. We had some issues booking a hotel in another city and she went out of her way to give excellent service.

Our stay at Casa Clara was absolutely amazing. The location — perfect! A quick walk to the Plaza de Armas and within 2 min walk of multiple restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Clara located very conveniently at plaza Nazarenas and stayed at the balcony suite with a view of the plaza.

TL;DR.
Reliable, caring, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the rare hotels in Cusco that truly takes responsibility. Beautifully designed with decent food.

Our visit to Peru culminated with a night at the quaint Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel, and it was the perfect end to a fabulous trip.

This hotel is so well located and charming! The entire staff has a bright smile and is always helpful. The front desk is exceptional and they took care of all our needs.

Our stay at Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel was truly exceptional! The location is perfect — right in the historic center of Cusco, just a short walk from Plaza de Armas, yet peaceful and quiet at night.

This hotel was fantastic and definitely exceeded my expectations. Someone was waiting at the train station when we arrived to walk us to the hotel and handle our luggage.

From the moment I stepped off the train I knew I was in great hands. The staff was attentive and helpful, making sure I got my ticket for the ruins printed and arranging a great guide for the morning.

This is a lovely hotel right in the middle of Cusco and walking distance from all the local attractions. It is maybe 200m from the main plaza.

Excellent location, walking distance to Plaza de Armas, making it very convenient for exploring Cusco.
A special mention to Dories for the massage — truly outstanding and highly professional.

It is very clean and modern. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver, Nicolas, got us to the airport on time and was very friendly.

Visited here as part of a tour group. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Our room was lacking a mirror in the bedroom area and we had a connecting door to the next room which didn’t lock!

The hotel is situated at a very peaceful and beautiful location. There are mountains and a river surrounded the hotel. The gardens, swimming pool and facilities are stunning.

We loved the location, alpacas in the backyard.
The breakfast could be so much better. Stale bread, not much variety of foods, cheese starting to look old from being out so long.

Our stay up at Sanctuary Lodge was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, genuine kindness, and a level of hospitality that felt like home.

We stayed here on Christmas Eve. It was magical! While the rooms are smaller and simple, the attention to detail was impeccable.

One of my favourite ever hotels. I visited with my wife for our anniversary and I strongly recommend staying.

We spent two nights at this beautiful hotel. When we first arrived we were assigned room 6 but the room was roasting hot due to a problem with the bathroom underfloor heating.

We loved our stay here and the Casita we had was spacious and very comfortable.
The menu needs to be changed or added to as was difficult to have dinner here more than one night.

Absolutely beautiful property and very attentive staff. The beds were not the most comfortable, but I would definitely return despite that. Everything is clean, but a bit dated.

The hotel is beautiful, located in Urubamba with lots of greenery and very comfortable rooms. I attended a wedding there, and the service was excellent. The only downside was the restaurant.

This was the most scenic and beautiful hotel we stayed in our entire Peru trip. We could see the mountains from our balcony. Secluded hotel. Perfect for a quiet getaway. We stayed here for one night.

This is a nice and quiet spot for your travels through Urubamba. Not far at all for a taxi ride to the Machu Pichuu train station. They have delicious selections from their onsite restaurant.

An amazing getaway… but bring your wallet! It is not cheap. The staff, particularly Jose Luis, are amazing and make the experience easy.
