Great breakfast, great location (if you're attending a conference or party somewhere nearby), and a very worthwhile stay for the four of us. We shared a superior room (in terms of category), where two of us used the sleeping sofa. The breakfast is great, as mentioned, but the pancakes are slightly better in Oslo. Nice rooms, lounges and facilities.

Nice room lovely breakfast but "Light dinner" was very light and boring.

The room was quite small through the sloping roof above the bed, but this was probably on the 5th floor. This also made it very warm in the room (visit in summer). There was no air conditioning. The bathroom was very small. The included dinner was a joke compared to the dinners of other Thon hotels, especially when it came to hot food: there were cooked wholegrain noodles in one pot and a kind of Arrabbiata sauce in the other. What a pity.

Location super, breakfast delicious and various. The free evening snack is just a snack, not much variation there. Room was quite small, very warm in the summer. The rest was fine.

Lovely hotel. Great food for the breakfast and evening meal. My blackout curtains were a bit damaged (falling off the hangars) and so the room was very light and hard to sleep in. I would have asked the staff for a fix, but I was pretty busy running around with work while I stayed. Sleeping pills made the problem go away. Staff were very helpful with other requests.

Modern, if slightly quirkily decorated hotel. No real complaints other than we found our room to be rather small compared to what we're used to in this price range. The hotel is also partly split in two, with an enclosed bridge connecting the separate parts. Breakfast was — — as seems to be the case everywhere we went in Norway — — excellent. It's also extremely handy for the railway station.

Clean, modern and comfortable. Very friendly and accommodating staff in a great area with plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short walk.

Nice hotel, good location close to port, train station and center. Room small but comfortable with comfy beds.

Nice and clean room in the new building, not very big though. Friendly staff. They were very flexible with our early check-in and late check-out. Good location. Little bit confusing floor numbering (2nd floor in old building = 3rd floor in new one)

I stayed at the hotel this weekend. The room was nicely decorated and good for what I needed. The minibar was a huge plus.
When my room was cleaned they did not remove all of the rubbish and didn't replace the tea/coffee. Breakfast in the hotel was fantastic and the kvelds mat was also good. Maybe a little more selection for international guests (not everyone likes fish…) … Biggest downfall was the location of my room. I did not see when making my booking that there would be a nightclub across the road and a kebab shop open until 3am next door.
I stayed for 2 nights and was kept awake both nights by the extreme noise on the street.

Rooms are tiny for singles. Breakfast buffet has lots of options. The light evening meal was soup, some bread and a few bits of salad. Staff were polite and friendly. I would stay again.

Good rooms and a great breakfast for a reasonable price in an area close to the historical centre and full of shops.

Good quality hotel in down town Trondheim. All the rooms has a place to work and the breakfast is excelent.

Great hotel! The room was new and fresh. It even had a small Bose speaker for playing music. The Gym was unusually good for a hotel. A rowing-machine, bike and threadmill, plus some weight lifting stuff. Very good. The breakfast was great! Surely one of the best in Trondheim. All in all we were very satisfied, and I will definitely stay there again next time!

Colorful looking place, nice bathrooms and a great variety in breakfast. Also the staff is really friendly!

We loved everything in this very central hotel… Home comfort cleanliness, great friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The buffet breakfast is exceptional and at will. A real quality meal. More Kveldsmat for a simple dinner in the evening, all inclusive. For Norway value for money unbeatable. So tusend takk til dere som var som flink og hyggelig…

We have felt very comfortable. The room was a bit small, but clean. But for our claim to be enough. We spent two nights here. Friendly staff were there for us with good tips to the side and the excellent Breakfast we enjoyed in the fullest. Birgit Jurock and Raimund Lübs.

Camera does not respond as booked, dust everywhere, tiny bathroom and extremely uncomfortable, difficult to find parking nearby. Bad experience.
