Hotels in Swakopmund with Breakfast

Everything was excellent during our December 2025 visit to the Hansa Hotel. We loved the great, quiet location.

This was probably the best hotel we stayed in during our trip in Namibia in terms of comfort. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning were very reliable, and the staff was very helpful.

This gem in the old part of the town is wonderful. Literally all the employees are super nice and angels and are fulfilling all your wishes. The food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious.

Really great stay at Villa Margherita! Super friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful masseuses. We were put up in the "apartment" a block away, but it was spacious and serene.

A safe location. I loved the decor of the cottage. The staff was friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The place is clean and cozy. They had all the appliances one would need for a lovely getaway.

We loved their humour about the flies. Kitchen was perfectly equipped. No sun for the braai which is not the fault of the place.

The guesthouse has an amazing location close to the beach, city center and some nice restaurants and is still very peaceful and quiet.

A great location close to all amenities. David and the team are warm welcoming hosts who can't do enough for you. The rooms are spotless and tastefully decorated.

The hotel is located north of Swakopmund in a quiet area right by the sea. Every room has a direct sea view.

We stayed two nights at the Beach lodge. The service was good, the rooms clean. It is situated in the north of Swakopmund, so not in the centre.

The newly renovated rooms are a must-try modern, comfortable, and beautifully designed.

My stay was better than expected as this was a very busy season and most hotels were fully booked. The location was great as it is easily accessible to shops and restaurants, even by walking.

Rooms are individually decorated — my friend had the room with chandelier and bath tub 🛁. Every room comfortable.

Located in a very convenient location in town, near to the beach it is a place that you will enjoy. Marvelous, helpful, friendly staff will make you feel home.

The service was outstanding; I would however suggest that you remove the carpets from the rooms as that is not very hygienic.

A lovely hotel by the sea in Swakopmund. We received a warm welcome and the female receptionist was very helpful in organising dinner reservations and a morning kayaking tour.

Exceptional beachfront location offering direct ocean views and easy access to both Swakopmund center and beach.

We stayed at Cornerstone in early May 2026. It was easy to find. The reception was nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were good. Breakfast was very good.

A delightful guesthouse situated in walking distance from the sea and the town centre. Very well appointed impeccably clean rooms. Very friendly welcome. Great breakfast.

We loved staying in this lodge, sadly it was very cold and we didn’t have warm water and the heater also didn’t work properly so it was FREEZING.

A lovely hotel with individually decorated rooms. All very comfortable with luxurious touches like homemade brownie, complimentary port. Close to pier where there’s a very good restaurant.

We had two wonderful nights. Very friendly atmosphere, location perfect to beach, restaurant and city center, parking in front of the hotel at the street with guard, we felt very safe.

We love the Alternative Space! An amazing setting, funky rooms, a self-help breakfast, and Sibylle and Frenus are the best hosts ever!

Staying at Alternative Space in Swakopmund feels like visiting your eccentric (and fascinating) uncle and aunt!

We have not stayed at the hostel but took a surfing lesson with Salty Jackal, which was a great experience.

Great & very clean Hostel. Nice atmosphere overall and in the 6-people dorm. I felt very comfortable staying there as a solo travelling women.

Namib Guesthouse made us feel welcome immediately. The family room was spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Location is perfect for short walking distance to restaurants / beach / town. Room and bathroom is spacious and comfortable but overall it’s a pretty basic hotel in its design, quality, amenities etc.

From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by a soothing and peaceful atmosphere.

Lovely little hotel with all facilities you need… not sure of classification as 4*, I’m no expert but was reasonably priced and good value. Room was lovely.

Excellent central location near the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean; our balcony had a great partial sea view. Even during New Year, the room was cool enough at night without A/C.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and left very happy. Martina and all the other staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling.

Inga and her staff were helpful and assisted us with tours and tips about the area etc… rooms and entire property is kept in pristine condition. We had the family suite.
