Wonderful stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Parking situation is less favorable, especially for international travelers. View from rooms is limited by stickers from facade design. Good breakfast. Rooms are a bit tiny for the price that is asked. Walking to downtown city has some distance to it.

Even in hard times due to COVID-19 the hotel staff is friendly and we get a nice breakfast delivered to our rooms.

I speak with head chefe Gier and he wos very rude and arrogante " if your not happy with our hotel go for another one " thats the last words " fron him.

This hotel deliver a really good service. I had many different arrangements in this hotel for conferences and party, and the hotel deliver good food, good snacks to bite and fresh fruit. Really many variation of food for breakfeast and lunch buffet. We tried as well their offer for family offer for staying in the hotel with free access to Pirbadet that just located next door. Brilliant! The hotel room is spacious, clean and modern. Recommended for picking this hotel when you are in Trondheim.

Attended a convention. Location is great, but all refreshments were disabled except water, and nowhere to buy refreshments or food. Hotell staff didnt seem to know anything.

This hotel is huge. The lobby gives the impression of being tiny. The rooms are spacious. We asked to have connecting rooms and there were no problems. With the hotel room there is the possibility to request access to the gym and the swimming pool which is just behind the hotel. The aquatic complex is huge with sea views.

We only stayed one night but staff very helpful, good buffet breakfast with huge range of foods to choose from. Room large, modern, well equipped with view of marina. 5 minutes walk from Hurtigruten quayside, 15 minutes walk to main station, 20 minutes to town centre.

The view over the bay is just astonishing! Beautiful sky bar and friendly personnel. Just a short walk from the city center and a 50 minutes walk from a nature park. The perfect location together with a clean and comfortable room is a winning combination.

The Clarion hotel & congress in Trondheim is a good hotel located in the harbor area of Trondheim at walking distance from the train station. The hotel room is fine, the breakfast is good, and the hotel offers free Wi-Fi. Good choice in Trondheim!

I can only recommend this hotel to anyone. A hit in the summer is the Skybar. Breakfast is also very good. Very central but also quiet location.

Great room and friendly staff. Great view, but not much going on in the area around the hotel. There's a grocery store close by and a waterpark next to it. Room was very clean and has a modern look to it. Bathroom were ok. I got a room with a bathtub. The beds are comfortable and the T. V. Size is big enough for watching movies etc.

Nice big hotel. Excellent burger in the lobby bar. Skybar overbooked so no chance up there.

Great staff, reception team were very helpful, the room was also nice, bed was comfortable and the breakfast had plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a pleasure to stay in the hotel for 4 nights (24/11/17-28/11/17). Breakfast was more than delicious, rooms are clean, fantastic gym is available for all guests, people are very kind but I was really shocked cause during clean-up, my iPad disappeared from the room. I left it on bedside cupboard, and late evening noticed that it was missing. I do not want to judge and blame anyone, but the fact is that my device could not vanish. I notified my feeling on main reception desk but I was told: “sorry, the person who was cleaning your room had not seen your iPad, we will contact you if we find it”. I have been visiting hundreds hotels in Norway for last 10 years and nothing like this happened to me before. I hope that person who has my Ipad feel at least badly. Hotel also does not reply for my mails. Just to summarize, it is a great place to sleep and rest but I will not feel comforable there any time.

Great breakfast, sat at dining room for 2 hours. Didn’t need coffee or food until late in the afternoon. Rooms are comfortable, would be good to have a price list for all the minibar items probably would have enjoyed a drink.

Great spot. Highly recommend. Easy but costly parking. A bit away from the tourist centre but walkable. Use car and parking in Centre easy.

Mattress had deep "valleys", too many pillows they are mostly far too soft (have to throw most on the floor in order to get into bed), desk chair is hard plastic and too uncomfortable to do work on in the evenings (think garden furniture), blanket not large enough to cover all of the bed (seems to be one for torso and another very heavy one for feet), towels provided seem very small (would prefer a shower gown or large towel), restaurant seemed to busy to bother acknowledging someone was waiting to be seated. Rooms dimly lit, even after turning every light on. Wi-Fi was very good and staff very friendly and even cheerful. Not awful, but there's enough I didn't like to try somewhere else next time.

Clean rooms, nice bed. Breakfast was good. Dinner was very nice, perfect lamb.

We stayed three nights at the Clarion in June 2017. We stayed two nights at the beginning of our trip, and one night ten days later at the end of our trip. Both of our rooms were very nice. The staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. They answered all of our questions, gave great directions to places we needed to go, and treated us like friends. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of foods. The restaurant on the 9th floor, the Astrum, is one of the best restaurants we've ever eaten at. The chef is very talented, the staff is warm and conscientious, making the whole experience very memorable. The view of the ocean and the city from the restaurant and the hotel rooms is beautiful. The interior design of the hotel is interesting and compelling enough that I took a lot of pictures. It's clean and contemporary, but it still looks like nature. It makes me think of icebergs and golden Viking ships. We loved Norway enough that we want to come back again and again, and we plan to stay at this hotel when we do.

A new hotel with a cool design. Underground parking, 190 CZK a day, but the elevator is straight to the floor. To choose the pillow. The rooms are very clean and clean.
The main criterion for which I appreciate the rooms is cleanliness. If the room is dusty, then no pluses will not save. Although the room is nice but very dusty. I did not put the lower assessment only because of the presence of underground dry parking. Also no battery. The built-in climate stupid and does not warm the room. In winter I would not venture there to stay.

Typical congress hotel, quite ordinary. Upsides were amazing beds and good breakfast.

The location has a great view of the fjord which is stunning from the skybar. Close to the rock/music museum Rockheim and about a 10 minute walk to Trondheim centrum. It's also right next to Pirbadet with is a nice public pool with a big slide and a decent training center named 3t, which I think is free to train at if you are a guest of the hotel. The service is great, when we had rooms there on new years eve, the gave us better rooms too enjoy the fireworks, no charge and we did not have to ask. The rooms where nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Best Hotel ever! Very affordable and extremely fancy. The young man at the reception was very very very helpful and too kind. The whole experience felt like a beautiful dream. I honestly didn't imagine finding such an amazing place in this region. I recommend it 100%
