Staff are happy, welcoming and happy to assist with queries as to directions and places to visit.
Room is clean and equipped with basic necessities.

This hotel is amazing. So beautiful and ornate. The staff is very helpful and informative, the menu is exquisite, and the ambiance is incredibly beautiful.

We booked 2 nights in advance before our trip to Machu pichu and decided to come back for one night after the trip because we liked it. Good location with almost none traffic.

A small, friendly hotel about ten minutes walk from the city centre. The staff were really welcoming and keen to make our stay pleasant.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Tasty free tea. Big rooms (we stayed twice and second room was way bigger than needed). Basic but nice brekkie delivered to your room. Right by the old town.

It’s a little cold, but that’s Cusco. We visited in the end of June. The staff is great, the breakfast is good and the view from the terrace overlooks the old historical center.

We stayed in total for 6 nights (4 before Salkantay trek and 2 after) and had an amazing time.

Fine hotel. Great location. Only issue was that you need to wait a bit for the hot water to start flowing.

Structure and common spaces are beautiful, breakfast excellent, compared to them the rooms are quite simple, and small; location excellent in the old city, and at the side of a trin station.

Amazing hotel in the center of Cuzco, in a charming old villa. The hotel offers organic breakfast. The owner also runs a NGO to feed underprivileged children.

Rooms were each unique and full of character a theme seen throughout the hotel. Restaurant food was incredible and reasonably priced given the quality. Would absolutely recommend this spot.

We had a lovely four night stay at Casa Matara. The suite was large and comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure.

Stayed for a couple of days and everything was really good, breakfast light but perfect. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpfull and prompt. Lady gave us lil llamas suveneirs before leaving.

We stayed here for four wonderful nights. It is an amazing and unique hotel with the best service possible. Its worth the cost to stay in such an amazing place.

Beautiful historical hotel located in a prime area of Cusco where you have the quiet serene street but walkable to all the sights. I love the charm and level of service. The staff are impeccable.

Our stay was very nice! Our bus was delayed, making our arrival time way later than expected, but that was no problem at all. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Thank you, Fabiola and Atenas!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Solara Art House. The room was super nice, very clean, and extremely comfortable.

This is a hidden gem in the Cusco valley. I stayed in the storybook tree house room that doesn’t even show when you book. There are orchards on the property with plums, avocado, rasberries.

Perhaps the most magical place I will ever stay.

We had a very nice dinner with very friendly and accomodating service by Ruth as we were able to order and share both a soup and pizza together with two beers.

We had a wonderful 3 nights on tour with high school students. Laundry service was available, and the meals were fantastic.

Our favorite place to stay. A special treat hidden gem. Best sleep, great vibes, relaxing water features. VERY Helpful and kind staff. We love this place. Close to a bus station/taxi transport.

Lovely place to stay. About 15 min walk from town. Fresh breakfast. Sauna room a bit expensive for one person.

This was the most wonderful gem of a place with beautifully appointed rooms — everything you need after a days hike! Fresh water and little sweet alfajores to eat with a cup of tea.

We had a night here. Very close to train station, restaurants and market, all less than 5 mins walk. The team was friendly and fast in response which is highly appreciated.

Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel is the perfect Andean escape—an oasis of calm just five minutes from the lively town of Aguas Calientes.

An unusual hotel. Rooms are in small chalets located within the jungle grounds. Charming, yes, but lighting and signage could be better and it is a real pain when it rains.

This is a great place to stay while in Aguas Calientes (aka Machu Picchu Pueblo). The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet with good Wi-Fi.

Perfect location just a few meters from the bus stop going to MP. Breakfast is ok, wish they had more options. They hot shower was broken when we used it, but the staff had it fixed.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars, the location is great, the place is pretty and all, but there are a few issues:
1. Both the pool and hottub promoted in the images are out of service.

Great location. Beautiful rooms. The breakfest that is included is delicious and open early enough to be able to take advantage even with an early entry into machu Pichu.

We were greeted warmly by our hosts when we arrived. We were tired and just wanted to get to our room. The hosts quickly checked us in and brought our luggage to the room.

Beautiful boutique hotel with only 16 rooms that are spacious, elegant, quiet, safe and convenient.

An oasis in Urubumba. Just 7 mins by car from Ollantaytambo but down gravel track then welcomed by this beautiful hotel. Rooms are amazing as was the warmth of the welcome.

Decent hotel outside of historical center and very close to the airport. Clean rooms, the double bed was very narrow and hard. Not too many good options for dining around but there are taxis in town.

Wonderful experience staying here! The owners took such good care of us and made sure our every need was met! If you need a comfortable and convient place to stay in Cusco, this is your place!

Loved this hotel! One of the coziest and prettiest hotels I have stayed in a while. Truly value for money.
Its 17-20 min walking from the main plaza. But thats not an issue. Uber takes barely 6 min.

Had a really good stay, room was beautiful, the included breakfast delicious, and the location good.

Owner was really nice and accommodating as we turned up slightly earlier than planned.
We struggled with hot water for a bit (took about 30 mins to come out the tap).
