The Wi-Fi network speed is really bad at least in the room I was sleeping in.

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy and warm. Free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Large communal kitchen and lounge area. Limited parking available due to the location of the property on a narrow Street. Great views of Tromso and the bridge and cathedral from the bedrooms.

I stayed 3 nights in a single room and had everything I needed. The bathrooms are shared, but are clean and shower is strong and hot. The girl from Lithuania who checked me in was friendly and had good recommendations. The kitchen is big and has enough utensils to cook (though they open it at 8:15 and is closed by 11 pm). My room was really comfortable, had a nice big window with a desk and a small sofa and TV. The best was the soundproof door, I could hear what happend outside but not loud at all. The location is also good, 5 minutes walking distance to the main street. Wifi was very weak in my room but strong in the living room. And everything is clean.

Good hotel with a nice shared kitchen, good shower and comfy beds. Strategic location close to the city center.

Place's cold, small rooms and a kitchen I wouldn't want to cook at — it's unclean, cramped and full of leftovers. Not worth the money at all.

Staff are kind, and the hotel equipped with a nice shared dining area and kitchen. Good value for money. But the room is not big enough for the big luggages.

Great hotel we say 3 star reception was active from 9-22 small but clean new rooms. Plus if you try to be careful about the wallet and ideal because there is a communal kitchen and dining room where you can cook yourself and you have everything available.
Close to the center when you don't need a car or bus to get around. Supermarket at 5 minutes.
I think a perfect hotel if you don't have too many claims considering the costs that are there in Tromso. Recommended…

Good location but hard to get to due to the ice on the road.

Functional room. Good size bathroom. Great shower. Good location although you have to tackle some steps to get to the hotel from the center of town.

Plain standard, clean, virtualy in the city centre. Limited reception opening hours. Rooms available both with separate or shared bathroom.

I stayed here in December 2016. Pros: -Friendly and helpful staff. -Comfortable big bed. -Not too far from the centre and the bus stop to the airport. Cons: -Not easy to clim up the hill with big luggage in winter, especially when the road are all covered with snow. Ver slippery and difficult to walk up to the hotel, quite dangerous! — No lift in the hotel. — You can see mould on the bathroom floor. -Kitchen closes ridiculously early at 18:00. And after that you can't even get hot water to drink or make tea/coffee. With the price we pay, we should at least get a kettle in the room or in the common room for everyone to use. I remember the day I stayed in there, after walking in the rain the whole afternoon, I got back to the hotel with wet clothes and feeling freezing but to find that they didn't even provide hot water to drink. I felt so upset and exhausted. The staff only said you can get some from the city centre. I almost cry by that time, hating myself for booking this hotel. Not worth the money at all. I know everything is expensive in Norway, but a kettle shouldn't cost you a lot of fortune…

Very new structure, with excellent quality rooms for the proposed price. There is also a common kitchen where you can cook and save on meals given the high cost of living in TROMSO.
The only problem I found is that the Wi-Fi didn't work in the room (room 102 in my case), so I had to move to the common areas to use the Internet.

Very cozy, though far from my habitation; I felt like I was in the family, even though I didn't know the language very well.

Nice staff, small but clean rooms with adequate showers. The kitchen is nice if you're on a budget and your 5-10 mins walk from everywhere in the center. Would stay there again.

2-bedroom apartment is quite nice: spacious, kitchen with cooking equipment, cozy beds. However, there was no housekeeping during the 4 days and 3 nights we stayed, and only one key is available while there are 4 people of us. Hair dryer needs to be borrowed. However, its triple room, where we stayed for the first night, is unbelievably small. Since there is no elevator, be careful if you have heavy luggages. You may have to carry them up to the 3rd floor.

The Hotel is new in interiors and rooms are clean and really cute. The reception is a bit ditzy (incorrect directions) and attention to parking: is a problem that should not be underestimated.

I was there in early May 2013 on a Family visit. I travelled with my son and my aunt. She had her own room with shower and toilet and was content. My son and I had a room with bed bugs! I think it took weeks before the bites were gone, I had to cover them with make up and they itched terribly… Never again, even though the personeel are very friendly.

I did not stay here but I checked in eight members of our group. They all enjoyed their stay, especially the free waffles. The staff were helpful at all times.

Great price according the Norwegian fares. Great location and has the kitchen where you can cook your meal if you want.

The ABC Hotell definitely has an excellent value for its modest price. The staff is very friendly and helpful, everything is clean and well-kept, even the shared shower and toilet. The single room I booked was really small, but sufficient for a stopover.

Very expensive for what offers. The rooms are very small, with access via a spiral staircase, minimum comfort, breakfast not included. Half the price would be expensive.

This hotel is brilliant: it's all automatic, you enter with a code, withdraws the key with a code, etc. The reception is open only in the morning. Breakfast surcharge, very small rooms, shared bathroom not clean enough. Central location, close to the main street. Presence of a cozy room, with two Internet stations.
