The stay was beautiful, the attention of the receptionists good, the breakfast is rich although we would add more juice, but everything was beautiful and who say of their environment, especially the view on their balconies ❤️ again.

Great location to explore Cusco and acclimatise for trekking the region. Thank you for making our time in Cusco enjoyable.

WARNING: Not for the squeamish! Night 1: we found hair in the towels and in the bed. The bathroom didnt have a shower curtain. The TV only got one channel. Complained, solution? new room. Half of the lights in the new room did not work, the TV had actual channels. One of the beds had a dirty footprint on it. This room was bigger and we were content. Night 3: after several more complaints we were "upgraded". The upgrade consisted of a smaller room, with a refrigerator. The was once again black hairs in the towels and in the beds. All in all the location of the hotel was excellent, 8 minute walk to the center surrounded by bars and shops. But the quality of the rooms were less than acceptable. Use caution when asking any details of your itinerary to the people at the front desk. I had asked one if we were returning after a tour they told me yes. Turned out that was not the case and my friend and I had to leave our group and take a taxi back to the hotel to pick up our luggage.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location and very good service, a few minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas. The rooms are nice and good enough to spend a few nights, which should be taken advantage of more knowing all the things that Cusco offers.

Beautiful hotel, warm and with friendly staff. The breakfast is rich, the rooms lovely, with good beds, showers, heating. The location is privileged, a step away from everything in the historic center. They keep luggage as long as they need.

Comfortable place, warm. Rooms with spacious and quality bathrooms. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Affordable Clean and cozy room. Located in central plaza where most touristy place are. Overall a great experience for our 3days stay in Cusco.

Super well located 3 blocks from the Plaza de Armas, it was not excellent because it had some drawbacks in the room.

The rooms are dirty. We stayed with a large group. I have seen 5 rooms, all of them where very dirty. No cleaned floor, no cleaned toilet. Some beds weren't even changed! Disgusting. After asking for a clean bed, they will change your sheets. Most of the rooms are broken: 2 out of the 5 rooms had a broken stop for the bath, with no spare one at the reception available. 3/5 rooms had broken lights, after asking for a new one, they just swapped lights within the room… or did not repair them at all. Front doors that cannot close, leaking sinks… it's al there. If you have a room for 3 persons, they will just give you 2 towels. Everyday again the same mistake, so you have to ask for an extra one at the reception. All the rooms have a window that can easily be opened from the outside, you really cannot lock them. Very unsafe. The Wi-Fi is very bad. Everyday you have to ask the reception if they can reset the router. Wifi on the 4th floor doesn't work at al. The hotel is very noisy. You can hear everything from your neighbors and people on the hall. If you stay here ask for a room not close to the elevator, you will be awake all night by people getting in and out of the hotel for going to machu picchu in the middle of the night (because they will talk in front of the elevator). The breakfast is great! unfortunately no option for an egg the way you like. There is plenty of choice, very fresh and healthy.

Great place to stay! The staff is very kind and will do anything they can to help. Upon arriving we were given Coca tea to help with the altitude. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit and juices. Very clean and good Wi-Fi. I would defiantly stay here again and recommend to friends.

This was an awesome place to stay in my first trip with my husband and mother in law. Everyone enjoy the hotel and services. Nice people and great customer services. A good place that I recommend for your trip to Cusco!

Great hotel in Cusco. Bathrooms have good pressure, hot water and cleaning service is dependable. Breakfast has options for all kinds of tourists (fresh juices, breads, lunch meat, eggs, fruit, tea, coffee, milk, cereal, granola, yogurt). Elevator works most days/times. Would recommend floor 4 or 5 as the others are close proximity to the noise of the lobby/central courtyard. This hotel works good for those who are taking bus tours as it is close to an easy pickup point. Also this is good proximity to the main plazas in the Cusco tourist areas and you are not walking up/down hills to go find food/shopping.
