Hotel well located in downtown Trondheim.
Several bus stops are located at the exit of the hotel. There are also several quality restaurants within a one-mile (10 minute walk) radius from the hotel.
The room is ok, but a renovation would be welcome. The bathroom is a little small. The Wi-Fi works very well.
The breakfast buffet is always the same, but it is varied. So we have a lot of choices.

It was expensive, but other hotels nearby are more expensive.

Great breakfast, room was small but very clean and tidy! Good location, friend staff. Great amenities, room was quite new too! Real cappuccino coffee machine available for breakfast too!

Nice hotel in Centrum of Trondheim. I found it nicely prized. The only thing negative was a grumpy waiter in the restaurant.

I've stayed at a few Thon hotels now. This is the most disappointing. The rooms are very small… too small. Almost no room to move around the bed, the luggage stand is a waste of time and the bathroom is also tiny. The other issues. Being a platinum member I am eligible for an upgrade. I checked before I arrived that an upgrade room was available on the website but I was told it wasn't when I arrived at reception. Clearly a move to not give an upgrade. The room standard such as light bulbs that work and a pen and paper… not there. Lastly the lift wasn't working. Cwhen I told reception the last looked at me as if I was an inconvenience and said use the other one. The lifts are in separate locations and I didn't know the other was there but either way, poor service. I'm here for 3 nights and so far this is all on day one. I definitely wouldn't stay at this particular hotel again.

Attended a Christmas celebration with colleagues. The food & desert buffet was both varied and lovely. The music the band played afterwards sounded like something the generation before me grew up with, and not really to my liking, as well as it was too loud for me. I feel like I have yell to the other side of the table to make them able to hear me. However, others seemed to enjoy the music more than me. All in all it was a great experience.

Nice room, cleaning was good. We had buffé for lunch and the food was very good. Good selection of food. Very pleased with the stay.

Nice hotel for a short stay in the city center. A litle tight in cheaper rooms. Breakfast is excellent.

I went there for a social gathering. It was lovely and the food was amazing. The whole hotel has calming atmosphere and nice personell.

Good accommodation, reasonable price.

Good breakfast, nice big clean room and very comfortable bed. We managed to get a room from 6th floor with an amazing view over the city and sea. Gladly recommend!

First class. The most elaborate and delicious breakfast buffet we ever visited! As with most Scandinavian hotels, they lacked the air conditioning needed during unusually hot weather for them.

Great service, clean rooms, decent TV/movies available. Beds could be more comfortable but that is only if I'm being especially critical.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Hotel-room and the public areas are clean and nice. Comfortable beds. Good Wifi coverage in room. TV was a small, older model LCD. Good breakfast buffet in neighboring restaurant.

Budget hotel with an excellent location in Trondheim! The location of this hotel is perfect and central to everything. What you can need is in walking distance from the hotel. Check-in and — out was effective and the personnel was always very friendly and helpful. My room was small (single room – see attached photos), but in good condition and it was clean! The buffet breakfast was a surprise. All you need in fresh and light environment. Wifi internet, coffee, tea is free for guests. If you need a place to sleep, shower, eat breakfast and good location in Trondheim, this hotel is a good choice! Deasent hotel with ok breakfast. Had a room facing the street but no noise problem.

Å ok hotel, but nothing more.

Great location, but had to park my car a bit from the hotel. Also breakfast was in the Egon restaurant.
