If you just need a central place to sleep and dont want to pay for a view, art, resturant and so on — This is definetly the place to go! The personel was great (smiling and helpfull)! As a minus I will have to mention that the hallway and the room itself could be cleaner but the bed and bathroom was clean so its acceptable "trade off".

The average hotel is suitable for a one-night stand if there is nothing nearby. Ascetic to ugliness, the windows overlook the railway tracks, be ready to wake up at 6am from a passing locomotive. No breakfast. The room is clean, the linen is fresh.

One of cheapest hotels in Trondheim. Very few of staff, all of them nice. Shall hang you bag with breakfast on your room door.

Great value for money. Only 1 minute walk from train station & great breakfast package for people on the go.

It is basic hotel for overnight stay. Very next to the Trondheim station but you won't hear much. Good value for money. Don't expect much for the breakfast — you will get a breakfast bag with a small fruit juice bottle (more like water) — you have to pay for the coffee. Rooms are clean and friendly staff.

Simple accommodation. Clean rooms and good bed. Bathroom and shower good. Great location. No noise despite railway station nearby.

Located directly at the train station with room view on the tracks. The breakfast consists of a Sandwitch as in the airplane and 0.2 drink (something). Save OK but that's too little for me. Another hammer drinks can only be paid in cash. Does not go to room and not by card. Service lousy…

1. Location is strategic. Adjoining the Trondheim central station, walkable (1-2km) distance from several restaurants, shopping street, the tourist office and the old town bridge (Gamle bybro) 2. Reception staff is efficient. I was a bit disappointed with the room service — the floor wasn't cleaned properly and washrooms could have been cleaned better 3. We had taken a twin room with separate beds. The view was nice. I wish they had put another, bright light in the room other than the one at the entrance 4. The breakfast is good enough to be full and happy 5. Despite of having an accommodation for about 200 people, there is no private, stilt parking and one has to rely on the public parking slots (Almost) value for money, I would recommend it.

Veldig basic. Bærer preg av at det er billig. Frokosten er heller ikke noe å skryte av. Lokalene generelt er så generiske at man nesten synes det er en kunstutstilling å gå på kjøpesenteret.

Quaint and small room, though comfy. The breakfast bag was nothing special, but all I needed and just fine as most breakfast in Norway are quite expensive. Only downside was that you can hear the train outside, but other than that the spot is fantastic and a very short walk from everywhere.

For breakfast they leave a crappy sandwich and a pseudozumo hung in a bag at the door at 6:30h. Also noteworthy that you do not get the room until 3pm, very late for this city because at the time we have come is done at night at that time. Also, half of the rooms overlook the train tracks and although the insulation is good, you hear the trains.

Fantastic hotel, close to the station and to the centre of the city. It's very clean and the staff is very nice. I think it's so funny to find the breakfast in a bag hanging on the door!

As for breakfast and food it leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe it is economical to sleep, and beds, housekeeping and bathroom is fine. But to eat better bring your food or go to the center. You starve to death here. The Wi-Fi works very well and is free. The coffee you have to ask at reception and pay for it. In the morning they leave you a bag with a sandwich at the door of your room and a small bottle of Saft tiny. The people who work here are very kind. At least they've been with me.

Booked a twin room, got to the reception and got told that we were to have a double room — not ideal for two sharers! In fairness, the guy on reception did sort out a spare bed from the basement straight away. Room was good, breakfast was poor though — literally a dry sandwich and what should have been orange juice but looked more like urine delivered in a bag on the door in the morning.

Comfortable room with Wi-Fi that's good for a nights sleep, but nothing more. No toiletries, coffee or any other "fuss" offered. Breakfast is a dry sandwich and watered down orange juice delivered to your door.

Decent prices but facilities and breakfast really are the bare minimum.

Great buffet, nice common rooms, basic but comfortable room. The bathroom is a bit old but well maintained.

Hotel is in central loxation, but I didnt like the rooms. They wdre so dull and lifelss didnt feel like a hotel at all. Also, on website they say parKing available butnonce u reach dere u are told its completely fulk and u have to park on road. We didnt enjoy the hotel at all.

Very good location, near centrum. Very clean, pleasant stuff. Breakfast thow was not good at all. You can find a plastic bag hanging on the door outside your room. One little bottle of orange juice taste like water most and sandwich that should be toasted but not in your room. You can by a morning coffe in the reception.

Perfect location for travellers using train station. It is next to the train station but you don't hear any noise from the trains passing by. Basic rooms but very clean and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable! Very convenient location for the city centre with a nice view on one side. Breakfast is delivered to your room. It's a sandwich and a drink. They do sell tea and coffee at the reception. It would be nice if they have proper buffet breakfast however it's good value for money and perfect for short stay in Trondheim.

Convenient because right next to the train station and the ferry terminal. "Breakfast" — Sandwich and juice — in a bag at the foot of the bedroom door every morning.

No complaints about the room: perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed (2m, not 1.90), electrical plugs to connect its electronic devices. Bathroom quite spacious.
Other positives:
* Good Wi-Fi (SMTP not possible, but for the rest, good throughput, VPN pass without problem, …)
* Very quiet, no outside noise
* Nice view of the marina
The less now:
* The shameful breakfast. Well, it's written everywhere, I'm just repeating. This is the first time I have a breakfast sandwich/fruit juice attached to the door as a breakfast. And again, when I write fruit juice, in France it is called "Fruit drink": 80% water, 20% orange and sugar (kind "oasis" what)
* Restaurants are not very far on foot, but still, have to walk 10 good minutes.
In the end, I put 4 * because for the price, it's still unbeatable, especially in Norway!
