Nice and good middleclass hotel.

Very easy to communicate & deal with the front desk staff. Good job.

This hotel is really cute. The entrance is well designed and the breakfast was really tasty. Be prepared for small rooms, though. The standard double room is only 11m^2 and feels much smaller. Also the beds are skandinavian narrow :D One downside is that parking is extremely expensive (25€/day) but the parking lot is not connected to the hotel, so there is nothing they can do about it. Anyway, I can only recommend this place and the city.

Great hotel, centrally located, the rooms are small but perfectly adequate. Since we were on the road most of the time, that wasn't a disadvantage for us. From about 4 o 'clock there is a soup of the day, which was always excellent and nutritious, was great, for example, if you were able to Had booked a tour in the evening. There is also the possibility to buy smaller things, snacks, drinks at the reception. Coffee and tea is free and available 24 hours a day. Breakfast was varied and sufficient.

Compact room with satellite TV in Norwegian. Pretty small bathroom, amenities and towels are served though. The cheapest we could find during our visit to tromso in February. Free flow of coffee and tea. No kettle in the room but you can have hot water from the coffee machine.

Very nice place, staff is really kind and available. The rooms are very small (especially the bed) but we'll equipped. Good breakfast.

Great place to stay! The room fit me nicely as a lone traveller, was clean but please clean every day. Best shower I've ever had easily, love the pressure control! Staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had, offered me breakfast for my stay upon arrival which most great. Speaking of the breakfast, amazing! Lovely fruit, nice bread, jams and yoghurt supplied with Apple or orange juice and coffees. Perfect. Great location too, easy walking distance to everything right around the front harbour of this beautiful city.

The location is good and quiet, the rooms are a bit basic but ok, the breakfast is ok, and it is a bit less expensive than other hotels nearby. So it is a good option for those visiting the Tromso area.

Nice hotel, equipped with very small but comfortable rooms, clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is not the classic double, but to a square and a half. In the reception you can have the tea and free coffee. For a fee you can also have breakfast. The location is very convenient, close to the center and the public covered parking. If you don't have big claims and don't want to spend ' too much ' this hotel is fine as a foothold for one or two nights.

Really a smart hotel. Different idea"s rooms are quite small (where to leave your bag / suitcase? ) But hey, it's clean, looks Good, free coffee and nice staff.

In the center of Tromsø you can not have better: cheap, clean and friendly staff. The rooms are a bit small.

As is often the case in Norway, the rates are high. The service is within the standards. The overall cleanliness is ok without being above the lot. The central position in Troms is appreciable especially with nearby transport services. Breakfast is continental. I wish I had something more local. The room is decent in size. The bathroom has a hair dryer, soap and shower gel/shampoo. A plus. In short, satisfying experience without exploding the standards.

Room was warm, clean and I mean absolutely spotless, the staff faultless. They were friendly but absolutely professional. I had a week there and it was a fantastic base from which to explore Tromso. 5 stars from me. Oh. One thing? Breakfast. It is absolutely amazing. Pastries, cold meat cuts, cheeses, bacon and eggs… a perfect start to a long day.

Goes like this. It is clean and enough to sleep. To stay indoors for longer, that wouldn't be anything. Hostel atmosphere! And you have to like them!

The only positive is the staff. The rooms are tiny. My room had incl. Bathroom 10m2, but it goes even smaller. There are no wardrobes or storage place for the suitcase. My room wasn't even cleaned in 8 days. New towels were only available on demand. Breakfast costs 12, 5€. It's OK, but nothing more. What is positive is that there is free coffee and tea all day long. Wi-Fi is also free, but not protected.

Small rooms (DZ = 8m2), but clean and well divided. Also possible with many thick winter clothes. Very friendly staff. Good location, everything important within walking distance. Overall, a very good price-performance ratio if you are looking for a hotel in Tromso. We tried the breakfast buffet once, the cold dishes were good, the hot dishes (scrambled eggs, bacon…) had a peculiar taste. For this a star deduction, otherwise we were satisfied with this accommodation.

Very nice reception 24/7. The rooms are modern and clean. The situation is excellent. There was always free tea and coffee for all guests. We were very pleased.
The only drawback: There was no closet in the room.

Wife and I stayed for a few nights. Didn't spend too much time at the hotel because we were wondering Tromso. Free coffee and tea was great comfortable beds, secure, clean. Good location to city center. Would stay again.

A smart hotel indeed. Rooms are tiny, but are just right because you probably came to Tromsø for outdoor activities anyway. Free tea, coffee (and snacks for purchase) available round the clock. Friendly staff.

If you are not worried about a small room, clean, very central location, exquisite staff, possibility to use common areas always, a great breakfast.

You are smart! That's what your room says and I think this is indeed a smart hotel in the coolest place in the world. Very utilitarian, just what you need. There is unlimited tea and coffee at the reception floor, the bed is super comfy, and the heating is perfect. Breakfast is good too. This place is close to all the attractions and the bus to and from the airport too. Will definitely recommend this for the solo traveler.

Nice Hotel in the centre of Tromsø. All The Guys at reception desks are very nice and helpful to help you. Breakfast very plentiful and varied, and availability to prepare you tea, herbal teas or coffee whenever you want not paying anything. Wishing also offer a small buffet for dinner (fee per day), X who wants to eat them in the hotel. The only thing is that the rooms are really very small and the cleanliness of everything not only of the rooms, would be a bit to improve.
In any case if you were to return to the beautiful city of Tromsø, I think I will choose this hotel again.

Good stay. Comfortable. In the heart of the city. Easy to access. They accept only card payments. One can buy a pathology card and use that in Norway.

I booked this hotel because I was on a budget. Except the size of the room, which I got used to quickly, I really loved everything about this hotel. It’s clean, modern, close to the attractions, shops, restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet offers a lot for the price and everybody should be able to find something tasty! Free Wi-Fi, free bike rental and an awesome rate on their rental car! Their staff is exceptional! I rarely found such helpful and nice employees in a hotel. I’ll definitely come back if my travels bring me again to Tromsø!

Very friendly staff. But rooms are very small and have absolutely no space for luggage. But very clean. One of the cheaper hotels in Tromsø. No housekeeping on Sat and Sun. No idea why… I would stay there again.

The rooms look like small college dorm rooms and are not kept up. Our 'double' bed was big enough for 1.5 skinny people and they said that's the biggest size bed they have in the hotel. It's cheap, but not comfortable or cozy.
